Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of display panel detection, and particularly relates to a detection graph generation method for display panel detection.
Background
Due to different materials, production processes and the like, the display panel has undesirable defects after production, such as Mura. The defects of the display panel cannot be detected by human eyes to meet the production requirement, and image capture analysis needs to be carried out by means of third-party equipment such as a CCD (charge coupled device) camera and the like. The first step of image capture analysis is positioning, which means determining the display area of the display panel on the CCD and confirming the specific position of each sub-pixel (sub pix) in the CCD, so as to obtain the characteristic that each sub-pixel (sub pix) presents on the CCD, and a detection graph is needed in the positioning process.
Most of the current equipment manufacturers adopt checkerboard detection patterns as shown in fig. 1. For example, chinese patent CN201410328879 also discloses a method for generating checkerboard picture components of any order based on FPGA, and by using the method, checkerboard picture components of any order can be generated. However, because the checkerboard picture is used as a detection graph for positioning, the detection is mainly based on the angular point (the point marked by the circle in fig. 1 is called the angular point), and the identification and positioning of the angular point are realized by using the local gray characteristic of the angular point in the checkerboard picture and the structural characteristic formed by the grids; the panel detection of LCD, LED, OLED, etc. by corner detection has the disadvantage that only ROI (i.e. the detection area of the display panel on the CCD) can be roughly confirmed, and the detection precision is low. In the actual panel detection process, the sub-pixels of the display panel on the CCD need to be positioned, and the checkerboard detection pattern cannot meet the positioning requirement of the sub-pixel level.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above drawbacks or needs for improvement in the prior art, the present invention provides a method for generating a detection pattern for display panel detection, which aims to generate a detection pattern that satisfies the positioning requirements at the sub-pixel level, so that CCD can be accurately and rapidly positioned after image capture.
To achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a detection pattern generating method for display panel detection, comprising the steps of:
(1) taking blocks of size x y in a graph of resolution a x B;
(2) dividing the x y blocks into a plurality of small blocks with the size of M x N;
(3) alternately filling the divided multiple M x N small blocks with two different colors, namely a first color and a second color;
(4) taking the size K at the center of each small block with the size of M x N1*K2A block of (a);
(5) at each size of K1*K2Is filled withThree colors;
(6) at each size of K1*K2One pixel point T is taken from the block1And filling the fourth color to form a detection pattern.
Preferably, in the detection pattern generating method for detecting a display panel, x × y is a × B.
Preferably, the above detection pattern generation method for display panel detection, wherein K1*K2Is M N/2.
Preferably, the third color of the detection pattern generation method for display panel detection is the same as the second color.
Preferably, in the detection pattern generating method for detecting a display panel, the pixel point selected in step (6) has a size of K1*K2The center point of the block.
Preferably, the detection pattern generating method for detecting a display panel is further configured such that the fourth color is the same as the first color.
In general, compared with the prior art, the above technical solution contemplated by the present invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention provides a detection graph generation method for display panel detection, wherein a generated detection image is an improvement on the basis of the existing checkerboard detection image, and areas are further subdivided on the basis of checkerboard division, and color filling is further distinguished; when the panel is detected by adopting the existing checkerboard-shaped detection image, the checkerboard is required to fill the whole panel; the method of the invention limits the blocks with the size of x y in the graph with the resolution of A x B, so that the detection graph generated by the method of the invention is used for detecting the panel without the limitation of 'needing to fill the whole panel', and the method can be better suitable for detecting special-shaped screens, such as Liuhai screens, such as iphoneX, round-corner screens and the like;
(2) the detection based on the angular points by utilizing the existing checkerboard pattern can only detect the approximate area of the panel in the CCD, and can not judge and correct the detected angular point data, so the error is larger; following the division of the display panelThe resolution is higher and higher, a single sub-pixel is smaller and smaller, and the requirement on the detection precision of the display panel is higher and higher; the detection graph generated by the method provided by the invention is displayed by a panel to be detected, a picture is obtained by CCD shooting, and the central point T can be extracted1With all corner points T2Position, and calculating to obtain the theoretical center point T3A location; according to T1And T3Can determine the corner point T2The position accuracy is achieved, and meanwhile, distortion correction and fine adjustment are performed on the position of each supbpix on the CCD, so that the positioning accuracy of the liquid crystal module on the CCD graph is improved; therefore, the detection pattern generated by the method meets the positioning requirement of the sub-pixel level, the CCD can be accurately and quickly positioned after image capture by adopting the detection pattern, and the detection precision of panel detection can be further improved.
