s201, responding to an article searching instruction, scanning labels of articles in a suspected area, and stopping scanning if the articles to be searched are scanned.
Wherein the suspected area is an area where the item to be searched may appear. The user inputs an article searching instruction through the user terminal, the scanner responds to the instruction and starts scanning, the user can hold the scanner by hand to scan the articles in the suspected area, and the scanner can be placed on a support near the suspected area to scan the articles in the suspected area. For example, a red sweater is searched, the suspected area is a bedroom wardrobe, and a user can hold a scanner by hand to scan clothes in the wardrobe, or can place the scanner on a support in the wardrobe to scan the clothes in the wardrobe.
And S202, acquiring corresponding article information from the server.
Specifically, the scanner sends the scanned tag content to the user terminal in real time, and the user terminal sends the tag content to the server so as to obtain the corresponding article information from the server in real time.
And S203, displaying the scanned articles according to a preset mode, and performing distinguishing display according to whether the corresponding article information is acquired and whether the acquired article information accords with the characteristics of the articles to be searched.
The user terminal displays the search result, the user can select different display modes, and preferably, the user can switch the display modes at any time. The preset mode (i.e. the display mode) includes: list form, summary form, or radar form. The distinguishing display means that the articles are distinguished through different colors, shapes, fonts or icons and the like so that a user can visually see whether the article to be searched and the position of the article are found, illustratively, a common article is displayed in green, an expected article is displayed in red, and an unknown article is displayed in gray.
The list form is to show the article information, such as picture, name, location, etc. through the table. The abstract form is to display only key information of the item, such as name and brand. The radar mode is displayed according to the structure of the article container and the relative position of each article in the article container, namely, the relative position view of the articles can be seen when the articles are observed from the direction of the scanner facing the articles in the scanning process. Specifically, all the articles in the radar mode are displayed as one dot, and the display is distinguished by the color and shape of the dot, for example, a general article is displayed as green, a desired article is displayed as red, an unknown article is displayed as gray, a shoe is displayed as a shoe shape, a jacket is displayed as a jacket shape, and the like. Optionally, when the object to be searched is scanned, the display can be automatically switched to a radar mode, and a user can visually see the position of the object in the object container.
According to the technical scheme, the labels of the articles in the suspected area are scanned in response to the article searching instruction, the corresponding article information is obtained from the server, the scanned articles are displayed according to the preset mode, and the articles are distinguished and displayed according to the fact that whether the corresponding article information is obtained and whether the obtained article information meets the characteristics of the articles to be searched, so that a user can visually see whether the articles to be searched are searched.
On the basis of the technical scheme, a user can directly select the existing article characteristics, for example, clothes are classified into summer when information is input, and 'clothes in summer are searched' can be input as an article searching instruction when articles are searched. Optionally, before scanning the label of the article, it may also be: inputting the characteristics of an article to be searched on a user terminal by a user; acquiring all article information matched with the characteristics of an article to be searched from user article information prestored at a server side; displaying all article information matched with the characteristics of the article to be searched; and determining the articles to be searched according to a confirmation instruction input by the user, namely determining one or more articles to be searched according to the preliminary matching of the server by the user, and sending an article searching instruction, so that an accurate searched object can be quickly determined under the condition that the input features of the user are fuzzy.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiments, an implementation is provided in which the type of the article management instruction is an article counting instruction. The process of checking the state of the articles is used for checking the articles, and through the process, a user can know whether the articles which the user wants to check are all in the range scanned by the user and which articles are not in the range, and meanwhile, the position of the articles can be automatically updated. Wherein the item inventory instruction comprises: a target area to be inventoried and a list of items to be inventoried. The article counting instruction can be manually input by a user or automatically triggered by a preset condition, for example, the user inputs an instruction of counting a traveling case No. 1, and the instruction defines a target area to be counted and an article list to be counted because the user can preset and store a list of articles contained in the traveling case No. 1; if the wardrobe door is opened and closed, the article counting command can be automatically triggered to count clothes in the wardrobe.
In the case where the type of the item management instruction is an item counting instruction, the scanning the label of the item in S101 includes: the labels of all items within the target area are scanned. S103 includes: comparing the obtained article information with an article list to be checked, and determining the article state of each article in the article list, wherein the article state comprises the current position of the article and whether the article is scanned; and according to whether the articles are scanned, distinguishing and displaying the articles in the article list, and updating the stored article information according to the current positions of the articles.
As shown in fig. 3, the personal item management method for item inventory instructions includes the steps of:
and S301, responding to the item counting instruction, and scanning the labels of all the items in the target area.
In this step, in response to the item counting instruction, the user terminal starts a scanning function of a scanner connected thereto to scan the item.
The range to be inventoried may be set to either:
(1) all the articles. Once all items are determined to be checked in the item checking instruction, the target area to be checked is determined as the whole area for the user to set for item management, such as the user's home or office; the list of items to be checked is all items under the user account, that is, all items under the user account stored in the server.
In this case, the item counting command may be manually input by a user, specifically, the user may hold the scanner to scan the items, or may place a plurality of scanners covering the entire area on the corresponding support, and after the command is input, the user terminal controls each scanner on the support to scan the items within the range. The article counting instruction may also be configured to start counting all articles when a certain preset condition is met, for example, when it is detected that the main wardrobe door is closed, start counting all articles, according to the setting of the user, on the premise that the plurality of scanners covering the entire area are placed on the corresponding supports.
(2) A traveling case. The user may select one or more of the travel containers for item counting, where the counting operation detects all items in the selected travel container. The traveling case is a logical grouping of all articles provided by the personal article management system, one article can only appear once in one traveling case, and one article can appear in a plurality of traveling cases. The user can maintain a plurality of traveling cases according to the needs, for example, the user is provided with a business traveling case and a traveling case, the business traveling case is provided with objects commonly used for business traveling, and the traveling case is provided with objects commonly used for traveling. When the objects are checked, a user can select one or more traveling cases through an interface or keys of the user terminal to send an object checking instruction, and then the user can hold the scanner to scan the objects in the actual traveling case or control the scanner on a bracket near the actual traveling case to scan the objects in the traveling case to determine whether the objects in the traveling case are complete.
(3) Item listings. The user can create a temporary item counting list according to the counting requirement of the user and set a target area.
S302, corresponding item information is obtained from the server.
Specifically, the scanner sends the scanned tag content to the user terminal in real time, and the user terminal sends the tag content to the server so as to obtain the corresponding article information from the server in real time.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the scanner scans the article, the position information of the article may be calculated, for example, the position of the article relative to a cabinet provided with a tag, or the position of the article relative to other articles. The server may update the stored location information according to the acquired location information. If the position of the article is changed, the article information acquired from the server includes the updated position information of the article.
S303, comparing the acquired article information with an article list to be checked, and determining the article state of each article in the article list, wherein the article state comprises the current position of the article and whether the article is scanned.
Through this step, the status of the items to be checked in the list can be obtained.
S304, distinguishing and displaying the items in the item list according to whether the items are scanned or not.
This step is the step of outputting the counting result. The user terminal may display the item list, and display the items in different colors, shapes, fonts, icons, or the like, so that the user can visually see whether the items to be checked are scanned, for example, the items in the status of "scanned" are displayed in green, and the items not scanned "are displayed in red. Alternatively, information such as the position of the article may be displayed at the same time.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the labels of all articles in the target area are scanned in response to the article counting instruction, corresponding article information is obtained from the server, and the article state is displayed, so that a user can visually see whether the articles are complete.
The manner in which the inventory is initiated is explained below.
(1) The user manually starts: the user starts the function of counting articles on the user terminal by any way, specifically, a button or directly clicks a logic suitcase.
(2) Automatic start (provided the scanner is placed in a fixed position): the automatic starting mode is a strategy adopted for updating the position information of the article in time by the system after the position of the article is changed. When the automatic starting is performed, the range for counting the articles can be determined according to the user setting, for example, the opening and closing of the main horizontal wardrobe automatically triggers the counting of all articles, the opening and closing of the secondary horizontal wardrobe automatically triggers the counting of the articles of the secondary horizontal wardrobe and the main horizontal wardrobe, and the like. If the position is simply updated, the user terminal can not display the result after the counting of the articles is finished. The automatic starting mode may specifically include:
1) the method is started at regular time, and the user terminal automatically triggers an article counting instruction according to preset time (such as 10 points every day) or preset time intervals (such as every ten hours), and starts scanning so as to update article position information.
2) And starting by sound, wherein the user terminal automatically triggers an article counting instruction according to the sound change of the surrounding environment, and starts scanning to update the article position information. The sound change is mainly to identify the sound of the closing of the cabinet door.
3) And starting up in a bright and dark state, wherein the user terminal automatically triggers an article counting instruction according to the brightness of the surrounding environment, and starts up scanning so as to update the position information of the article. This mode is placed at the inside scene of article cabinet to user terminal, and user terminal can detect the light and shade change when the switch door.
4) The physical switch is started, the user terminal determines the opening and closing of the cabinet door through the sensor, and the user terminal automatically triggers an article counting instruction to start scanning so as to update the article position information. Specifically, other sensor switches can be expanded through extra interfaces by the user terminal, and the opening and closing of the cabinet door are determined according to the state of the sensor switches, for example, a limit switch is installed on the cabinet door of an article, the limit switch can be triggered by the action of opening and closing the door, and the limit switch transmits the state of the cabinet door to the user terminal.
For example, a user needs to search whether the articles are full or not when the user leaves a hotel due to business trip, so as to avoid missing the articles in the hotel. The user can connect the scanner to the mobile phone, open the application software of article management on the mobile phone, select the traveling case on business trip to check the articles, the user holds the mobile phone connected with the scanner by hand, scans the articles in the traveling case, and checks whether the articles in the corresponding article list are all scanned by the mobile phone, thereby knowing whether all the articles carried by the user on business trip are loaded into the traveling case, and which articles are forgotten to be loaded into the traveling case.
For example, a user takes several pieces of clothes out of a wardrobe to go out, the user senses opening and closing of the wardrobe door and then automatically triggers counting of articles of the wardrobe, and a scanner placed on a support near the wardrobe scans the articles of the wardrobe under the control of the user terminal, so that information of the articles in the wardrobe is updated.
