Background
The preparation of many samples in the current experimental field is still accomplished by pure manual work, and some samples are small, and sample preparation and post processing have very big difficulty, and the operating experience of experimenter can cause very big influence for the experimental result. In addition, the current sample manufacturing process adopts a manual mode to finish leveling, and the error is very large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a test piece by using a T-shaped sample, aiming at overcoming the defects in the prior art and solving the problems in the prior art.
The technical problem solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a method for manufacturing a test piece by using a T-shaped test sample comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, horizontally placing a testing end face of a T-shaped test sample on a bottom supporting plate, then adhering an elastic gasket to the periphery of the testing end face of the T-shaped test sample, and adjusting the heights of the testing end face and the elastic gasket to enable the elastic gasket to be slightly higher than the testing end face;
2) adjusting the T-shaped test sample and the elastic gasket to ensure that the upper end surface of the T-shaped test sample, the test end surface and the elastic gasket are parallel to each other;
3) filling materials in the holes of the elastic gasket and compacting;
4) after placing the corresponding powder material at the bottom of the sample making machine, moving the T-shaped sample, adopting a right-angle ruler to measure and ensure the level of the upper end surface of the T-shaped sample in the moving process of the T-shaped sample, finally filling the powder material at the periphery of the T-shaped sample, and heating and pressurizing until the trial production of the test piece is completed.
Further, the height of the elastic pad slightly higher than the test end face 5 is 0.5 mm.
Furthermore, the elastic gasket is made of soft materials with a small range of compression amount.
Further, the elastic gasket is bonded to the T-shaped test piece by bonding powder.
Further, the T-shaped test sample is fixed by gluing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the method provided by the invention is used for manufacturing the test piece by adopting the T-shaped test sample, the requirements of the upper end surface, the test end surface and the flatness of the elastic gasket of the T-shaped test sample can be met.

In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with the specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the method for manufacturing a test piece by using a T-shaped test sample according to the present invention includes a T-shaped test sample 1, an elastic pad 2 and a bottom supporting plate 3;
the size of the T-shaped sample 1 is 10 x 10mm, the size of the detection part is 1mm, when the sample is prepared, the T-shaped sample needs to be horizontally placed on the bottom supporting plate 3, the levelness of the upper end surface 4 and the testing end surface 5 of the T-shaped sample is guaranteed, and then the sample is manufactured.
The concrete steps of manufacturing the test piece by adopting the T-shaped sample 1 are as follows:
1) firstly, horizontally placing a testing end face 5 of a T-shaped test sample 1 on a bottom supporting plate 3, then adhering an elastic gasket 2 to the periphery of the testing end face 5 of the T-shaped test sample 1, and adjusting the heights of the testing end face 5 and the elastic gasket 2 to ensure that the elastic gasket 2 is slightly higher than the testing end face 5;
2) adjusting the T-shaped test sample 1 and the elastic gasket 2 to ensure that the upper end surface 4, the test end surface 5 and the elastic gasket 2 of the T-shaped test sample 1 are parallel to each other;
3) filling materials in the holes of the elastic gasket 2 and compacting;
4) after placing corresponding powder materials at the bottom of the sample making machine, moving the T-shaped sample 1, in the moving process of the T-shaped sample 1, adopting a right-angle ruler to measure and ensure that the upper end surface 4 of the T-shaped sample is horizontal, finally filling the powder materials at the periphery of the T-shaped sample 1, and heating and pressurizing until the trial production of the test piece is completed.
It is noted that the height of the resilient pad 2, slightly above the test end face 5, is 0.5 mm. The elastic gasket 2 is made of soft material with a small range of compression amount. The elastic pad 2 is bonded to the T-shaped test piece 1 by bonding powder. The T-shaped test specimen 1 is fixed by gluing.
