Abstract
The invention provides a display device, which comprises a display module and a color corrector. The display module comprises a first shell and a circuit board. The first shell is provided with a slotted hole and a containing groove. The circuit board has a first electrical connection portion. The circuit board is arranged corresponding to the slot hole and the first electric connection part is exposed from the slot hole. The color corrector comprises a second shell, a second electric connection part and a sensor. The first end of the second housing has a projection. The second electrical connection portion is disposed corresponding to the protrusion portion. The sensor is arranged at the second end of the second shell and is electrically connected to the second electric connection part. The color corrector is selectively accommodated in the accommodating groove or connected with the slotted hole through the protruding part. When the protruding part of the color corrector is connected to the slot hole, the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part form electric connection, and the sensor faces the display surface of the display module.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a display device, and more particularly, to a display device with a color corrector.
Background
The color corrector detects the error of the display color of the display device by using the colorimeter, and then generates a setting file capable of correcting the error, and the display device can display the color closest to the standard only by applying the setting file. At present, the color corrector is usually designed together with the display device, the motor and other connecting structures are used for driving the corrector to lift, the motor and other connecting structures have larger volumes and need to occupy more space, and the overall appearance design of the display device can also be influenced. In addition, the motor and other connecting structures are inconvenient to maintain and expensive.
Disclosure of Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a display device with a color corrector that can be easily stored and used to solve the above-mentioned problems.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a display device, comprising: the display module comprises a first shell and a circuit board, wherein the first shell is provided with a slotted hole and a containing groove, the circuit board is provided with a first electric connecting part, the circuit board is arranged corresponding to the slotted hole, and the first electric connecting part is exposed out of the slotted hole; the color corrector comprises a second shell, a second electric connection part and a sensor, wherein the first end of the second shell is provided with a protruding part, the second electric connection part is arranged corresponding to the protruding part, and the sensor is arranged at the second end of the second shell and is electrically connected to the second electric connection part; the color corrector is selectively accommodated in the accommodating groove or is connected to the slot hole through the protruding part, when the protruding part of the color corrector is connected to the slot hole, the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part form electric connection, and the sensor faces to the display surface of the display module.
Preferably, the slot and the containing groove are located at two adjacent sides of the first shell.
Preferably, the first end and the second end are L-shaped.
Preferably, the display module further comprises a first magnetic member disposed corresponding to the slot, the color corrector further comprises a second magnetic member disposed corresponding to the protrusion, and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted to each other when the protrusion of the color corrector is connected to the slot.
Preferably, the accommodating groove is provided with a third magnetic part, and when the color corrector is accommodated in the accommodating groove, the third magnetic part and the second magnetic part are mutually magnetically attracted.
Preferably, the color corrector further comprises a light emitting unit disposed in the second housing and electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion, the second housing has a light-transmitting portion, when the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion are electrically connected, the light emitting unit emits light, and the light is projected out of the second housing through the light-transmitting portion.
Preferably, the display module further comprises a cover for covering the slot.

Preferably, the first casing has the accommodating groove, and the slot and the accommodating groove are located at two adjacent sides of the first casing.
Preferably, the supporting frame comprises a frame body and a base, and one of the frame body and the base is provided with the accommodating groove.
Preferably, the first end and the second end are L-shaped.
Preferably, the display module further comprises a first magnetic member disposed corresponding to the slot, the color corrector further comprises a second magnetic member disposed corresponding to the protrusion, and when the protrusion of the color corrector is connected to the slot, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted to each other.
Preferably, the accommodating groove is provided with a third magnetic part, and when the color corrector is accommodated in the accommodating groove, the third magnetic part and the second magnetic part are mutually magnetically attracted.

Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a display device 1 according to an embodiment of the invention, wherein a color corrector 12 is accommodated in an accommodating groove 110 of a display module 10, fig. 2 is a perspective view of the color corrector 12 in fig. 1 suspended on the display module 10, fig. 3 is a perspective view of the color corrector 12 in fig. 1 at another viewing angle, fig. 4 is a partial perspective view of the cover 106 in fig. 1 after being opened, fig. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of the display device 1 in fig. 1 along the X-X line, and fig. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view of the display device 1 in fig. 2 along the Y-Y line.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the display device 1 includes a display module 10 and a color corrector 12. In this embodiment, the display module 10 can be a liquid crystal display module, an organic light emitting diode display module, a plasma display module or other display modules, depending on the application. The color corrector 12 is used for detecting errors of the display colors of the display module 10 and then generating a setting file capable of correcting the errors for the display module 10 to apply.
The display module 10 includes a first housing 100, a circuit board 102, a first magnetic member 104, and a cover 106. The first housing 100 has a slot 108 and a receiving slot 110. In this embodiment, the slot 108 and the receiving slot 110 are located at two adjacent sides of the first casing 100. In another embodiment, the slot 108 and the receiving groove 110 may be located on the same side or opposite sides of the first casing 100, depending on the application.
The cover 106 is used to cover the slot 108. In this embodiment, the cover 106 can be pivotally connected to one side of the slot 108, so that a user can operate the cover 106 to open or close relative to the slot 108 in a rotating manner. In another embodiment, the cover 106 may be detachably disposed in the slot 108, depending on the application. As shown in fig. 4, the circuit board 102 and the first magnetic element 104 are disposed in the first casing 100 corresponding to the slot 108. The circuit board 102 has a first electrical connection 112. When the cover 106 is opened relative to the slot 108, the first electrical connection portion 112 is exposed from the slot 108. In this embodiment, since the circuit board 102 is located below the first magnetic member 104, a long slot 114 can be formed on the first magnetic member 104, so that the first electrical connection portion 112 is exposed from the slot 108 through the long slot 114. It should be noted that, if the first magnetic member 104 does not shield the first electrical connection portion 112 of the circuit board 102, the long slot 114 does not need to be formed on the first magnetic member 104. In this embodiment, the first magnetic member 104 may be an iron member, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 3, the color corrector 12 includes a second housing 120, a second electrical connection portion 122 and a sensor 124. The first end E1 of the second housing 120 has a protrusion 126, and the sensor 124 is disposed at the second end E2 of the second housing 120, wherein the first end E1 and the second end E2 are L-shaped. The second electrical connection portion 122 is disposed in the second housing 120 corresponding to the protrusion 126 and exposed. In this embodiment, the sensor 124 can be electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion 122 by the circuit wiring inside the color corrector 12. The sensor 124 may be a colorimeter or other sensor that senses light. The second electrical connection portion 122 may be a spring connector (pogopin), but is not limited thereto.
In addition, the color corrector 12 may further include three second magnetic members 128a, 128b, and 128c, wherein the second magnetic members 128a, 128b, and 128c are respectively disposed in the second housing 120 corresponding to the protruding portions 126. In this embodiment, the second magnetic members 128a, 128b, 128c may be disposed on two adjacent sides of the second housing 120, and the second magnetic members 128a, 128b, 128c may be magnets, but not limited thereto. It should be noted that the number and the arrangement position of the second magnetic members can be determined according to practical applications, and are not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawings.
The color corrector 12 can be selectively received in the receiving slot 110 of the display module 10 or connected to the slot 108 of the display module 10 by the protrusion 126. As shown in fig. 1, a user can receive the color corrector 12 in the receiving slot 110 of the display module 10, so as to avoid the problem that the color corrector 12 is lost due to independent receiving. As shown in fig. 5, the receiving groove 110 may have third magnetic members 116a and 116 b. In this embodiment, the third magnetic members 116a and 116b may be iron members, but not limited thereto. The third magnetic members 116a and 116b are located corresponding to the second magnetic members 128a and 128c, respectively. Therefore, when the color corrector 12 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 110, the third magnetic members 116a and 116b and the second magnetic members 128a and 128c are magnetically attracted to each other, so as to position the color corrector 12 in the accommodating groove 110. It should be noted that the number and the arrangement position of the third magnetic members can be determined according to the number and the arrangement position of the second magnetic members, and the embodiment shown in the drawings is not limited.
When a user wants to use the color corrector 12 to correct the color of the display surface 118 of the display module 10, the user can take the color corrector 12 out of the receiving groove 110 of the display module 10. In this embodiment, the second housing 120 of the color corrector 12 may have a recess 130, as shown in FIG. 5. In addition, when the color corrector 12 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 110 of the display module 10, gaps G1 and G2 are reserved above and below the color corrector 12. Therefore, the user can insert the fingers into G1 and G2 and pull the groove 130 to take the color corrector 12 out of the receiving groove 110 of the display module 10.
Then, the user can insert the protrusion 126 of the color corrector 12 into the slot 108 of the display module 10 so that the protrusion 126 of the color corrector 12 is connected to the slot 108 of the display module 10. In this embodiment, the slot 108 is located on the top side of the display module 10, and thus the color corrector 12 is suspended on the top side of the display module 10. When the protrusion 126 of the color corrector 12 is connected to the slot 108 of the display module 10, the first electrical connection portion 112 of the circuit board 102 of the display module 10 contacts the second electrical connection portion 122 of the color corrector 12 to form an electrical connection, and the sensor 124 of the color corrector 12 faces the display surface 118 of the display module 10. Thus, the color corrector 12 can correct the color of the display surface 118 of the display module 10.
In this embodiment, the shape of the protrusion 126 of the color corrector 12 corresponds to the shape of the slot 108 of the display module 10. Preferably, the protrusion 126 of the color corrector 12 and the slot 108 of the display module 10 are tightly engaged with each other to position the color corrector 12 at the position shown in fig. 2, so that the sensor 124 is not inclined. In addition, when the protrusion 126 of the color corrector 12 is connected to the slot 108 of the display module 10, the first magnetic member 104 of the display module 10 and the second magnetic members 128a and 128b of the color corrector 12 are magnetically attracted to each other to enhance the positioning of the color corrector 12. Furthermore, the second magnetic member 128c can also be magnetically attracted to a corresponding iron member of the display module 10 to enhance the positioning of the color corrector 12.
As shown in fig. 6, the color corrector 12 may further include a light emitting unit 132. The light emitting unit 132 is disposed in the second housing 120 and electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion 122. Further, the second housing 120 has a light-transmitting portion 134, wherein the light-transmitting portion 134 is disposed on a light emitting path of the light emitting unit 132. When the first electrical connection portion 112 of the circuit board 102 of the display module 10 is electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion 122 of the color corrector 12, the light emitting unit 132 can emit light, and the light is projected out of the second housing 120 through the light-transmitting portion 134, so that a user can confirm that the color corrector 12 is assembled in place by the light. In this embodiment, the light emitting unit 132 may be a light emitting diode, and the light-transmitting portion 134 may be a light-transmitting plastic member, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a perspective view of a display device 1' according to another embodiment of the invention, and fig. 8 is a perspective view of the display module 10 in fig. 7 at another viewing angle. The main difference between the display device 1 'and the display device 1 is that the slot 108 of the display device 1' is located at the bottom side of the display module 10, as shown in FIG. 8. Thus, the color corrector 12 is suspended on the bottom side of the display module 10, as shown in FIG. 7. Since the slot 108 is located at the bottom side of the display module 10, the circuit board 102 and the first magnetic member 104 are disposed at the bottom side of the display module 10 corresponding to the slot 108. Thus, the display module 10 can be applied to the design of narrow frame (edge to edge).
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a perspective view of a display device 1 ″ according to another embodiment of the invention. The main difference between the display device 1 ″ and the display device 1 is that the display device 1 ″ further includes a supporting frame 14 connected to the display module 10. As shown in fig. 9, the supporting frame 14 may include a frame body 140 and a base 142. In this embodiment, the frame body 140 of the supporting frame 14 may have the receiving groove 110. Therefore, the user can receive the color corrector 12 in the receiving groove 110 of the frame body 140.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a perspective view of a display device 1' ″ according to another embodiment of the invention. The main difference between the display device 1'″ and the display device 1 ″ is that the base 142 of the supporting frame 14 of the display device 1' ″ may have the accommodating groove 110. Therefore, the user can accommodate the color corrector 12 in the accommodating groove 110 of the base 142.
Further, according to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, 8 and 9, the invention can make one of the first casing 100 and the supporting frame 14 of the display module 10 have the accommodating groove 110. In addition, according to the embodiment shown in fig. 8 and 9, one of the frame body 140 and the base 142 of the supporting frame 14 may have the receiving groove 110. In other words, the receiving groove 110 may be disposed on the first casing 100 of the display module 10, the frame body 140 of the supporting frame 14, or the base 142 of the supporting frame 14 according to practical applications.
In summary, the user can connect the protrusion of the color corrector to the slot of the display module to correct the color of the display surface of the display module by using the color corrector. The protruding part of the color corrector is matched with the slot hole of the display module, so that the color corrector is easy to position, and the sensor cannot be skewed. After the color corrector is used, a user can hold the color corrector in the holding groove of the display module or the support frame for storage, so that the problem that the color corrector is lost due to independent storage is avoided. In addition, the present invention does not need to install the motor of the prior art, and has the advantages of less required parts, convenient maintenance and low cost.

Rather, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the spirit and scope of this invention.
Claims (15)
1. A display device, comprising:
the display module comprises a first shell and a circuit board, wherein the first shell is provided with a slotted hole and a containing groove, the circuit board is provided with a first electric connecting part, the circuit board is arranged corresponding to the slotted hole, and the first electric connecting part is exposed out of the slotted hole; and
the color corrector comprises a second shell, a second electric connection part and a sensor, wherein the first end of the second shell is provided with a protruding part, the second electric connection part is arranged corresponding to the protruding part, and the sensor is arranged at the second end of the second shell and is electrically connected to the second electric connection part;
the color corrector is selectively accommodated in the accommodating groove or connected with the slotted hole through the protruding part for color correction, when the protruding part of the color corrector is connected with the slotted hole, the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part form electric connection, and the sensor faces to the display surface of the display module.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the slot and the receiving slot are located at two adjacent sides of the first housing.
3. The display device of claim 1, wherein the first end and the second end are L-shaped.
4. The display device of claim 1, wherein the display module further comprises a first magnetic member disposed corresponding to the slot, the color corrector further comprises a second magnetic member disposed corresponding to the protrusion, and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted to each other when the protrusion of the color corrector is coupled to the slot.
5. The display apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the receiving cavity has a third magnetic member, and the third magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted to each other when the color corrector is received in the receiving cavity.
6. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the color corrector further comprises a light emitting unit disposed in the second housing and electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion, the second housing has a light-transmitting portion, when the first electrical connection portion is electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion, the light emitting unit emits light, and the light is projected out of the second housing through the light-transmitting portion.
7. The display apparatus of claim 1, wherein the display module further comprises a cover for covering the slot.
8. A display device, comprising:
the display module comprises a first shell and a circuit board, wherein the first shell is provided with a slotted hole, the circuit board is provided with a first electric connection part, the circuit board is arranged corresponding to the slotted hole, and the first electric connection part is exposed out of the slotted hole;
the supporting frame is connected with the display module, and one of the first shell and the supporting frame is provided with a containing groove; and
the color corrector comprises a second shell, a second electric connection part and a sensor, wherein the first end of the second shell is provided with a protruding part, the second electric connection part is arranged corresponding to the protruding part, and the sensor is arranged at the second end of the second shell and is electrically connected to the second electric connection part;
the color corrector is selectively accommodated in the accommodating groove or connected with the slotted hole through the protruding part for color correction, when the protruding part of the color corrector is connected with the slotted hole, the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part form electric connection, and the sensor faces to the display surface of the display module.
9. The display device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first housing has the receiving slot, and the slot and the receiving slot are located at two adjacent sides of the first housing.
10. The display apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the supporting frame comprises a frame and a base, and one of the frame and the base has the receiving groove.
11. The display device of claim 8, wherein the first end and the second end are L-shaped.
12. The display apparatus of claim 8, wherein the display module further comprises a first magnetic member disposed corresponding to the slot, the color corrector further comprises a second magnetic member disposed corresponding to the protrusion, and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted to each other when the protrusion of the color corrector is coupled to the slot.
13. The display apparatus as claimed in claim 12, wherein the receiving cavity has a third magnetic member, and the third magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted to each other when the color corrector is received in the receiving cavity.
14. The display device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the color corrector further comprises a light emitting unit disposed in the second housing and electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion, the second housing has a light-transmitting portion, when the first electrical connection portion is electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion, the light emitting unit emits light, and the light is projected out of the second housing through the light-transmitting portion.
15. The display apparatus of claim 8, wherein the display module further comprises a cover for covering the slot.
