一种电池放电控制方法、电池放电控制系统及智能电池。该电池放电控制方法包括:在电池(3)进行自放电时,检测电池的温度(S11);根据电池的温度,调整电池进行自放电时的放电速度(S12)。该电池放电控制方法、电池放电控制系统及智能电池能够避免电池在自放电时温度过高,同时具有较高的自放电效率。
