Background

However, the special properties of the gas complicate and endanger the processes of gas pipeline purging, replacement and maintenance, when gas leakage occurs in a gas pipeline network, emergency treatment must be performed on the leakage position, and there are two common treatment methods, one is complete treatment of gas stopping after purging and replacement, and the other is treatment of pressurized leakage blocking, the former has small risk, long time and large economic loss, and the latter has large risk.
The leakage of the gas pipe network is mostly caused by corrosion perforation caused by long-term corrosion of corrosive components contained in the gas to the gas pipe network, and most of the leakage parts are flange filler, valve body sand holes, valve body fracture or pipeline connecting welding seams and cross welding seams. The methods for processing the leakage stoppage under pressure are mainly methods such as welding under pressure, special sealing glue compensation, injection type sealing and the like. The angle steel 1 of each hoop 6 is connected through a screw, and the two hoops 6 can be enclosed into a clamping cavity convenient to disassemble.
The leakage blocking plate 7 covers the leakage point on the diffusing pipe 5, and the gas leakage point is directly blocked by the sealant on the leakage blocking plate 7.
