Background
The 3D printing process is to divide the part into a plurality of layers, the entity is manufactured by layering and stacking materials, the existing 3D printing is layered in the direction vertical to the working table, the working table is fixed and horizontal, then the materials are stacked layer by layer in parallel in sequence to form a product, the layered stacking characteristic determines that a certain supporting material is required to be stacked for the part with a suspension structure in the manufacturing process as a support to print the product, otherwise, the product material does not have a support with enough strength, the product cannot be stacked layer by layer in suspension for printing, if the part shape is more complex, a lot of supporting materials are required in one-step printing process, waste is caused, the product cost is increased, meanwhile, the surface quality of the model surface in contact with the supporting material is generally poor, and the higher precision requirement is difficult to achieve.
The existing common support adding method mainly comprises two methods of realizing manual adding and automatic software generation through the function of software; manual support addition requires technicians to manually draw a support structure for the suspended structure by using modeling software, so that the requirements on the technicians are high, the manually added support is not reliable enough, and the technicians need to perform one-to-one independent treatment on different parts, so that time and labor are wasted; the automatic generation of the support by software often has the problems that a large amount of calculation is needed by a system, the cost of raw materials consumed by a support mechanism is not low, and the condition that the quality of the contact surface between the model and the support is not ideal when the support and the model are separated after the part is manufactured is also caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a 3D printing device without support and a printing method thereof, solves the problem that a support structure needs to be added in the prior art when a suspended structure is printed, saves a large amount of support materials, manpower and material resources, improves the surface quality of a 3D printing model, and shortens the 3D printing time.

The printing method of the 3D printing device without support specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: reading an STL model of a part to be printed by 3D printing software, and traversing all triangular patches forming the part;
step 2: taking the horizontal direction as the initial layering direction, solving each layer of printing contour of the part by a method of intersecting a horizontal plane and a part STL data model, and judging whether the part has a cantilever structure or not by comparing the front layer contour with the rear layer contour;
and step 3: starting a servo motor a, a servo motor b, a servo motor c, a servo motor D and a heat source end part, controlling the relative positions and the movement of a second workbench and the 3D printing nozzle, heating and melting a material wire by the heat source end part, temporarily placing the cantilever structure, and printing a part which can be directly stacked and formed in a horizontal layering mode;
and 4, step 4: and (4) rotating the workbench, adjusting the second workbench to a position vertical to the cantilever structure, layering the cantilever structure by using a horizontal plane, solving a contour line, printing layer by layer, stacking from bottom to top to form the cantilever structure, and repeating the step (4) until the printing of the part is finished.
Further, the material wire in step 3 is a plastic wire.
Further, the heating temperature of the heat source end part in step 3 is lower than 300 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the problem that a supporting structure needs to be added to a 3D printing suspension structure in the prior art is solved, and supporting materials are saved; 3D printing time is shortened, and cost is saved; the surface quality at the support structure is improved.

As shown in fig. 2, a sliding block is sleeved on the sliding lead screw c25 and the conveyor belt 17, a heat source end part 20 is arranged on one side of the sliding block, the heat source end part 20 is connected with one end of the material wire 23, the other end of the material wire 23 is wound on the material wire wheel 19, the heat source end part 20 melts the material wire 23 and then sprays the material wire onto the second workbench 15 by using the 3D printing nozzle 18, and the 3D printing nozzle 18 is connected below the heat source end part 20; the other side of the sliding block is sequentially provided with a motor box 27 and a surface heating device 22, the motor box 27 provides a heat source for the surface heating device 22, and the surface heating device 22 increases the temperature of the printed part and enhances the bonding force of the printed part; the surface heating apparatus 22 is constituted as shown in FIG. 5, and includes a heating coil 223, a power supply port 222, and a power supply line 221, and is connected to the power supply port 222 via the power supply line 221 to perform heating.

The model of the LCD display 33 is LM016L, the model of the pull-up resistor 34 is RESPACK-8, the model of the latch 35 is 74LS373, the model of the digital temperature sensor 39 is DS18B20, and the model of the driver 41 is ULN 2003A.
The printing method of the support-free 3D printing device has a flow as shown in fig. 6, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: reading an STL model of a part to be printed by 3D printing software, and traversing all triangular patches forming the part;
step 2: taking the horizontal direction as the initial layering direction, solving each layer of printing contour of the part by a method of intersecting a horizontal plane and a part STL data model, and judging whether the part has a cantilever structure or not by comparing the front layer contour with the rear layer contour;
and step 3: starting a servo motor a10, a servo motor b30, a servo motor c31, a servo motor D32 and a heat source end component 20, controlling the relative position and movement of the second workbench 15 and the 3D printing nozzle 18, heating and melting a material wire 23 by the heat source end component 20, temporarily placing the cantilever structure, and printing a part which can be directly stacked and molded in a horizontal layering mode;
and 4, step 4: rotating the worktable, adjusting the second worktable 15 to a position perpendicular to the cantilever structure, layering the cantilever structure with a horizontal plane and obtaining a contour line, printing layer by layer, stacking from bottom to top to form the cantilever structure, repeating the step 4 until the printing of the part is completed, and the vertical cross-sectional view of the part is shown in fig. 7.
Wherein the material wire 23 used in the step 3 is a plastic wire, and the heating temperature of the heat source end part 20 is lower than 300 ℃.
When the cantilever structure is printed in the step 4, the surface heating device 22 is started to be close to the surface of the structure to be stacked of the cantilever structure, and the structure is heated, so that the viscosity of the surface of the stacked structure is enhanced, and the bonding force between the cantilever structure and the structure to be stacked is improved.
