The adjusting shaft 7-4 is provided with a joint bearing 7-5; the joint bearing 7-5 is opposite to the output shaft of the power head 6 along the axial direction of the power head 6. The upper end of the workpiece 8 is positioned in the joint bearing 7-5.
Referring again to FIG. 4, the clamping and positioning device 10 includes a base shaft 10-1; a threaded shaft 10-2 is fixed on one side of the middle part of the base shaft 10-1, and the threaded shaft 10-2 is arranged in a threaded hole formed in the end part of an output shaft of the power head 6; the middle part of the base shaft 10-1 is provided with a hole seat at one side opposite to the threaded shaft 10-2, and the base shaft 10-1 is provided with a threaded mounting hole communicated with the hole seat of the base shaft 10-1. The end part of a workpiece 8 is arranged in a hole seat of a base shaft 10-1, a jacking screw 10-3 is arranged in a threaded mounting hole at the two ends of the base shaft 10-1, a spring 10-4 is arranged at the inner end of the jacking screw 10-3, and a steel ball 10-5 is arranged at the inner end of the spring 10-4; the inner sections of the threaded mounting holes at the two ends of the base shaft 10-1 are unthreaded holes, the inner ends of the threaded mounting holes are conical, and the steel balls 10-5 do not extend out of the inner ends of the threaded mounting holes by more than one half. The steel ball 10-5 is supported in a sinking groove at the end part of the workpiece 8 under the pressure of the spring 10-4, and the design of the spring 10-4 also ensures that the workpiece 8 can be directly inserted into or pulled out of a hole seat of the base shaft 10-1, thereby being convenient for disassembly and assembly.
The working process is as follows:
a workpiece is directly inserted from the upper side of the joint bearing, the lower end of the workpiece enters a hole seat of a base shaft 10-1 under certain pressure, a steel ball 10-5 is propped against a sinking groove at the end part of the workpiece 8 under the pressure of a spring 10-4, and a jacking screw 10-3 slightly rotates to complete positioning;
the cylinder 5 is reset, and the workpiece 8 contacts the turntable 9;
the power head 6 works, and the workpiece 8 rotates and reciprocates along the axial direction for a fixed time;
after finishing the grinding, the cylinder 5 is extended and the workpiece is removed in the reverse procedure.
