Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present application and the technical solutions of the present application will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to these embodiments. In the following description, specific details such as specific configurations and components are provided merely to facilitate a thorough understanding of embodiments of the application. It will therefore be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made to the embodiments described herein without departing from the scope and spirit of the application. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.
The embodiment of the application shows a wind wheel for a range hood, which has low vibration noise during operation.
The wind wheel for the range hood comprises a hub and a blade ring formed by a plurality of blades, wherein the blades are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the hub, and the blades are gradually bent outwards from two ends to the middle. As the middle of the blades of the wind wheel is outwards bent, the wind wheel is beneficial to guiding air flow, reducing the air flow impacting the shell of the fan, and further reducing the vibration noise generated by the shell in the running process of the fan.
In addition, the motor is provided with a rubber ring during installation, so that vibration brought by the motor can be reduced.
The wind wheel for a range hood according to the embodiment of the present application will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wind wheel for the range hood comprises a hub 1 and a blade ring 2 formed by a plurality of blades 21, wherein the blades 21 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the hub 1, and the blades 21 are gradually outwards bent from two ends to the middle.
Specifically, the blades 21 are gradually bent outwards from two ends to the middle, so that when the wind wheel rotates, air flows from two sides of the wind wheel are concentrated to the middle part, air flows leaked from two sides of the wind wheel are reduced, excessive impact caused by the air flows leaked from two sides of the wind wheel to the shell is avoided, and vibration of the shell is reduced. In addition, by directing the air flow toward the middle portion, turbulence is reduced, as well as wind noise caused by turbulence.
In the embodiment of the application, the distance from the middle of the blade 21 to the axis of the hub 1 is 1 cm longer than the distance from the two ends of the blade 21 to the axis of the hub 1. It has been found in practice that bending the blades 21 outwards by 1 cm is a preferred option.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the application, the rotor is driven by an electric motor 3.
Referring to fig. 1, the hub 1 comprises an outer ring 11, an inner ring 12 and connecting ribs 13 connecting the outer ring 11 and the inner ring 12, wherein the blades 21 are fixed on the outer ring 11, and the inner ring 12 is detachably and fixedly connected with the motor 3. The motor 3 is detachably connected with the inner ring 12, which is beneficial to maintenance and cleaning of the wind wheel and increases the universality of each component of the wind wheel.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present application, the inner ring 12 has a central opening 121, one side of the central opening 121 has a clamping groove 122, the output shaft 31 of the motor 3 is provided with a limiting pin 32, the limiting pin 32 passes through the output shaft 31 of the motor 3 in the diameter direction and is fixed on the output shaft 31, the end of the output shaft 31 has a threaded section 311 and is provided with a nut 4;
The output shaft 31 of the motor 3 passes through the central hole 121 of the inner ring 12 of the hub 1, so that the limiting pin 32 is clamped in the clamping groove 122, and the nut 4 is screwed into the tail end of the output shaft 31, so that the inner ring 12 of the hub 1 is clamped on the output shaft 31 of the motor 3.
The limiting pin 32 is clamped in the clamping groove 122, so that the relative rotation between the inner ring 12 of the hub 1 and the output shaft 31 of the motor 3 is limited. The nut 4 is screwed into the end of the output shaft 31, fixing the axial position of the inner ring 12 of the hub 1 on the output shaft 31.
In general, the connection between the output shaft 31 of the motor 3 and the inner ring 12 of the hub 1 is simple in structure, and the hub 1 can be disassembled only by unscrewing the nut 4, so that the disassembly is very convenient.
It should be noted that the rotation speed of the wind wheel is relatively low, and the simple connection structure can realize stable connection.
In the embodiment of the application, the intermediate portion of the blades 21 is fixed to the outer ring 11 of the hub 1. This reduces the length of the free end of the blade 21, which in turn reduces the elastic deformation of the blade 21 when subjected to the reaction force of the air flow, which in turn reduces the vibration intensity of the blade 21 when in operation.
In the embodiment of the application, the wind wheel is provided with two end circular rings 5, and the two end circular rings 5 are respectively fixed on two sides of the blade ring 2.
The end ring 5 advantageously increases the overall stability of the individual blades 21 during operation and reduces the vibration intensity of the blades 21 during operation.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present application, a mounting seat 33 is fixed on the motor 3, and the mounting seat 33 has a plurality of mounting holes, and the mounting holes are provided with rubber rings 331.
The motor 3 needs to be fixed on the shell of the fan, and the rubber ring 331 can absorb the vibration from the motor 3, prevent the vibration from being transmitted to the shell of the fan, and reduce the vibration of the shell.
In the embodiment of the present application, the blades 21 are disposed obliquely in the circumferential direction.
The blades 21 are inclined, so that the mounting direction of the blades 21 is kept as uniform as possible with the flow direction of the air flow, and the excessive air flow is reduced to impinge on the blades 21, thereby reducing the vibration of the blades 21.
The specific embodiments described herein are offered by way of example only to illustrate the spirit of the application. Those skilled in the art may make various modifications or additions to the described embodiments or substitutions thereof without departing from the spirit of the application or exceeding the scope of the application as defined in the accompanying claims.
