Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a releasable digestive tract incision closing device which has a simple structure, can realize single-arm opening and closing and can release and clamp a closed incision.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a closing device capable of releasing an incision of an alimentary canal comprises a closing clamp which clamps tissues at the incision of the alimentary canal and takes a V shape, and a releasing component which is connected with two clamping arms of the closing clamp and controls the two clamping arms of the closing clamp to open and close and release the closing clamp; the bottom ends of the two clamping arms of the closed clamp are hinged with each other, and the upper ends of the two clamping arms of the closed clamp are provided with clamping structures which are clamped with each other.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. The bottom ends of the two clamping arms of the closed clamp are hinged with each other, so that the opening and closing of the single-side clamping arms of the closed clamp can be realized through the control release assembly, and the closed clamp capable of being opened and closed by the single arm can achieve unexpected effects under the condition that the angle of the single-side clamping arms of the closed clamp needs to be adjusted to achieve good clamping effects. If the control wire A or the control wire B is pulled, the opening and closing of the left clamping arm or the right clamping arm of the closed clamp can be indirectly controlled, so that the opening and closing of the single clamping arm of the closed clamp are realized; if the control wire A and the control wire B are synchronously pulled, the effect of simultaneously opening and closing the two arms of the closing clamp can be achieved, and therefore the closing clamp can be opened and closed by a single arm and simultaneously opening and closing the two arms, and the releasable digestive tract incision closing device has a wider application range.
2. The releasable digestive tract incision closing device can clamp the digestive tract incision and release the closing clamp for clamping the incision, so that the tissue grasping forceps and the closing release are integrated, the operation procedure of closing the digestive tract incision is greatly simplified, and the operation efficiency is improved.
3. The releasable digestive tract incision closing device also has the advantages of simple structure, high precision and simple operation.
4. Once the incision is closed and released, the closing clamp can firmly fasten the incision and is not easy to fall off.
5. The closure clip is made of degradable absorbing material, and the closure clip does not need to be taken out after operation, and meanwhile, the patient is not influenced to be reviewed through nuclear magnetic resonance in the future.
