Abstract

The invention provides a fixed-length pay-off mechanism for a coil, which comprises a coil shell, a coil outlet nozzle, an upper end plate, a coil, a lower end plate, a wire binding rod and a cable clamp. The coil shell, the upper end plate and the lower end plate form a coil containing container which has supporting and protecting functions on the coil. The outlet nozzle is arranged on the upper end plate, the cable is distributed from the central hole of the cable, and the outlet nozzle plays roles in guiding, buffering and reducing abrasion for the cable. The binding rod is a key structure for realizing stepping paying-off, when the cable is wound to a specified length, the cable is pulled out from the corresponding hole of the lower end plate, the binding rod is wound for multiple circles, then a coil is wound continuously until all gears are wound and hung according to the method, the paying-off length is marked at the position corresponding to the binding position, and finally the cable is uniformly wound and fixed on the cable clamp. When the length of the coil needs to be set during use, the coil tying rod with the length position and the length smaller than the length is pulled out, so that the coil length-fixing and paying-off function is realized.

Description

Fixed-length pay-off mechanism for coil
Technical Field
The invention relates to a coil fixed-length pay-off mechanism which is suitable for setting different length gears for continuously laid coils to realize a fixed-length pay-off function.
Background
The communication buoy for the underwater navigation is a miniaturized medium-crossing network communication node, moves towards the water surface under the action of positive buoyancy after being launched out of a pipe from the underwater, and is separated into two parts after reaching the water surface: the water surface floating section and the sinking detection section are connected in a wired communication mode. The sonar carried by the detection section is in underwater acoustic communication with the underwater vehicle, and the data transmission communication module and the Beidou module carried by the floating section transmit information sent by the underwater vehicle to the water surface ship or the shore-based platform, so that the cross-medium external communication and the position calibration of the underwater vehicle are realized. Before launching the buoy, the underwater vehicle determines the hoisting depth of the detection section according to different sea conditions, battlefield conditions and underwater acoustic performance, so that the cable laying length can be set before launching the buoy.
