An indoor household exercise machine according to claim 1, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a first driving motor fixed on the inner wall of the driving cavity (9), the end of the output shaft of the first driving motor is fixedly connected with a first gear (8), the inner wall of the driving cavity (9) is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft (39), the outer side wall of the rotating shaft (39) is fixedly connected with a second gear (7), the first gear (8) and the second gear (7) are meshed with each other, and the end of the rotating shaft (39) penetrates through the driving cavity (9) and is fixedly connected with the upright post (2).
