Detailed Description
The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the invention, are not intended to limit the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the directions or positional relationships indicated by the terms "vertical", "upper", "lower", "horizontal", "left and right", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or element to be referred to must have a specific direction, be constructed and operated in the specific direction, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1,4, 5 and 6, the sterilizing device of the present invention comprises a cylinder 2 with an open upper part, wherein the bottom surface and the side wall of the cylinder 2 are both of a filter screen structure; a movable filter screen sheet 3, the shape of the movable filter screen sheet 3 being consistent with the shape of the cross section of the cylinder 2 so that the movable filter screen sheet 3 can move up and down along the center line of the cylinder 2 within the cylinder 2; and an operation member 4, the operation member 4 being connected to the movable filter screen sheet 3 so that the movable filter screen sheet 3 can be moved toward or away from the bottom surface of the cylinder 2 by operating the operation member 4, the operation member 4 having a locked state in which the movable filter screen sheet 3 is kept away from the cylinder 2 and an unlocked state in which the movable filter screen sheet 3 is brought into the cylinder 2 and can be moved relative to the bottom surface of the cylinder 2.
When a laboratory operator operates the sterilizing device of the present invention, firstly, the cylinder 2 is put into a container (for example, the following outer cup 1) for holding sterilizing liquid, then, experimental materials are put into the cylinder 2, then, sterilizing liquid is injected into the outer cup 1, after the injected sterilizing liquid reaches a certain height, the movable filter screen sheet 3 is put into the cylinder 2 through the operating member 4 until the experimental materials are fully immersed into the sterilizing liquid, then, the movable filter screen is lifted up by pulling the wire, then, the experimental materials are put down, and the operation is repeated for several times, so that the experimental materials are fully sterilized (first sterilization) in a short time. After the first disinfection is finished, the movable filter screen sheet 3 is kept in a state of being parked in the cylinder body 2, the disinfection liquid in the outer cup body 1 is poured out, then new disinfection liquid is continuously injected into the outer cup body 1, and the second disinfection is started when the experimental material is fully immersed into the new disinfection liquid. After the sterilization work is completed completely, under the condition that the verification material is not overflowed out of the cylinder 2 due to floatation (for example, the height of the cylinder 2 is set high enough so that the liquid level of the sterilization liquid is always in the cylinder 2, or the cylinder 2 together with the movable filter screen sheet 3 is lifted upwards so that the liquid level of the sterilization liquid is not higher than the upper opening of the cylinder 2), the movable filter screen sheet 3 is pulled out of the cylinder 2 through the operation member 4 and the movable filter screen sheet 3 is kept in a state of leaving the cylinder 2, then the cylinder 2 is taken out, the verification material is taken out, and finally the sterilization liquid in the outer cup 1 is poured out. During disinfection, the movable filter screen 3 can press the experimental material below the liquid level of the disinfection liquid, so that the experimental material can be blocked by the movable filter screen 3 and cannot be poured out along with the disinfection liquid when the disinfection liquid is poured out. In addition, after the sterilization work is completed, the experimental materials are usually sorted by using the apparatus by one hand, and the placing vessel by the other hand, so that the movable filter screen sheet 3 needs to be kept away from the cylinder 2, so that the sorting work can be performed by two hands of an operator.
The operation member 4 may be provided in various forms as long as it is capable of keeping the movable filter screen 3 away from the cylinder 2 when necessary, and for example, the operation member 4 may take the form of: the operating member 4 is a rod-shaped member having a first end and a second end, the first end being disposed above the cylinder 2, the second end being disposed outside the cylinder 2; a stay wire is arranged at the first end, one end of the stay wire is connected with the movable filter screen piece 3, and the other end of the stay wire is provided with a circular ring; the second end is provided with a hook matched with the circular ring; the ring has a hooked state in which it is connected to the hook and brings the operating member 4 into a locked state, and an unhooked state in which it is disconnected from the hook and brings the operating member 4 into an unlocked state. When the operator pulls the ring, the movable filter screen sheet 3 moves away from the cylinder 2 and finally leaves the cylinder 2, and in order to keep the movable filter screen sheet 3 in a state of leaving the cylinder 2, the ring is hung on the hook after the movable filter screen sheet 3 leaves the cylinder 2, so that the ring cannot return to the initial position, that is, the movable filter screen sheet 3 cannot return to the cylinder 2 any more. It should be understood that the length of the pull wire should be set to: when the ring is hung on the hook, the movable filter screen 3 is in a state of leaving the cylinder 2.
It can be seen that the cartridge 2 must be placed in a container capable of holding a sterilizing liquid in order to soak the test material therein in the sterilizing liquid, and therefore, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, it is preferable that the sterilizing device comprises an outer cup 1 having an upper opening and capable of being placed in the cartridge 2, and that the upper opening of the cartridge 2 is provided with a first handle 21 which is stopped against the upper opening of the outer cup 1 when the cartridge 2 is placed in the outer cup 1. After the sterilization is completed, the cylinder 2 can be taken out of the outer cup 1 by holding the first handle 21 by hand, and the effect of preventing contamination can be achieved without using tools such as tweezers.
It should be understood that the operation member 4 is not limited to the above-described form, and in order to be more conveniently and simply operated, it is preferable that the second handle 11 is provided at the upper opening of the outer cup 1, the second handle 11 having a through hole 111, and the operation member 4 is hinged with the second handle 11 to the through hole 111. The operation piece 4 is arranged on the outer cup body 1, after disinfection is finished, the movable filter screen piece 3 is separated from the cylinder body 2, then the cylinder body 2 is taken out of the outer cup body 1, namely, the two hands can be used for completing the sorting work of experimental materials in the cylinder body 2, and the purpose that the movable filter screen piece 3 is kept separated from the cylinder body 2 when needed can be achieved through the arrangement. In addition, the second handle 11 of the outer cup 1 also makes it easier for the operator to operate while moving the outer cup 1.
To facilitate the setting and operation of the operating member 4, preferably, the operating member 4 may include a connection portion, a ball 42 and a third handle 41 connected in sequence, the connection portion being connected with the movable filter screen 3, the ball 42 being embedded in the through hole 111, and the operating member 4 being hinged with the second handle 11 by the cooperation of the ball 42 and the through hole 111. Since the connecting portion is connected with the movable filter screen sheet 3 and the connecting portion is connected with the third handle 41 through the ball 42, when the ball 42 is used as a hinge point, the connecting portion can be lifted upwards by pressing the third handle 41, so that the movable filter screen sheet 3 is driven to move upwards and leave the cylinder 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the connection portion includes a rod portion, a stay wire and a blocking piece 43, the rod portion is connected with the ball 42 and provided with a stay wire hole, one end of the stay wire passes through the stay wire hole to be connected with the movable filter screen sheet 3, and the other end of the stay wire is provided with the blocking piece 43 capable of stopping at the stay wire hole. The blocking piece 43 prevents the movable filter screen 3 from pulling out the stay wire hole when moving downwards, so that when an operator performs disinfection work, two hands can be vacated for other work after the movable filter screen 3 is pressed into disinfection liquid, and the stay wire is not required to be pulled all the time to prevent the stay wire from falling out of the stay wire hole.
In order to operate the operation member 4 more conveniently, it is preferable that an elastic member 5 is provided between the second handle 11 and the third handle 41; the elastic member 5 has a compressed state in which the third handle 41 is moved toward the second handle 11, and a released state in which the third handle 41 is moved away from the second handle 11. In the initial state, the elastic member 5 is in a release state, at this time, the third handle 41 is far away from the second handle 11 to enable the movable filter screen sheet 3 to be separated from the cylinder 2, when experimental materials are put into the cylinder 2 to be disinfected, the elastic member 5 is pressed into a compression state, at this time, the movable filter screen sheet 3 moves downwards and is pressed into the cylinder 2 due to the upward movement of the third handle 41, after the disinfection is finished, the elastic member 5 is released to enable the movable filter screen sheet 3 to be restored to the initial release state, and the movable filter screen sheet 3 can be separated from the cylinder 2 and kept in the separated state.
The elastic member 5 may be provided in various forms, and in the present invention, it is preferable that the third handle 41 is inclined downward with respect to the second handle 11, and the elastic member 5 is a spring that connects a lower surface of the second handle 11 and an upper surface of the third handle 41.
In order to make the movement of taking out and putting in the outer cup 1 smoother, the outer cup 1 is preferably in a truncated cone shape which gradually decreases from the upper opening to the bottom of the outer cup 1. It should be understood that the outer cup 1 is not limited to a circular truncated cone shape, and may be a round cup as long as the cylinder 2 can be smoothly taken out and put in.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, a plurality of simple variants can be made to the technical proposal of the invention, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, the invention does not need to be additionally described for various possible combinations. Such simple variations and combinations are likewise to be regarded as being within the scope of the present disclosure.
