The locating ring 9 is also provided with a locating pin element 8, the locating pin is always clung to the end face of the shovel blade holder 2 under the action of a locking spring, when the shovel blade holder 2 rotates for a certain angle, the end part of the locating pin element 8 can be placed in a groove at the end part of the shovel blade holder 2, so that the shovel blade 6 is positioned after rotating, and paper passing is facilitated. When the locating pin element 8 is pulled out after paper passing, the scraper knife 6 can be rotated and reset to a normal working state under the action of the reset spring 13 in the waist-shaped groove of the locating ring.
The explosion diagram of the shovel blade assembly for the paper feeding roller of the ZJ116-SE cigarette making machine and the using method thereof is shown in fig. 4, and the parts and the assembling sequence of the shovel blade assembly can be clearly seen.
As shown in a schematic view of a scraper knife part for a paper feeding roller of a ZJ116-SE cigarette making machine in FIG. 8, a boss and a flat blade on the scraper knife 6 are provided with a certain chamfer angle, and the boss height and the chamfer angle are designed according to the depth of a groove of the paper feeding roller and the distance between a scraper knife shaft and the paper feeding roller shaft, so that the boss and the flat blade part of the scraper knife can be slightly contacted with the groove and the bulge of the paper feeding roller at the same time during working.
A schematic structural diagram of a knife assembly for a paper feed roller of a ZJ116-SE cigarette making machine and a positioning ring 9 used in a method for using the same is shown in fig. 2, which is designed for fixing a return spring 13 and a positioning pin element 8, and the working position of the knife can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the positioning ring 9 relative to the knife shaft 4.
A knife assembly for a ZJ116-SE cigarette machine paper feed roller and a locating pin element 8 used in the method of using the same are shown in figure 3, wherein the locating pin element consists of a locating pin, a locking spring and a knurled handle. When the locking spring is installed, the locking spring is sleeved on the positioning pin, and the positioning pin penetrates through the pin hole of the positioning ring and is connected with the knurled handle through threads.
Although the present invention has been described by way of examples, one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that many modifications and variations of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (7)

1. A shovel blade assembly is characterized by comprising a shovel blade shaft, a shovel blade seat and an end surface positioning component, wherein,
the scraper knife seat is sleeved on the scraper knife shaft and can rotate around the scraper knife shaft;
the shovel blade is fixed on the shovel blade seat;
the end face positioning component comprises a spring, a positioning pin element and a positioning ring, a through hole is formed in the center of the positioning ring, an annular belt is arranged around the through hole, a waist-shaped groove and a positioning pin hole which penetrate through two end faces of the positioning ring are formed in the annular belt, the waist-shaped groove is arranged around the center of the positioning ring, and the waist-shaped groove and the positioning pin hole are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction;
the spring is arranged in the waist-shaped groove of the positioning ring, one end of the spring is abutted against the axially positioned component, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the waist-shaped groove;
the locating pin element passes through the locating pin hole of the locating ring and is used for locking the axially located component when the axially located component rotates around the central line of the locating ring by a certain angle;
the scraper knife seat comprises a central hole and an annular part, wherein a boss and a groove are arranged on the end face of the annular part of the scraper knife seat, the boss and the groove are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, the boss is matched with a through part of a waist-shaped groove of the positioning ring, and the groove is used for being matched with a positioning pin hole on the positioning ring when the scraper knife seat rotates around the central line of the central hole by a certain angle;
the through hole of the positioning ring is matched with the scraper knife shaft; the boss of the shovel blade seat penetrates through the waist-shaped groove of the positioning ring;
the axial positioned component is a shovel blade seat, one end of a spring of the end surface positioning component is abutted against a boss of the shovel blade seat, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the waist-shaped groove; the locating pin element of the end face locating component penetrates through the locating pin hole of the locating ring and is used for penetrating into the groove on the shovel blade seat when the shovel blade seat rotates around the central line of the shovel blade shaft by a certain angle.
2. The blade assembly of claim 1, wherein the retaining ring is resilient, the retaining ring being provided with openings in the annular band that circumferentially separate the annular band; the positioning ring is provided with a tightening hole perpendicular to the section of the opening at the opening part, and the tightening hole penetrates through the annular belts at two sides of the opening.
3. A blade assembly according to claim 2, wherein the edge of the endless belt is provided with a cut-out parallel to the cross-section of the opening.
4. A blade assembly according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the annular band of the locating ring is provided with a threaded bore, the threaded bore being disposed adjacent the waist-shaped slot.
5. A blade assembly according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the bottom of the waist-shaped slot is partially through; the positioning ring is made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
6. A blade assembly according to claim 3, wherein the end face positioning member further comprises a tightening pin for passing through the opening and being screwed into the tightening hole to tighten the gap of the opening when the positioning ring is provided with the opening and the tightening hole for tightening, so that the through hole diameter of the positioning ring is reduced; the end face positioning component further comprises a positioning cover and a screw, wherein the screw is used for buckling the positioning cover on the waist-shaped groove end face of the positioning ring; the locating pin element comprises a locating pin and a locking spring, wherein the locking spring is arranged on the locating pin, one end of the locking spring is abutted against a stop surface of the locating pin, and the other end of the locking spring is abutted against the end surface of the locating ring.
7. The blade assembly of claim 6, wherein the boss and the recess of the blade holder are angularly spaced apart by a first angle relative to the center of the blade shaft, and the slot end face of the through slot on the retaining ring and the retaining pin hole are angularly spaced apart by a second angle relative to the center of the blade shaft, the second angle being less than the first angle; the blade of the shovel blade is provided with a boss and a flat blade which are adjacently arranged at intervals; the through hole of the positioning ring is in clearance fit with the scraper knife shaft, the end face positioning component comprises a tensioning nail, the positioning ring is provided with a tensioning hole matched with the tensioning nail and an opening for tightening the through hole of the positioning ring, and the tensioning nail can tighten the through hole of the positioning ring when passing through the tensioning hole at the opening part, so that the positioning ring and the scraper knife shaft are fixed and do not rotate; the shovel blade assembly further comprises a paper guide bent plate, and the paper guide bent plate is fixed on the shovel blade seat.
