Background
The emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B is a macrolide disaccharide pesticide with insecticidal, acaricidal and nematicidal activities, and has the following chemical structural formula:

the emamectin benzoate B2a and the emamectin benzoate B2B are collectively called emamectin B2a/B2B benzoate.
In the past decades, abamectin is mainly researched by B1a, however, the current domestic and foreign researches show that B2a also has great application value. In recent years, the development and research on emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate products are increased by the applicant, the emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate has a wide insecticidal spectrum, has high efficiency on lepidoptera, coleoptera, hemiptera, diptera, homoptera and the like, is effective on underground pests, such as mole cricket, root maggot and root aphid, and has a special effect on nematodes.
The emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B is easy to decompose in air and soil, the half-life period under the illumination condition is 90min, the half-life period in the soil (ph5.0) is 13.5h, the half-life period in the soil (ph7.0) is 16.8h, and the half-life period in the soil (ph9.0) is 10.5 h. The conventional water dispersible granule directly contacts with air and soil in the transportation and use processes, so that the original medicine is decomposed and wasted, and the drug effect of the product is reduced. When used for preventing and controlling underground pests, the pesticide is prepared into a pesticide fertilizer for use, and the raw material medicines are directly coated on fertilizer particles after being dissolved, so that the pesticide has the defects of easy loss after being exposed to rainwater and greatly reduced lasting period.
Therefore, the development of emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B granules with high stability, decomposition resistance and light resistance is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules, which comprise emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate and an anti-decomposition film forming agent, wherein the anti-decomposition film forming agent is waterborne polyurethane urea. The emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B granule prepared by the invention has the advantages of long lasting period, environmental friendliness, low auxiliary material cost, rain wash resistance and the like.
Based on the above findings, the present invention has been completed by the applicant. Specifically, the invention provides emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules, which comprise emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate and an anti-decomposition film forming agent, wherein the anti-decomposition film forming agent is waterborne polyurethane urea.
Specifically, the invention provides emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules, which comprise the following components in percentage by mass:

Wherein, the carrier is porous red sand.
Wherein the particle size of the porous red sand is 10-40 meshes, the adsorption value is 2-200g/kg, and the porous red sand is prepared by crushing red bricks, grading and screening.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules, which comprises the following steps: mixing emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate and solvent, dissolving, adding decomposition-resistant film-forming agent, mixing, adding carrier, stirring, adsorbing, and packaging.
Specifically, the invention also provides emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules which are water dispersible granules and comprise the following components in percentage by mass:
wherein the wetting agent is sodium dodecyl sulfate, the dispersing agent is sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate, and the ratio of the wetting agent to the dispersing agent is 1:1-5:13, preferably 1:1-3: 7.
Wherein, the filler is ammonium sulfate.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules (water dispersible granules), which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent and a filler, and performing air flow crushing to prepare ultrafine powder; mixing the film forming agent with water, adding into the superfine powder, stirring, granulating with a tabletting granulator, sieving, and packaging.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the decomposition film-forming agent forms a protective film on the emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules, so that the medicines are prevented from being directly exposed in the air in the preparation and transportation processes, and the decomposition of the raw medicines can be effectively prevented.
2) In the using process, the anti-decomposition film forming agent wraps the raw material medicine dispersed in water, the liquid drops are sprayed on the surface of crops, and after water is volatilized, the raw material medicine can be continuously prevented from being decomposed, so that the effect of prolonging the effective period is achieved.
3) When the soil insect pest control agent is used for controlling soil insect pests, the soil insect pest control agent is directly applied to the ground, so that the contact between the drug particles and the soil can be effectively prevented, and the lasting period is further prolonged.
4) The emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules adopt red sand as a carrier, the red sand has strong adsorption capacity and moderate dissolution efficiency, and the quick action can be ensured while the lasting period is prolonged; the granules disclosed by the invention are resistant to rain wash, and the drug loss is reduced. The red sand can also increase the air permeability of the soil, and the effect of improving the soil environment is achieved.
5) The emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules (water dispersible granules) are prepared by a tabletting and granulating method, the two steps of extrusion granulation and fluidized drying in the conventional method can be directly simplified into direct tabletting and crushing granulation, the product disintegration time is fast, the suspension rate is high, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.

The raw materials and auxiliary materials used in the specific embodiment of the invention are all commercially available, the emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate is self-made by the applicant, and the preparation method is disclosed in Chinese patent CN 103214532B.

uniformly mixing emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent and a filler, and crushing by using an air flow crusher to prepare ultrafine powder; mixing the film forming agent with water, adding into the superfine powder, stirring, granulating with an extrusion granulator, drying with a fluidized bed, sieving, and packaging.
Experimental example 1 detection of decomposition Rate of emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B granule
The emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B granules prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative example 1 were stored at 25 ℃, 54 ℃ and 30 ℃ for 14 days (with or without light), and the decomposition rates were determined by conventional methods for detecting water dispersible granules and granules, and the results are shown in Table 2.

Therefore, the control effect of the emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules (examples 1-3) on the peanut root-knot nematodes is obviously better than that of a product (comparative example 1) without the anti-decomposition film-forming agent, and the maximum control effect reaches nearly 80% 50 days after application. The control efficiency can be further improved by changing the application time and the application method.
Experimental example 3 detection of decomposition rate of emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B granular formulation (water dispersible granule)
Emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B granules (water dispersible granules) prepared in examples 4 to 6 and comparative examples 2 to 3 were stored at 25 ℃ for 14 days (with or without light shielding), at 54 ℃ for 14 days (with or without light shielding), diluted 1000-fold, and stored at 25 ℃ for 14 days (with or without air drying), and the decomposition rates were measured by a conventional method, and the results are shown in table 4.

Experimental example 4 influence of tabletting granulation method and conventional extrusion granulation method on energy consumption of granules (water dispersible granules)
The emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B granules (water dispersible granules) prepared in example 5 and comparative example 2 were subjected to index detection such as energy consumption, and the results are shown in table 5.

Therefore, the emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B water dispersible granule prepared by the tabletting and granulating method is superior to the traditional extruding and granulating method in the aspects of detection indexes such as disintegration time, energy consumption and the like.
Experimental example 5 experiment for controlling pear psylla by using emamectin benzoate B2a/B2B benzoate granules (water dispersible granules)
In northern China, the period of 4-5 months is the high-emergence period of the psylla chinensis, and in the middle ten days of 4 months, a test for preventing and controlling the psylla chinensis in the field is carried out in a certain village in Xinji city, Hebei province.

Example 6 Emamectin B2a/B2B benzoate granule (Water dispersible granule) experiment for preventing and treating Myzus persicae

Example 7 Emamectin B2a/B2B benzoate granule (Water dispersible granule) control experiment of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis
Guangxi province is a big province for rice planting, rice leaf rollers and chilo suppressalis are the most harmful insect pests to rice, the rice leaf rollers and the chilo suppressalis start to log in at the beginning of 5 months every year, pesticide application can effectively prevent and control the rice leaf rollers before logging in, and field pesticide effect tests are carried out on the rice leaf rollers at the beginning of 5 months.
