Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of forest product processing, in particular to a production method of an insulating bamboo ball.
Background
China has abundant moso bamboo resources, and particularly in poor mountainous areas, a large amount of moso bamboo resources depend on manual cutting and are difficult to effectively utilize under the restriction of traffic conditions. The moso bamboo material has the advantages of light weight, firmness, good insulating property, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, easy degradation and the like, and is a high-quality raw material for building materials, artware and a plurality of daily necessities. At present, the development and utilization of the moso bamboo are basically limited to the above, and the good insulating property of the moso bamboo is not developed and utilized.
At present, an insulating material used in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment is usually an inorganic non-metallic material such as ceramic, the insulating material needs to be strictly customized before use, the process requirement is high, the quality is high, the non-standard insulating gap and the post-filling insulating space cannot be prefabricated, the whole insulating part has to be processed, and the manufacturing and construction cost is greatly increased. Therefore, the search for the insulating material which can achieve reliable insulating effect through post-filling, is high-temperature-resistant, high-pressure-resistant, corrosion-resistant and light in weight has very important significance for the aerospace field and large machinery which is in long-time fatigue operation.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems that non-standard insulation gaps, post-filling insulation gaps and the like in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment need to use light insulating materials and a post-filling process, the application provides a production method of an insulating bamboo ball, the insulating bamboo ball is made of aged moso bamboos cut down in winter, worm eggs and microorganisms which possibly exist in the bamboo ball are thoroughly killed through fermentation, high-temperature cooking and high-temperature baking, high-temperature-resistant insulating paint is dip-coated to strengthen the insulating function of the bamboo ball, the post-filling material is good in fluidity, easy to fill various irregular non-standard gaps, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, hard to carbonize, light in weight, corrosion-resistant, high in strength and impact-resistant, is an ideal insulating post-filling material, and can be applied to aerospace equipment and large mechanical equipment which runs for long time fatigue.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a production method of an insulating bamboo ball comprises the following steps:
(1) preliminary processing of moso bamboo: selecting aged moso bamboos which are cut down in winter and have the bamboo age of more than 2 years, splitting the bamboo into bamboo chips, and selecting bamboo chips with the thickness of more than one third of the diameter of a bamboo ball to be dried or dried in the sun; the winter bamboo which is more than 2 years old has less water content and low sugar content, the internal cell structure of the bamboo is compact, the bamboo is not easy to grow worms and is durable, and the processed bamboo ball has good rigidity; the thickness of the bamboo chips exceeds one third of the diameter of the bamboo balls, the bamboo chips are tightly attached to one side of the green bamboo when being planed and dug, and the yellow bamboo part is loose in texture and easy to carbonize in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, so that the insulating property of the bamboo balls is influenced; the bamboo chips can be subjected to sulfur treatment, and the bamboo balls dug by the sulfur-treated bamboo chips are light yellow and consistent in color, neat and attractive;
(2) manufacturing a ball blank: digging a bamboo ball blank with the diameter of 5-10 mm along the green thin bamboo strips of the bamboo chips by using a ball digging machine, wherein the shape is required to be complete and the sizes are required to be uniform; the use of 5-10 mm diameter bamboo balls is generally satisfactory for most non-standard insulation gaps and post-filling insulation gaps, and in special cases, bamboo balls with a diameter of less than 5 mm or more than 10 mm, such as insulation gaps with a diameter of less than 10 mm or more than 20 mm, may be planed to meet the requirements. The adopted ball digging machine has a key structure of a hemispherical ball digging spoon, and bamboo balls are dug from bamboo chips under the action of sufficient torque;
(3) and (3) ball blank fermentation: placing the dug bamboo ball blank into an aqueous solution inoculated with mixed strains containing bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus, fermenting for 7-30 days, taking out, cleaning and draining; the weight ratio of the bacillus subtilis to the lactic acid bacteria in the mixed strain is 1: 2-5; the mixed strain fermentation is adopted, so that each strain can be activated firstly, mixed bacterial liquid is cultured, and then the bamboo ball blank is immersed into the mixed bacterial liquid; if the fermentation is carried out in a fermentation chamber with temperature and humidity control conditions, the fermentation time can be controlled to be 7 to 10 days; the fermentation time of natural fermentation is usually 7-10 days in summer and autumn and 15-30 days in winter and spring;
(4) high-temperature cooking: putting the drained fermented bamboo ball blank into a steaming drawer, steaming and boiling the bamboo ball blank for 30 to 60 minutes by using water vapor with the temperature of 105 to 110 ℃, taking out the bamboo ball blank, and cooling the bamboo ball blank by using flowing water; the bamboo balls are treated by high-temperature steam, so that the toughness of the bamboo balls can be improved, the breakage ratio of the bamboo balls in the subsequent processing process is reduced, the impact resistance of the bamboo balls is improved, insect eggs and microorganisms possibly remaining in the bamboo balls are killed, and the bamboo balls are prevented from deteriorating in the using process;
(5) drying: spreading the steamed bamboo ball blank in a baking pan, and drying with hot air at 50-65 ℃ for 2-8 hours until the water content of the bamboo ball is lower than 10%; naturally cooling; the water content of the bamboo balls is reduced to be lower than the level available for microorganisms by drying for a long time at a higher temperature, and meanwhile, the insulation paint is favorably and fully absorbed when the insulation paint is dipped in the next step, so that the insulation performance of the bamboo balls is improved;
(6) and (3) applying insulating paint: putting the dried bamboo balls into high-temperature-resistant insulating paint, soaking for 24-72 hours, and centrifugally drying; automatic dipping equipment can be used, so that the production efficiency is improved;
(7) secondary drying: drying the bamboo balls with the spin-dried insulating paint in a vibrating drying screen at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ in the former period and 110-120 ℃ in the later period; the drying time is 2-4 hours at the early stage and 1-2 hours at the later stage; the two-stage drying process is adopted, so that the full absorption of the insulating paint is facilitated; the later drying temperature is increased to be more than 110 ℃, so that the curing of the insulating paint on the surface of the bamboo ball is promoted;
(8) polishing the ball blank: putting the dried bamboo balls into a ball grinding machine to be ground and smooth; the polished bamboo ball has smoother surface and is not easy to generate surface creepage under high humidity condition;
(9) secondary spray painting and hot air vibration drying.
