Background
At present, the types of production labeling machines in China are gradually increased, the technical level is greatly improved, and the situation of manual and semi-automatic labeling is changed from the situation of falling behind to the situation that an automatic high-speed labeling machine occupies a broad market.
However, the existing labeling machine has the following defects:
The label pressing wheel, the label sticking sensor, the label changing driving rod and other accessories in a labeling machine on the market are all arranged together, when the label tape is replaced through the label changing driving rod, the position of the label pressing wheel is easy to deviate from the initial position when the label changing driving rod resets, and the precision is poor; meanwhile, the labeling sensor vibrates and jumps along with the labeling wheel when the labeling wheel works, so that the induction effect is affected; meanwhile, the extension length of the label outlet and the label outlet detector are generally not adjustable, and the label outlet detector cannot be suitable for various label tapes.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description, wherein it is to be understood that, on the premise of no conflict, the following embodiments or technical features may be arbitrarily combined to form new embodiments.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. Referring to fig. 1-16, a labeling machine 100 includes a fixing frame 10, a label changing structure 20, a labeling sensor structure 30, and a labeling structure 40.
The fixed frame 10 is provided with a bottom fixed groove 11, the bottom fixed groove 11 is in a star shape, the label discharging structure 21 is fixed on the bottom fixed groove 11 through a screw, and the position of the label discharging structure 21 is adjusted by selecting the fixed position of the screw on the bottom fixed building 11.
The label replacing structure 20 comprises a label discharging structure 21, an unreeling wheel 22, a reeling wheel 23, a driving wheel 24, two compressing wheels 25, a connecting rod structure 26, two linkage members 27, two wheels 28 and a label replacing rod 29, wherein label tapes are respectively wound on the unreeling wheel 22 and the label replacing wheel 23, the compressing wheels 25 are fixedly connected with the label feeding wheels 28, the two gears 28 are meshed for transmission, the linkage members 27 are fixedly connected with the gears 28, the two linkage members 27 are fixedly connected through a spring, the linkage members 27 are rotatably arranged on a fixed frame 10, one of the two linkage members 27 is rotatably connected with the later connecting rod structure 26, the connecting rod structure 26 is fixedly connected with the label replacing rod 29, and the compressing wheels 25 are fixedly arranged on the gears 28. The compressing wheels 25 are abutted against the driving wheels 24 so as to avoid the label tapes from being tilted or uneven.
The label discharging structure 21 comprises a matching piece 211, a label discharging piece 212, a side fixing plate 213 and a label discharging monitor 214, wherein the matching piece 211 is provided with a matching groove 2111 and two adjusting holes 2113; the adjusting hole 2113 is elongated, the calibration component 212 is accommodated in the fitting groove 2111, the fitting component 211 includes a protrusion table 2112, the protrusion table 2112 is provided with a fixing hole, and the fixing hole is fixed on the fixing frame 10: the side fixing plate 213 is provided with a plurality of lower mounting holes 2131, and the mounting holes 2131 are arranged in two rows; the label 212 is provided with a through hole 2121 and two limiting tables 2123, the two limiting tables 2123 are distributed on two opposite sides of the label 212, a positioning groove 2122 is formed between the two limiting tables 2123, the limiting tables 2123 are right triangle-shaped, the middle part of the label 212 is half-plane-shaped, the limiting tables 2123 protrude out of the plane, the label tape is accommodated in the positioning groove 2122, the label outlet monitor 214 is provided with a label outlet fixing hole 2141, the label outlet 212 is made of nonmetal material, particularly ABS, and the influence of the output port to the pole piece process caused by the release of metal powder is avoided.
Specifically, the side fixing plate 213 abuts against the label 212, and the label 212 is fixed between the surface fixing plate 213 and the matching member 211. The label-out monitor 214 is fixed to the mounting hole 2131 through the label-out fixing hole 2141, and the fixing position of the label-out monitor 214 is adjusted by adjusting the mounting hole 2131 corresponding to the label-out fixing hole 2141, so that fine adjustment of the position is performed, and the applicability is strong; the fixing round holes are formed in the calibration piece 212 and correspond to the adjusting holes 2113, the calibration piece 212 is fixed to the matching piece 211 by penetrating through the adjusting holes 2113 through screws and fixing the fixing holes, the position of the calibration piece 212 is adjusted through adjusting the position of the calibration piece 212 in the matching groove 2111, the relative positions of the fixing round holes in the calibration piece 212 and the training holes 2113 are adjusted from the surface, and the adjustment is convenient. The index 212 is parallel to the side fixing plate 213.
The labeling sensor structure 30 includes a labeling sensor 31, a first fixing member 32, and an end fixing member 33. The labeling sensor 31 is circumferentially fixed on the first fixing member 32, the labeling sensor 31 is used for detecting a labeling state, the first fixing member 32 comprises a protruding portion 321, the protruding portion 321 is provided with a first circumferential fixing hole 3211 and a first fixing groove 3212, the first fixing groove 3212 is arc-shaped, the end fixing member 33 is provided with a plurality of matching holes 3321, a screw penetrates through the first fixing hole 3211 to be fixed on the matching holes 3321, the labeling sensor 31 rotates by taking the first circumferential fixing hole 3211 as a rotation point so as to adjust the angle of the labeling sensor 31, the screw penetrates through the first fixing groove 3212 to be fixed on the matching holes 3321, the angle of the labeling sensor 31 can be adjusted according to requirements, the first fixing hole 3211 is used for rotating the labeling sensor 31 by taking the first fixing hole 3211 as the rotation point, and the angle of the labeling sensor 31 is adjusted by the screw when the requirements are met, so that the labeling sensor 31 can be suitable for various labels.
Preferably, the screws penetrate through the second fixing grooves 3311 to be fixed on a fixing frame, and the secondary directions of the plurality of second fixing grooves 3311 are the same, specifically, the number of the second fixing grooves 3311 is two, the two second fixing grooves 3311 are located at two opposite sides of the fixing rod 331, and the positions of the screws relative to the second fixing grooves 3311 are adjusted. Thereby adjusting the overall height of the labeled sensor structure 30 relative to the position of the fixed frame.
Preferably, the end fixing member 33 includes a fixing rod 331 and a connecting portion 332, the fixing rod 331 is fixed to the connecting portion 332, the fixing rod 331 is provided with a second fixing groove 3311, and the second fixing groove 3311 is elongated. The connecting portion 332 is equipped with the mating holes 3321, the mating holes 3321 is early circular, the distribution of two rows is early in the mating holes 3321, the early rectangle of bellying 321, the curved centre of a circle of first fixed slot 3212 with first fixed hole 3211 coincidence, tip mounting 33 is L type, novel structure, design benefit, the suitability is strong, facilitate promotion.
The press mark structure 40 comprises a press mark fixing piece 41, a press mark connecting piece 42 and a press mark wheel 43, the press mark fixing piece 41 is provided with two second fixing holes 411, the second fixing holes 411 are long-strip-shaped, the extending directions of the second fixing holes 411 are the same, the end part of the press mark connecting piece 42 is arc-shaped, the press mark connecting piece 42 is rotationally connected with the press mark wheel 43, a screw penetrates through the second fixing holes 411 and the press mark connecting piece 42 is fixedly connected, and the position of the press mark connecting piece 42 relative to the press mark fixing piece 41 is adjusted through adjustment, so that the position of the press mark wheel 43 is adjusted according to the press mark degree, and adjustment is convenient. The output part of the label outputting structure 21 and the extending length of the label pressing wheel 43 can be independently adjusted according to the label length, so that the output requirements of labels with different specifications are met.

When the labeler 100 is used, when the label tape needs to be replaced, the label replacing rod 29 rotates to drive the connecting rod structure 26 to move, so that the two linkage pieces 27 rotate, the two gears 28 are driven to move from the surface, the pressing wheel 25 is separated and far away from the driving wheel 24, the label tape is replaced at the moment, and after the replacement is completed, the connecting rod structure 26, the linkage pieces 27, the side wheels 28 and the label replacing rod 29 are reset. The label tape is accommodated in the positioning groove 2122, so that the label is kept between the two limiting tables 2123 in the label outputting process, and the positioning precision is further improved.
