Abstract

本发明属于办公设施领域，具体涉及一种密闭隔音间。一种密闭隔音间玻璃窗结构，包括窗框，在窗框上粘接夹胶玻璃，夹胶玻璃包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃和设于外层玻璃与内层玻璃之间的夹胶层和装饰层，内层玻璃粘接在窗框上，装饰层为不透明材料，装饰层的形状与窗框的形状相同。通过在夹胶玻璃中设置与窗框形状相同的装饰层，达到隐藏窗框的效果，可使密闭隔音间的玻璃窗更加整体和美观，且安装牢固。同时，由于夹胶玻璃为复合结构，相较于单层玻璃，还可以增强密闭隔音间的隔音效果。

技术领域
本发明属于办公设施领域，具体涉及一种密闭隔音间。
背景技术
越来越多的现代办公空间，公共服务空间，商业空间需要在公共大空间中增加设立一个方便一个人打电话、两个人或多人对话、由四周围护组件、顶部组件、门窗系统组件和底部组件组合成密闭隔音私密箱子，以避免因为打电话和对话产生的噪音对周围大空间其他人的干扰和影响，同时也可以使得该私密隔声箱子避开周围环境的噪音影响。这种箱子主要用于一个人或几个人的私密隔声用途，通常都设计得比较狭小，同时为了避免箱子的高度造成对已有消防喷淋设施的影响，箱子整体高度一般设计一般不超过220cm，宽度一般不会超过240cm，深度一般不会超过150cm，以120cm为最佳，在这样有限的高度条件下，为了减少狭小空间对使用者造成的压抑感，通常会在最宽的两个围护组件面上设计全高透光门窗组件。
这样的隔声私密箱子，玻璃门窗组件一般会因为隔声需要而使用比较厚的玻璃，会比较重，因此需要的门窗框必须非常厚重粗大才能满足结构要求，否则门窗框会很容易变形，特别是玻璃门页框。由于箱子比较狭小的外形设计，即使最宽处也不超过240cm，如果表面有许多粗大的玻璃框的话，显然整体美观性会受到影响。
如果采用现有的烤漆玻璃来隐藏窗框，烤漆玻璃的烤漆面与门窗框在粘接的时候，通常会与用于粘结的结构硅胶等粘结剂之间发生化学物理反应产生气泡，气泡不但影响隐框玻璃面的美观，而且可能导致玻璃脱落，加大了使用的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种可以隐藏门框的密闭隔音间玻璃窗结构。
为了解决以上技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种密闭隔音间玻璃窗结构，包括窗框，在窗框上粘接夹胶玻璃，夹胶玻璃包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃和设于外层玻璃与内层玻璃之间的夹胶层和装饰层，内层玻璃粘接在窗框上，装饰层为不透明材料，装饰层的形状与窗框的形状相同。
进一步的，装饰层为烤漆层。
进一步的，烤漆层设于内层玻璃上。
进一步的，烤漆层设于外层玻璃上。
进一步的，烤漆层同时设于内层玻璃和外层玻璃上。
本发明的有益之处在于，通过在夹胶玻璃中设置与窗框形状相同的装饰层，达到隐藏窗框的效果，可使密闭隔音间的玻璃窗更加整体和美观，且安装牢固。同时，由于夹胶玻璃为复合结构，相较于单层玻璃，还可以增强密闭隔音间的隔音效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述：
夹胶玻璃的结构如图1所示，夹胶玻璃包括外层玻璃1、内层玻璃2和设于外层玻璃1与内层玻璃2之间的夹胶层3和烤漆层4，烤漆层4为装饰层。内层玻璃2粘接在窗框上，烤漆层4的形状与窗框的形状相同。烤漆层4同时设于内层玻璃2和外层玻璃1上。
夹胶玻璃粘接在窗框上的效果如图2所示，烤漆层4将窗框完全隐藏，且多个玻璃窗的整体性很强，使密闭隔音间显得更加整体和美观。
实际实施过程中，烤漆层4还可单独设于内层玻璃或外层玻璃上。
实际实施过程中，除了烤漆层4外，装饰层还可采用其他类型的不透明材料。
需要强调的是：以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制，凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

1.一种密闭隔音间玻璃窗结构，包括窗框，其特征在于：在窗框上粘接夹胶玻璃，所述夹胶玻璃包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃和设于外层玻璃与内层玻璃之间的夹胶层和装饰层，所述内层玻璃粘接在窗框上，所述装饰层为不透明材料，所述装饰层的形状与窗框的形状相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密闭隔音间玻璃窗结构，其特征在于：所述装饰层为烤漆层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密闭隔音间玻璃窗结构，其特征在于：所述烤漆层设于内层玻璃上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的密闭隔音间玻璃窗结构，其特征在于：所述烤漆层设于外层玻璃上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的密闭隔音间玻璃窗结构，其特征在于：所述烤漆层同时设于内层玻璃和外层玻璃上。
