Abstract
The invention discloses a head lamp, which comprises a lamp cap, a power supply assembly and a fixing belt, wherein the lamp cap comprises a lamp cap and a reflecting lamp cup; the power supply assembly is provided with an LED lamp substrate, and an LED lamp is arranged on the LED lamp substrate; the lamp cap can rotate relative to the power supply assembly along with the rotating shaft; an opening corresponding to the LED lamp is arranged on one side of the lamp cap; and the LED lamp is also provided with a lampshade. The above-mentioned document and other prior art, though the head lamp luminance is higher, still can adjust the light irradiation direction, but higher luminance and relatively concentrated light not only can not effectual improvement space luminance, but makes the regional luminance that is shone too big, produces the stimulus effect to the human eye, is shone regional impression and is poor.
Therefore, improving the structure of the prior art head lamp to make it more suitable for the environment to adjust and change is a problem worthy of research.

the power supply assembly is provided with an LED lamp substrate, and an LED lamp is arranged on the LED lamp substrate; the lamp cap can rotate relative to the power supply assembly along with the rotating shaft; and an opening corresponding to the LED lamp is arranged on one side of the lamp cap.
A lampshade is further arranged on the LED lamp;
the lampshade comprises a light-transmitting lampshade, a transparent lampshade, a white lampshade, a colored lampshade and a hollowed-out lampshade;
The shape of the lampshade comprises a hemispherical lampshade and a cylindrical lampshade;
the number of the LED lamps is at least 1;
A damping device is arranged on the rotating shaft and comprises a screw;
The power supply component is hinged with the fixing belt in a connecting mode;
The power supply assembly and the lamp cap can be fixed through a clamping device, and the clamping device comprises a clamping head device, a bayonet and a clamping button.

As shown in fig. 1-4, a head lamp comprising: the LED lamp comprises a lamp cap 1, a power supply assembly 2 and a fixing belt 3, wherein the lamp cap 1 comprises a lamp cap 4, a reflector lamp cup 5 and a lens, the fixing belt 3 is connected to one side of the power supply assembly 2, the lamp cap 1 is connected to the other side of the power supply assembly 2, the lamp cap 1 is connected with the power supply assembly 2 through a rotating shaft 10, the power supply assembly 2 is provided with an LED lamp substrate 6, an LED lamp 7 is arranged on the LED lamp substrate 6, the lamp cap 1 can rotate relative to the power supply assembly 2 along with the rotating shaft 10, and an opening 8 corresponding to the LED lamp 7 is arranged on one side of the lamp cap 1. When in short-distance illumination, the lamp cap 1 is rotated to enable the lamp cap 1 to be partially separated from the power supply assembly 2, the LED lamp 7 on the power supply assembly 2 is exposed, and light rays are directly emitted from the LED lamp 7, so that large-range illumination is realized; when in remote illumination, the lamp cap 1 is rotated, so that the lamp cap 1 is attached to the power supply assembly 2, the LED lamp 7 on the power supply assembly 2 enters the lamp cap 1 through the opening 8, and light is reflected by the reflecting lamp cup 5 and then emitted from the lamp cap 1, so that remote illumination is realized. The rotating shaft 10 is provided with a damping device, and the damping device comprises but is not limited to a screw, and the rotating difficulty of the rotating shaft 10 can be controlled by adjusting the damping device.
The number of the LED lamps 7 is more than or equal to one.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 5-8, a head lamp comprising: the LED lamp comprises a lamp cap 1, a power supply assembly 2 and a fixing belt 3, wherein the lamp cap 1 comprises a lamp cap 4, a reflector lamp cup 5 and a lens, the fixing belt 3 is connected to one side of the power supply assembly 2, the lamp cap 1 is connected to the other side of the power supply assembly 2, the lamp cap 1 is connected with the power supply assembly 2 through a rotating shaft 10, the power supply assembly 2 is provided with an LED lamp substrate 6, an LED lamp 7 is arranged on the LED lamp substrate 6, the lamp cap 1 can rotate relative to the power supply assembly 2 along with the rotating shaft 10, and an opening 8 corresponding to the LED lamp 7 is arranged on one side of the lamp cap 1. When in short-distance illumination, the lamp cap 1 is rotated to enable the lamp cap 1 to be partially separated from the power supply assembly 2, the LED lamp 7 on the power supply assembly 2 is exposed, and light rays are directly emitted from the LED lamp 7, so that large-range illumination is realized; when in remote illumination, the lamp cap 1 is rotated, so that the lamp cap 1 is attached to the power supply assembly 2, the LED lamp 7 on the power supply assembly 2 enters the lamp cap 1 through the opening 8, and light is reflected by the reflecting lamp cup 5 and then emitted from the lamp cap 1, so that remote illumination is realized. The rotating shaft 10 is provided with a damping device, and the damping device comprises but is not limited to a screw, and the rotating difficulty of the rotating shaft 10 can be controlled by adjusting the damping device. The lamp shade 9 includes, but is not limited to, a transparent lamp shade, a white lamp shade, a color lamp shade and a hollowed-out lamp shade; the shape of the lamp housing 9 includes, but is not limited to, a hemispherical lamp housing and a cylindrical lamp housing.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 9-10, the power supply assembly 2 is further provided with a chuck device 11 and a fastening button 12, the lamp cap 1 is further provided with a bayonet 13 corresponding to the chuck device 11, the lamp cap 1 and the power supply assembly 2 can be fastened together through cooperation of the chuck device 11 and the bayonet 13, and when the lamp cap 1 needs to be rotated, the chuck device 11 and the bayonet 13 can be separated only by pressing the button 12. It should be noted here that the chuck device 11 is further provided with functional components such as elastic elements and supports, and the conventional known technology is adopted because the technology and construction principle of the chuck device are relatively widely applied.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 11-13, the power supply assembly 2 is connected with the fixing strap 3 through a rotating shaft 10, and the irradiation angle of the light can be adjusted through the rotating shaft 10 between the power supply assembly 2 and the fixing strap 3, so that the head-mounted lamp has a gain effect.
According to the invention, short-distance illumination can be realized as required, and long-distance illumination can be realized through rotating the positions and included angles among the component parts and the reflecting cup, so that the illumination range is improved, and the use efficiency, the applicable environment and the illumination effect of the head-mounted lamp are greatly improved.
It should be noted here that the main function of the shaft 10 during use of the invention is to connect (hinge) the power assembly 2 and the burner 1 or/and the fixing strap 3, so that the burner 1 and/or the fixing strap 3 can be rotated along the shaft 10 relative to the power assembly 2 to effect a change in the light irradiation range and/or angle. The known connection modes are far more than these, such as sliding rails, gears and the like; the same LED lamp 7 is only a relatively preferred lighting element, whereas known lighting elements are far more than these, such as: incandescent lamps, tungsten filament lamps, etc.; therefore, only changing the connection mode of the power supply assembly 2 and the lamp cap 1 and/or the fixing belt 3 and/or changing the lighting elements to greatly change the shape of the lamp cap 1 and/or the power supply assembly 2 (without substantial modification of the head lamp) is covered in the protection scope of the invention; any modification or replacement which can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present disclosure should also be covered by the scope of the present invention.

4. A head light as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the number of the LED lamps is at least 1.
5. A head light as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and the rotating shaft is provided with a damping device, and the damping device comprises a screw.
