Abstract
The invention discloses an air pressure regulating mechanism of an extrusion cleaning device and a cleaning bottle, wherein the mechanism is positioned between a shell and the bottle body and comprises an air inlet, a movable valve, an air inlet column and an air outlet, wherein the air inlet is arranged on the surface of the bottle body, the movable valve can cover the air inlet and float up and down, the air inlet column is arranged on the periphery of the air inlet and can accommodate the movable valve, and the air outlet is communicated with the air inlet column and the outer space of the shell; the movable valve is provided with a plurality of ventilation grooves. The product of the invention is substantially improved aiming at the defect of slower internal and external air pressure balance speed of the existing product, thereby not only improving the backlog liquid outlet efficiency of the product, but also increasing the dustproof and pollution-proof functions of the product, and further improving the liquid medicine overflow problem of the original product. The air pressure adjusting mechanism enables the functions of the extrusion cleaning device to be more perfect, and improves the use experience of patients.

Background
At present, products for cleaning the nasal cavity and the nasal sinuses have various design ideas, one of which is based on extruding the bottle body to compress the inner cavity space of the bottle body, thereby improving the pressure intensity and extruding and spraying the liquid medicine. In order to ensure the realization of the technical scheme, the existing product is often designed with a movable valve capable of floating up and down, when the movable valve is extruded, the movable valve floats upwards, and the vent on the surface of the shell can be blocked and closed, so that the liquid medicine is extruded only from the liquid outlet; when the extrusion is stopped, the bottle body is reset, and air enters the shell to balance the internal and external air pressure.
However, the existing products mainly have two problems at present, and the service efficiency of the existing products is seriously affected. Firstly, the existing movable valve is shaped like a reverse-buckled bowl, when the movable valve floats upwards, the movable valve can incline at an angle and cannot well block the vent of the shell, so that part of air overflows from the vent when the bottle body is extruded, and the liquid outlet quantity of the liquid outlet is reduced; second, the current design cannot realize rapid balance of internal and external air pressure when the bottle is reset, so that a patient needs to wait for a long time to squeeze the bottle for the second time after squeezing the bottle once. In addition, the existing product still has slight liquid medicine overflow phenomenon at the liquid outlet of the shell.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the invention aims to provide an air pressure regulating mechanism for improving the liquid outlet stability of an extrusion cleaning device and rapidly balancing the internal and external pressure of a bottle body; it is a further object of the present invention to provide a cleaning bottle containing the foregoing adjustment mechanism.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the above purpose, the air pressure regulating mechanism of the extrusion cleaning device is positioned on the upper surface of the extrudable bottle body and the lower surface of the shell, the surface of the shell is provided with a liquid outlet nozzle, the liquid inlet end of the liquid outlet nozzle is provided with a liquid outlet pipe extending to the inner cavity of the bottle body, and the regulating mechanism comprises an air inlet arranged on the surface of the bottle body, a movable flap capable of completely covering the air inlet, an air inlet column which is arranged on the periphery of the air inlet and can accommodate the up-and-down movement of the movable flap, and an air outlet which is communicated with the air inlet column and the outer space of the shell; the upper surface of the movable valve is a convex curved surface or conical surface, a limiting piece matched with the shape of the upper surface of the movable valve is arranged on the inner side wall of the air inlet column, and a plurality of ventilation grooves are formed in the lower edge of the side wall of the movable valve.
Further, the center of the upper surface of the movable flap extends upwards to form a guide rod; the air inlet column is provided with a narrow cavity for the guide rod to move up and down. Specifically, a clearance fit is formed between the guide rod and the narrow cavity so as to ensure that air outside the shell can flow into the inner cavity of the bottle body from the air outlet, the clearance formed between the guide rod and the narrow cavity and then through the movable flap ventilation groove when the bottle body is reset.
Further, the movable valve comprises a cylindrical part, a curved surface part arranged above the cylindrical part and a guide rod arranged in the center of the curved surface part, 2-6 ventilation grooves are formed in the lower edge of the cylindrical part, and the shape of each ventilation groove comprises, but is not limited to, any one of a wedge-shaped groove, a tooth-shaped groove, a waist-shaped groove and a half-moon-shaped groove. Preferably, the ventilation grooves are 4 half-moon grooves.
In order to reduce external pollution and prevent excessive dust from being inhaled in the process of inhalation, a boss is arranged on the surface of the shell, and a side opening communicated with the air outlet is arranged on the side wall of the boss. Further, the boss is provided with a burr shielding the side opening from above.
Preferably, in order to further prevent the liquid medicine from overflowing from the air inlet, a reflux groove with a notch diameter smaller than that of the movable valve is formed below the surface of the bottle body corresponding to the movable valve, and a reflux opening communicated with the inner cavity of the bottle body is formed in the side surface of the inner wall of the reflux groove. More preferably, the bottom surface of the reflux groove is provided with a gun head which extends upwards and is provided with an opening at the tail end, and the opening position of the gun head corresponds to the center of the bottom surface of the movable flap.
According to the invention, the bottle body is gradually widened from top to bottom, and the outer edge of the bottom surface of the bottle body is formed with a chamfer angle of 40-60 degrees in an inclined manner. Preferably, the surface of the bottle body is provided with a texture which plays a role in skid resistance.
The beneficial effects are that: the product of the invention is substantially improved aiming at the defect of slower internal and external air pressure balance speed of the existing product, thereby not only improving the backlog liquid outlet efficiency of the product, but also increasing the dustproof and pollution-proof functions of the product, and further improving the liquid medicine overflow problem of the original product. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an air pressure adjusting mechanism of an extrusion cleaning device is positioned on the upper surface of an extrudable bottle body 1 and the lower surface of a shell 2, a liquid outlet nozzle 3 is arranged on the surface of the shell 2, a liquid inlet end of the liquid outlet nozzle 3 is provided with a liquid outlet pipe 4 extending to the inner cavity of the bottle body 1, the air pressure adjusting mechanism comprises an air inlet 5 arranged on the surface of the bottle body 1, a movable flap 6 capable of completely covering the air inlet 5, an air inlet column 7 arranged on the periphery of the air inlet 5 and capable of accommodating the up-and-down movement of the movable flap 6, and an air outlet 8 communicated with the air inlet column 7 and the outer space of the shell 2; the inner side wall of the air inlet column 7 is inwards concave, is matched with the shape of the upper surface of the movable valve 6, and is in a limiting relationship.
The movable flap 6 includes a cylindrical portion 61, a curved surface portion 62 provided above the cylindrical portion 61, and a guide rod 63 provided at the center of the curved surface portion 62, and 4 half-moon shaped grooves 64 are provided at the lower edge of the cylindrical portion 61. The intake column 7 is provided with a narrow cavity 71 in which the guide rod 63 moves up and down. The guide rod 63 and the narrow cavity 71 form clearance fit, so that air outside the shell 2 can flow into the inner cavity of the bottle body 1 from the air outlet 8, the clearance formed between the guide rod 63 and the narrow cavity 71 and then through the ventilation groove of the movable valve 6 when the bottle body 1 is reset.
