Thereby, the adjusting button of the invention is formed: as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the base member 20 is fixedly connected to the housing 10, and a mounting space for mounting the stopper 30 and the operating member 40 is formed therebetween. One end of the acting member 40 is rotatably connected between the supporting portions 24 of the base member 20, and the other end of the acting member 40 extends out of the housing 10 from the key hole 11 of the housing 10. The pressure stop member 30 is movably coupled to the actuating member 40 in a coupled relationship with the actuating member 40. The elastic restoring member 50 acts on the acting member 40 to restore the acting member 40 to link the restoring member 30 to the default state.
When the webbing 60 is installed, as shown in fig. 4, one end of the webbing 60 is passed through the third wire hole 14 and the second wire hole 26 in order, the webbing 60 is passed between the nip portion 27 and the compression stop portion 31, and thereafter, the webbing 60 is passed through the first wire hole 70 and the second wire hole 26 in order, and the webbing 60 is led out of the fourth wire hole 15.
In use, in a default state (as shown in fig. 4), the pressing portion 31 of the pressing member 30 faces the pressing portion 27 of the base member 20, and the webbing 60 is forced to form an S-shape between the base member 20 and the pressing member 30 to have a locking effect, so that the user cannot draw the webbing 60.
When the webbing 60 needs to be adjusted, the acting member 40 is pushed (as shown in fig. 5), and the acting member 40 rotates about the first rotating shaft portion 43 thereof as a fulcrum; the rotation of the acting element 40 drives the pressing element 30 to move, so that the pressing element 30 moves away from the clamping portion 27 to a position opposite to the second wiring hole 26; at this time, the webbing 60 loses the restriction of the nip portion 27 and the pressure stop portion 31, and can be flexibly drawn and adjusted. In this process, although the stopper 30 is pulled by the webbing 60 when the acting member 40 is pushed, since the acting member 40 is rotatably connected to the base member 20 and the portion acted by the user is away from the pivot point of the rotation of the acting member 40, the reaction force of the webbing 60 on the stopper 30 can be overcome by the acting portion 41 with a small acting force by the lever principle, and thus the acting member 40 can be rotated to move in conjunction with the movement of the stopper 30 by a small pushing force to perform the adjustment of the webbing 60.
When the adjustment is completed, the acting element 40 is released, the acting element 40 is reset under the action of the elastic reset element 50, and the reset of the acting element 40 drives the reset of the pressing element 30, so that the pressing element 30 is reset to a position opposite to the clamping and pressing part 27, and the webbing 60 is forced to form an S shape between the clamping and pressing part 27 and the pressing part 31 to have a locking effect.
The adjusting buckle has the advantages that the arrangement of the pressing piece 30 and the acting piece 40 is ingenious, the principle of stopping the movement of the webbing 60 and the principle of rotating and opening are novel, the adjusting buckle is opened by means of the lever principle, the load opening force can be greatly reduced, the adjusting buckle is convenient for a user to adjust, the use is very convenient, and the practicability is very high.
Although the present invention has been disclosed by the above embodiments, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and each of the above components may be replaced with similar or equivalent elements known to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
