When the mud scraping plate moves forward, the mud balls around the cutter near the mud scraping plate can be cleaned, and when the mud scraping plate moves forward to a preset position, the flushing head can continuously flush mud residues which are not cleaned; when the mud scraping plate retracts to a preset position, the end face of the outlet of the flushing head can be contacted with the mud scraping plate to achieve the shielding purpose, so that the purpose of protecting the flushing head is achieved, the fault probability of the flushing head can be reduced, mud cakes can be effectively prevented from being formed on the cutter disc, and the purpose of improving the construction efficiency is achieved.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the rapid development of shield construction technology, shield machines are widely applied to various fields such as rail transit, diversion engineering, inclined shafts of coal mines and the like.
Meanwhile, more and more requirements are also put on the construction performance of the shield tunneling machine under complex geological conditions, for example, when the shield tunneling machine excavates in a stratum with high water pressure viscosity, the cutter changing mode or the opening rate of the cutter disc are limited, so that in order to prevent the cutter disc from consolidating mud cakes, the cutter disc and mud balls fixedly adhered on the cutter disc need to be scoured and cleaned.
The traditional flushing device is of a single-point fixed structure, can only flush cutters which are separated by a certain distance from the cutter head face, has a limited flushing angle, and simultaneously, is easy to block after long-time tunneling construction because the flushing head is exposed to the excavation face for a long time, so that the flushing efficiency is affected.
Therefore, how to effectively prevent mud cake treatment on the cutterhead of the slurry balance shield machine so as to ensure shield construction efficiency is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technicians in the field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a slurry balance shield machine and a cutter disc mud cake preventing device thereof, which can effectively prevent the condition that a flushing head is blocked and can effectively improve flushing effect and flushing efficiency.

In order to improve the service life of the scraper, a wear-resistant grid is arranged on one side surface of the scraper, which is opposite to the excavation surface. Wherein the wear-resistant mesh can be fixed on the mud scraping plate in a welding mode.
