Abstract
The invention provides a dishwasher, a device for detecting the weight, the type and the quantity of tableware in the dishwasher and a washing control method, wherein the dishwasher comprises a weight sensor and a signal processing circuit, the weight sensor is arranged on a fixed basket track of the dishwasher, and the output end of the weight sensor is connected with the signal processing circuit of the dishwasher; the structure of the dish basket of the dish washer limits the kinds of tableware which can be put in; the weight sensor detects the weight of the tableware before and after the tableware is put in, the data is transmitted to the signal processing circuit, the signal processing circuit carries out signal processing on the received information, and the difference value of the weight of the tableware before and after the tableware is put in is calculated to obtain the weight of the tableware; the signal processing circuit judges the type of the placed tableware in which basket track the tableware is placed according to the change of the weight or the addition of a microwave sensor, and the dish washing machine washes the tableware according to the total type and the total amount of the tableware. The invention can intelligently control the dish washing machine according to the type and the quantity of the tableware, and effectively avoids resource waste while ensuring the washing effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing appliances, in particular to a dish washing machine and a washing control method thereof.
Background
The water and electricity consumption of the washing program of the current commercial dishwasher is fixed and independent of the actual load. This occurs, where fewer items actually need to be washed, the same water and electricity are still used, and the same time is used for washing, which results in electricity and water consumption. When the types of the tableware are different, the required washing modes are different. The related art dishwasher cannot perform washing according to the kind and the number of dishes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the dishwasher in the prior art cannot wash according to the type and the quantity of tableware, so that resource waste is avoided.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a device for detecting the weight, the type and the quantity of tableware in a dish-washing machine, which comprises a weight sensor and a signal processing circuit; the weight sensor is arranged on a fixed basket track of the dish washing machine, and the output end of the weight sensor is connected with a signal processing circuit of the dish washing machine; the basket structure of the dishwasher limits the kinds of tableware that can be put in; when the tableware is placed in front of and behind the bowl basket track, the weight sensors respectively detect the weight of the tableware, and after detection is finished, detection data are transmitted to the signal processing circuit; the signal processing circuit carries out signal processing according to the information transmitted by the weight sensor, and calculates the difference value of the weight before and after the tableware is put into the signal processing circuit to obtain the weight of the tableware put into the signal processing circuit; the signal processing circuit inquires a weight database corresponding to the tableware, and judges in which basket track the tableware is placed according to the change of the weight to obtain the type of the placed tableware.
Preferably, the dishwasher further comprises a microwave sensor mounted on the fixed basket rail of the dishwasher for detecting the basket rail into which the dishes are placed.
Further preferably, the type and weight of the dishes placed in the dishwasher control the washing parameters of the washing phase. The washing parameters include the amount of washing water, washing time, spray intensity, and washing pattern.
Further, the signal processing circuit is replaced by an integrated circuit.
The invention also discloses a dish washing machine, which comprises the weight, type and quantity detection device for the tableware in the dish washing machine.
The invention also discloses a washing control method of the dishwasher, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: the weight sensor transmits the detected weight of the tableware before and after the tableware is put into the signal processing circuit; step two: the signal processing circuit carries out signal processing on the received information, and calculates the difference value of the weight before and after the tableware is placed into the signal processing circuit to obtain the weight of the placed tableware; step three: the signal processing circuit inquires a weight database corresponding to the tableware, and judges which bowl basket track the tableware is placed in according to the change of the weight to obtain the type of the placed tableware; step four, every time tableware is added, the signal processing circuit counts the types and the number of the tableware respectively; step five, after the tableware is put in, the signal processing circuit calculates the total type and the total amount of the put-in tableware; the dishwasher performs washing according to the total kind and the total amount of dishes. The data is cleared in preparation for use of the dishwasher.
Further, in the first step, before the tableware is placed in the bowl basket rail, the weight sensor detects the current weight in the bowl basket rail; after the tableware is placed in the bowl basket rail, the weight sensor detects the total weight on the rail after the tableware is placed in the bowl basket rail.
The dishwasher further comprises a microwave sensor which is arranged on a fixed basket rail of the dishwasher, and the three steps are used for detecting the basket rail in which tableware is placed.
Further, the total type and weight of the dishware placed in the dishwasher controls the washing parameters of the washing stage.
Further, the washing parameters include an amount of washing water, a washing time, a spray intensity, and a washing pattern.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the weight sensor and the signal processing circuit which can detect the weight are arranged on the track for fixing the dish basket, the weight of the tableware placed at each time and the track for placing the dish basket are calculated, and the type of the tableware is identified by combining the parameters of the database or the microwave sensor, so that the type and the number in the dish washer are obtained, and the corresponding washing water quantity, washing time, spraying strength and washing mode are adjusted; the intelligent dishwasher is realized, and the waste of resources is effectively avoided while the washing effect is ensured.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a device for detecting the weight, the type and the quantity of tableware in a dish-washing machine, as shown in figure 1, the dish-washing machine comprises a weight sensor and a signal processing circuit, wherein the weight sensor is arranged on a fixed basket track of the dish-washing machine, and the output end of the weight sensor is connected with the signal processing circuit of the dish-washing machine; the basket structure of the dishwasher limits the kinds of dishes that can be put in. When the tableware is placed in front of and behind the bowl basket track, the weight sensors respectively detect the weight of the tableware, and after detection is finished, detection data are transmitted to the signal processing circuit; the signal processing circuit carries out signal processing according to the information transmitted by the weight sensor, and calculates the difference value of the weight before and after the tableware is put into the signal processing circuit to obtain the weight of the tableware put into the signal processing circuit; the signal processing circuit inquires a weight database corresponding to the tableware, and judges in which basket track the tableware is placed according to the change of the weight to obtain the type of the placed tableware. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a weight sensor of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is an enlarged partial schematic view of a weight sensor of the dishwasher in the lower basket; the weight sensor is mounted on a rail.
The dishwasher further comprises a microwave sensor which is arranged on the fixed bowl basket track of the dishwasher and used for detecting the bowl basket track in which tableware is placed. The type and weight of the dishware placed in the dishwasher controls the washing parameters of the washing phase. The washing parameters include the amount of washing water, washing time, spray intensity, and washing pattern. The signal processing circuit is a circuit board or an integrated circuit.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a dishwasher, which comprises the weight, type and quantity detection device of the dishwasher. The dishwasher can adjust the corresponding washing water quantity, washing time, spraying strength and washing mode according to the type and the quantity of the tableware put into the dish basket; thereby realizing the intellectualization of the dish-washing machine and achieving the purposes of water and electricity saving.
The invention also discloses a washing control method of the dishwasher, and as shown in fig. 4, the invention is a flow chart of the dishwasher control method. The method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: the weight sensor transmits the detected weight of the tableware before and after the tableware is put into the signal processing circuit; step two: the signal processing circuit carries out signal processing on the received information, and calculates the difference value of the weight before and after the tableware is placed into the signal processing circuit to obtain the weight of the placed tableware; step three: the signal processing circuit inquires a weight database corresponding to the tableware, and judges which bowl basket track the tableware is placed in according to the change of the weight to obtain the type of the placed tableware; step four, every time tableware is added, the signal processing circuit counts the types and the number of the tableware respectively; step five, after the tableware is put in, the signal processing circuit calculates the total type and the total amount of the put-in tableware; the dishwasher performs washing according to the total kind and the total amount of dishes.
The data is cleared in preparation for use of the dishwasher. In the first step, before the tableware is placed in the bowl basket track, the weight sensor detects the current weight in the bowl basket track; after the tableware is placed in the bowl basket rail, the weight sensor detects the total weight on the rail after the tableware is placed in the bowl basket rail. The dishwasher also comprises a microwave sensor which is arranged on a fixed bowl basket rail of the dishwasher, and the three steps are used for detecting the bowl basket rail in which tableware is put. And in the fifth step, the washing parameters of the washing stage are controlled according to the total type and the total weight of the tableware put into the dishwasher. The washing parameters include the amount of washing water, washing time, spray intensity, and washing pattern.
Before the dishwasher is operated, the weight sensor always monitors whether the overall weight of each bowl basket is changed, and after the dishwasher is operated, the monitoring is finished. When the washing articles are placed, only one article is placed at a time, and even if the articles are placed by two hands, the time difference exists when the tableware falls into the dish basket. The signal processing circuit of the dish washer needs to calculate the weight before and after placing and know the weight of the tableware placed in the dish basket at this time. The types of the tableware correspond to certain weight, the type of the tableware is limited by the basket structure of the dish washing machine, and the tableware is placed in the basket rail according to the change of the weight. If there is a weight change, the type of the tableware is calculated and the number of the tableware is added up. Knowing the type of the tableware and the number of the tableware in the type, the types and the number of all the tableware are obtained. The micro control unit of the dishwasher signal processing circuit adjusts the corresponding washing water quantity, washing time, spraying strength and washing mode according to the type and quantity of the tableware put into the dish basket; thereby realizing the intellectualization of the dish-washing machine and achieving the purposes of water and electricity saving.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention based on the knowledge of the skilled person.
Claims (11)
1. A weight, kind and quantity detection device of tableware in a dishwasher is characterized by comprising a weight sensor and a signal processing circuit; the weight sensor is arranged on a fixed basket track of the dish washing machine, and the output end of the weight sensor is connected with a signal processing circuit of the dish washing machine; the basket structure of the dishwasher limits the kinds of tableware that can be put in;
when the tableware is placed in front of and behind the bowl basket track, the weight sensors respectively detect the weight of the tableware, and after detection is finished, detection data are transmitted to the signal processing circuit;
the signal processing circuit carries out signal processing according to the information transmitted by the weight sensor, and calculates the difference value of the weight before and after the tableware is put into the signal processing circuit to obtain the weight of the tableware put into the signal processing circuit; the signal processing circuit inquires a weight database corresponding to the tableware, judges in which basket track the tableware is placed according to the change of the weight, obtains the type of the placed tableware, counts the type and the quantity of the tableware respectively by the signal processing circuit, calculates the total type and the total quantity of the placed tableware by the signal processing circuit after the tableware is placed, and controls the washing parameters in the washing stage according to the total type and the total quantity of the placed tableware in the dishwasher.
2. The device for detecting the weight, type and quantity of tableware in a dishwasher as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a microwave sensor mounted on the basket rail for fixing the dishwasher for detecting the basket rail in which the tableware is placed.
3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the washing parameters include an amount of washing water, a washing time, a spray intensity, and a washing pattern.
4. The device for detecting the weight, type and quantity of dishes in a dishwasher according to claim 1, wherein the signal processing circuit is a circuit board or an integrated circuit.
5. A dishwasher, characterized by comprising a weight, kind and quantity detection device for dishes in the dishwasher according to claims 1 to 4.
6. A washing control method for a dishwasher according to claim 5, characterized in that the method comprises:
the method comprises the following steps: the weight sensor transmits the detected weight of the tableware before and after the tableware is put into the signal processing circuit;
step two: the signal processing circuit carries out signal processing on the received information, and calculates the difference value of the weight before and after the tableware is placed into the signal processing circuit to obtain the weight of the placed tableware;
step three: the signal processing circuit inquires a weight database corresponding to the tableware, and judges which bowl basket track the tableware is placed in according to the change of the weight to obtain the type of the placed tableware;
step four, every time tableware is added, the signal processing circuit counts the types and the number of the tableware respectively;
step five, after the tableware is put in, the signal processing circuit calculates the total type and the total amount of the put-in tableware; the dishwasher performs washing according to the total kind and the total amount of dishes.
7. The washing control method of a dishwasher according to claim 6, wherein the data is cleared before the dishwasher is ready for use.

The washing control method of a dishwasher according to claim 6, wherein in the first step, before the dishes are placed in the basket rail, the weight sensor detects the current weight in the basket rail; after the tableware is placed in the bowl basket rail, the weight sensor detects the total weight on the rail after the tableware is placed in the bowl basket rail.
9. The washing control method of a dishwasher according to claim 6, wherein the track of the basket where the dishes are put is further detected by the microwave sensor in the third step.
10. The washing control method of a dishwasher according to claim 6, wherein the washing parameters of the washing stage are controlled according to the total kinds and weight of the dishes put in the dishwasher in the step five.
11. The washing control method of a dishwasher of claim 10, wherein the washing parameters include an amount of washing water, a washing time, a spray intensity, and a washing pattern.
