Abstract
本发明提出了一种三明治座椅面料及其制备方法,面料包括网孔表面、连接单丝、平布底面;连接单丝连接网孔表面和平布底面,采用双针床拉舍尔机编织;网孔表面由质量分数为80‑86%阻燃涤纶纤维和14‑20%棉纤维的纱线编织而成;平布底面由质量分数为80‑86%棉纤维和14‑20%阻燃涤纶纤维的纱线编织而成;连接单丝由质量分数为28‑42%阻燃涤纶纤维和58‑72%锦纶长丝编织而成;其中阻燃涤纶纤维的磷含量为0.4‑0.6%;根据本发明组分及工艺制备的面料具有阻燃性,并且还具有更强的吸湿透气性以及抗菌性,不易产生静电。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种三明治座椅面料及其制备方法,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
三明治面料是由经编机织造的一种合成面料。三明治面料一般由上、中、下三个面组成。表面通常为网孔设计,中间一层为连接表面与底面的中间纱,底面通常为密织的平板面,俗称“三明治”。具有良好的透气性和适度调节能力,独特的弹性功能,耐磨适用,永不起球,外观时尚美观的优良特性,被广泛应用于运动鞋服、箱包、座套等领域。但三明治面料也存在着以下问题:
1、由于目前座椅面料的加工工艺越趋一次成型,使用者不易更换座椅面料,而一般办公座椅使用时长较久,可达5年以上,且办公座椅使用时没有用座套的习惯,虽然三明治面料作为针织面料,有保温透气、弹性好的优势,但在使用过程中,针织面料更易沾染污渍、且难以擦洗维护;
2、为了增加三明治面料的颜色鲜艳度以及耐磨性,所使用的材料会较多运用涤纶,但涤纶易产生静电,在使用中会对使用者造成不便;
3、座椅在长期的使用过程中,湿气、污渍日积月累在座椅的下层堆积,因此在面料的下层容易藏污纳垢从而滋生大量的细菌;
4、三明治面料多采用化纤成分,存在易燃的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种三明治座椅面料及其制备方法,解决三明治座椅面料的易燃、易产生静电、易沾染污渍且难以擦洗维护、易滋生细菌发霉等缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种三明治座椅面料,包括网孔表面、连接单丝、平布底面;连接单丝连接网孔表面和平布底面,采用双针床拉舍尔机编织;
其中网孔表面由质量分数为80-86%阻燃涤纶纤维和14-20%棉纤维的纱线编织而成;纱线经防水及易擦洗处理;防水及易擦洗处理可以采用常规的各种方式方法,比如分别在防水整理剂溶液和易擦洗整理剂溶液中浸渍,也可以将防水整理剂溶液和易擦洗整理剂溶液加热形成蒸汽喷在纱线上。
所述平布底面由质量分数为80-86%棉纤维和14-20%阻燃涤纶纤维的纱线编织而成;纱线经抗菌处理;处于三明治面料最下层的平布底面不仅最容易藏污纳垢,也是最清洗不到的地方,因此进行抗菌处理最有必要,效果也最好。
所述连接单丝由质量分数为28-42%阻燃涤纶纤维和58-72%锦纶长丝编织而成,其中阻燃涤纶纤维的磷含量为0.4-0.6%;锦纶长丝为速干面料常用材料,具有迅速吸收水分至表面并迅速蒸发掉的特性,配合防污、易擦洗上层网孔面料,可大大缩短座椅经擦洗后恢复干燥的时间。
本发明还提供了一种三明治座椅面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)网孔表面纱线加工:将质量分数为80-86%阻燃涤纶纤维和14-20%棉纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在防水整理液中浸渍8-10min,轧车轧液,轧液率80-100%;经160℃,30-45S烘干;再将纱线在易擦洗整理液中浸渍8-10min,轧车轧液,轧液率80-100%;经160℃,30-45S烘干;其中防水整理液以质量分数计包括8-12%的德美化工防水剂DM3640;其中易擦洗整理液以质量分数计包括8-12%的格蓝迪去污剂702。
(2)平布底面纱线加工:将质量分数为80-86%棉纤维和14-20%阻燃涤纶纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在抗菌整理液中浸渍8-10min,轧车轧液,轧液率80-100%;经160℃,30-45S烘干;其中抗菌整理液以质量分数计包括1.5-2.5%的碳酸氢钙、10%-15%的纳米硅溶胶、1-1.5%的氧化锌溶胶、3-5%的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、1.8%-2.5%的纳米二氧化钛、50%-58%的去离子水。
(3)连接单丝加工:将质量分数为28-42%阻燃涤纶纤维和58-72%锦纶长丝加工成纱线。
(4)三明治面料织造:采用双针床拉舍尔机编织,间隔纱导纱梳栉穿入连接单丝,前侧两组地梳栉穿入表面纱线,后侧两组地梳栉穿入底面纱线,四组地梳栉与针床相配合编织上下两面层,间隔纱导纱梳栉与针床配合编织中间间隔层;
(5)染整:三明治面料染色后,进行抗静电、防污处理,其步骤包括:①配置整理液,以质量分数计包括15-20%的改性松节油、3%-7%的活性炭、3-7%的壳聚糖、3-6%的聚丙烯酸酯衍生物、4%-7.5%的乙二醇溶液、6-9%的三甲胺乙内酯、45%-62%的去离子水;②轧液,将面料在整理液中浸渍25-30min,轧车轧液,轧液率90-100%;③烘干,经180℃,40-60S。进行过防污处理的网格面料再次进行防污处理后,防污效果更好。
(6)一次定型:放入平幅无张力水洗机落水定型,定型温度为70-80℃,定型时间160S。
(7)二次定型:将三明治座椅面料进行二次定型。
有益效果
1、本发明提供的三明治面料上层为常规的网孔面料,网孔表面纱线由质量分数为80-86%阻燃涤纶纤维和14-20%棉纤维加工而成,便于面料的染色,同时增强耐磨性;纱线经防污、易擦洗处理后,不仅有常规网孔面料的良好透气性,还易于擦洗即使座椅使用5年以上,也能使座椅保持干净。
2、本发明提供的三明治面料中间层使用了锦纶长丝,具有吸湿速干的功能,可将汗液或清洗座椅表面时产生的水分迅速吸收至表面并迅速蒸发掉,配合防污、易擦洗的上层网孔面料,能使座椅在擦洗后表面迅速恢复干爽;中间层还使用了阻燃涤纶纤维,所述阻燃涤纶纤维的磷含量为0.4-0.6%,使面料具有阻燃性,克服了三明治面料易燃的缺点。
3、本发明提供的三明治面料下层平布底面纱线由质量分数为80-86%棉纤维和14-20%阻燃涤纶纤维加工而成,从而具有更强的吸湿透气性;平布底面纱线进行了抗菌处理,使最容易积污纳垢、产生细菌的下层具有持久的抗菌性。由于上层为网孔面料,所以上层和中层经常与人体接触,容易磨损以及偶尔需要擦洗,所以仅下层进行抗菌处理最为合理,即保证了人体安全,又能保持抗菌的持久性。
4、染色后对三明治面料进行抗静电、防污处理,有助于克服三明治面料易产生静电的缺点,同时再次防污处理使面料更耐脏,以符合近年来座椅面料一次成型的趋势,同时拓展座椅面料色彩的选择范围,更加美观时尚。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如附图1所示,一种三明治座椅面料,包括网孔表面1、连接单丝2、平布底面3。连接单丝2连接网孔表面1和平布底面3,采用圆机一体编织。网孔表面1由质量分数为82%阻燃涤纶纤维和18%棉纤维的纱线编织而成,平布底面由质量分数为85%棉纤维和15%阻燃涤纶纤维的纱线编织而成,连接单丝由质量分数为35%阻燃涤纶纤维和65%锦纶长丝的纱线编织而成。其中连接单丝的阻燃涤纶纤维的磷含量为0.45%。
上述三明治座椅面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)网孔表面1纱线加工:将质量分数为80%阻燃涤纶纤维和20%棉纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在防水整理液中浸渍8min,轧车轧液,轧液率80%;经160℃,30S烘干;再将纱线在易擦洗整理液中浸渍8min,轧车轧液,轧液率80%;经160℃,30S烘干;其中防水整理液以质量分数计包括8%的德美化工防水剂DM3640;其中易擦洗整理液以质量分数计包括8%的格蓝迪去污剂702。
(2)平布底面3纱线加工:将质量分数为80%棉纤维和20%阻燃涤纶纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在抗菌整理液中浸渍10min,轧车轧液,轧液率80%;经160℃,45S烘干;其中抗菌整理液以质量分数计包括1.5%的碳酸氢钙、15%的纳米硅溶胶、1%的氧化锌溶胶、3%的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、2.5%的纳米二氧化钛、其余为去离子水。
(3)连接单丝2加工:将质量分数为28%阻燃涤纶纤维和72%锦纶长丝加工成纱线。
(4)三明治面料织造:采用双针床拉舍尔机编织,间隔纱导纱梳栉穿入连接单丝2,前侧两组地梳栉穿入表面纱线,后侧两组地梳栉穿入底面纱线,四组地梳栉与针床相配合编织上下两面层,间隔纱导纱梳栉与针床配合编织中间间隔层;
(5)染整:三明治面料染色后,进行抗静电、防污处理,其步骤包括:①配置整理液,以质量分数计包括15%的改性松节油、7%的活性炭、3%的壳聚糖、6%的聚丙烯酸酯衍生物、4%的乙二醇溶液、9%的三甲胺乙内酯、其余为去离子水;②轧液,将面料在整理液中浸渍25min,轧车轧液,轧液率90%;③烘干,经180℃,40S。进行过防污处理的网格面料再次进行防污处理后,防污效果更好。
(6)一次定型:放入平幅无张力水洗机落水定型,定型温度为70℃,定型时间160S。。
(7)二次定型:将三明治座椅面料以常规工艺进行二次定型。
实施例3:
一种三明治座椅面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)网孔表面1纱线加工:将质量分数为86%阻燃涤纶纤维和14%棉纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在防水整理液中浸渍10min,轧车轧液,轧液率100%;经160℃,40S烘干;再将纱线在易擦洗整理液中浸渍10min,轧车轧液,轧液率90%;经160℃,40S烘干;其中防水整理液以质量分数计包括12%的德美化工防水剂DM3640;其中易擦洗整理液以质量分数计包括8%的格蓝迪去污剂702。
(2)平布底面3纱线加工:将质量分数为86%棉纤维和14%阻燃涤纶纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在抗菌整理液中浸渍9min,轧车轧液,轧液率90%;经160℃,45S烘干;其中抗菌整理液以质量分数计包括2.5%的碳酸氢钙、10%的纳米硅溶胶、1.5%的氧化锌溶胶、5%的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、2.5%的纳米二氧化钛、其余为去离子水。
(3)连接单丝2加工:将质量分数为42%阻燃涤纶纤维和58%锦纶长丝加工成纱线。
(4)三明治面料织造:采用双针床拉舍尔机编织,间隔纱导纱梳栉穿入连接单丝2,前侧两组地梳栉穿入表面纱线,后侧两组地梳栉穿入底面纱线,四组地梳栉与针床相配合编织上下两面层,间隔纱导纱梳栉与针床配合编织中间间隔层;
(5)染整:三明治面料染色后,进行抗静电、防污处理,其步骤包括:①配置整理液,以质量分数计包括20%的改性松节油、3%的活性炭、7%的壳聚糖、3%的聚丙烯酸酯衍生物、7.5%的乙二醇溶液、6%的三甲胺乙内酯、其余为去离子水;②轧液,将面料在整理液中浸渍30min,轧车轧液,轧液率100%;③烘干,经180℃,60S。进行过防污处理的网格面料再次进行防污处理后,防污效果更好。
(6)一次定型:放入平幅无张力水洗机落水定型,定型温度为70-80℃,定型时间160S。。
(7)二次定型:将三明治座椅面料以常规工艺进行二次定型。
实施例4
一种三明治座椅面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)网孔表面1纱线加工:将质量分数为82%阻燃涤纶纤维和18%棉纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在防水整理液中浸渍9min,轧车轧液,轧液率90%;经160℃,40S烘干;再将纱线在易擦洗整理液中浸渍9min,轧车轧液,轧液率95%;经160℃,38S烘干;其中防水整理液以质量分数计包括11%的德美化工防水剂DM3640;其中易擦洗整理液以质量分数计包括10%的格蓝迪去污剂702。
(2)平布底面3纱线加工:将质量分数为83%棉纤维和17%阻燃涤纶纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在抗菌整理液中浸渍9min,轧车轧液,轧液率91%;经160℃,38S烘干;其中抗菌整理液以质量分数计包括2.0%的碳酸氢钙、12%的纳米硅溶胶、1.3%的氧化锌溶胶、4%的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、2.0%的纳米二氧化钛、其余为去离子水。
(3)连接单丝2加工:将质量分数为35%阻燃涤纶纤维和65%锦纶长丝加工成纱线。
(4)三明治面料织造:采用双针床拉舍尔机编织,间隔纱导纱梳栉穿入连接单丝2,前侧两组地梳栉穿入表面纱线,后侧两组地梳栉穿入底面纱线,四组地梳栉与针床相配合编织上下两面层,间隔纱导纱梳栉与针床配合编织中间间隔层;
(5)染整:三明治面料染色后,进行抗静电、防污处理,其步骤包括:①配置整理液,以质量分数计包括17%的改性松节油、5%的活性炭、5%的壳聚糖、4%的聚丙烯酸酯衍生物、5%的乙二醇溶液、8%的三甲胺乙内酯、其余为去离子水;②轧液,将面料在整理液中浸渍28min,轧车轧液,轧液率95%;③烘干,经180℃,50S。进行过防污处理的网格面料再次进行防污处理后,防污效果更好。
(6)一次定型:放入平幅无张力水洗机落水定型,定型温度为70-80℃,定型时间160S。
(7)二次定型:将三明治座椅面料以常规工艺进行二次定型。
Claims (5)
1.一种三明治座椅面料,包括网孔表面(1)、连接单丝(2)、平布底面(3);连接单丝(2)连接网孔表面(1)和平布底面(3),采用双针床拉舍尔机编织;
所述网孔表面(1)由质量分数为80~86%阻燃涤纶纤维和14~20%棉纤维的纱线编织而成;
所述平布底面(3)由质量分数为80~86%棉纤维和14~20%阻燃涤纶纤维的纱线编织而成;
所述连接单丝(2)由质量分数为28~42%阻燃涤纶纤维和58~72%锦纶长丝编织而成;
其中阻燃涤纶纤维的磷含量为0.4~0.6%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述三明治座椅面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)网孔表面(1)纱线加工:将质量分数为80~86%阻燃涤纶纤维和14~20%棉纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在防水整理液中浸渍8~10min,轧车轧液,轧液率80~100%;经160℃,30~45S烘干;再将纱线在易擦洗整理液中浸渍8~10min,轧车轧液,轧液率80~100%;经160℃,30~45S烘干;
2)平布底面(3)纱线加工:将质量分数为80~86%棉纤维和14~20%阻燃涤纶纤维加工成纱线;将纱线在抗菌整理液中浸渍8~10min,轧车轧液,轧液率80~100%;经160℃,30~45S烘干;
3)连接单丝(2)加工:将质量分数为28~42%阻燃涤纶纤维和58~72%锦纶长丝加工成纱线;
4)三明治面料织造:采用双针床拉舍尔机编织,间隔纱导纱梳栉穿入连接单丝(2),前侧两组地梳栉穿入表面纱线,后侧两组地梳栉穿入底面纱线,四组地梳栉与针床相配合编织上下两面层,间隔纱导纱梳栉与针床配合编织中间间隔层;
5)染整:三明治面料染色后,进行抗静电、防污处理,其步骤包括:
①配置整理液,以质量分数计包括15~20%的改性松节油、3%~7%的活性炭、3~7%的壳聚糖、3~6%的聚丙烯酸酯衍生物、4%~7.5%的乙二醇溶液、6~9%的三甲胺乙内酯、45%~62%的去离子水;
②轧液,将面料在整理液中浸渍25~30min,轧车轧液,轧液率90~100%;

4.如权利要求2所述方法,其特征在于所述易擦洗整理液以质量分数计包括8-12%的格蓝迪去污剂702。
5.如权利要求2所述方法,其特征在于所述抗菌整理液以质量分数计包括1.5~2.5%的碳酸氢钙、10%~15%的纳米硅溶胶、1~1.5%的氧化锌溶胶、3~5%的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、1.8%~2.5%的纳米二氧化钛、50%~58%的去离子水。
