Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a connecting device for a water channel of a water-saving washing machine, which is used for quickly draining water and improving the service efficiency of the water-saving washing machine by arranging the connecting device between a washing barrel of the washing machine and the water channel on a speed reduction clutch of the washing machine.
According to the purpose, the technical scheme is that the connecting device of the water channel of the water-saving washing machine comprises a side row hole arranged on a flange connected with a washing barrel, and is characterized in that a water passing ring for receiving water from the side row hole is arranged below the side row hole, the lower end of the water passing ring is a sealing ring, the sealing ring is rotatably arranged and connected in an inner lip of an upper water seal at an inlet of the water channel, a water passing channel is formed in the sealing ring, and the water passing channel is communicated with the water channel of the washing machine.
The water passing ring is connected to the flange in a sealing way through bolts, and the flange is connected to the dewatering shaft of the clutch of the washing machine in a mounting way.
The water passing ring is connected with the water passing bowl in a sealing way into a whole, and the water passing bowl and the flange are installed and connected on a dewatering shaft of a clutch of the washing machine together.
The water bowl is also provided with side row holes matched with the flange.
Compared with the prior art, the water-saving washing machine has the advantages that the water can be quickly drained, the time is saved, and the service efficiency of the water-saving washing machine is improved by arranging the connecting device between the washing barrel and the water passing channel of the washing machine.

Detailed Description
An embodiment 1, combining with fig. 1-7, is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a water channel connecting device of a water-saving washing machine, and comprises a side hole 7 arranged on a flange 2 connected with a washing tub 1, a water passing ring 4 for receiving water entering the side hole 7 is arranged below the side hole 7, a sealing ring 6 is arranged at the lower end of the water passing ring 4, the sealing ring 6 is rotatably arranged and connected in an inner lip of a water-up seal 8 at the inlet of the water channel 9, a water passing channel 5 is formed in the sealing ring 6, the water passing channel 5 is communicated with the water channel 9 of the washing machine, the water passing ring 4 is connected on the flange 2 in a sealing manner through screws, and the flange 2 is arranged and connected on a dewatering shaft of a clutch 11 of the washing machine.
Referring to fig. 8, a schematic diagram of a second structure of an embodiment of a water channel connecting device of a water-saving washing machine according to the invention comprises a side hole 7 arranged on a flange 2 connected with a washing tub 1, a water passing ring 4 for receiving water entering the side hole 7 is arranged below the side hole 7, a sealing ring 6 is arranged at the lower end of the water passing ring 4, the sealing ring 6 is rotatably arranged and connected in an inner lip of an upper water seal 8 at an inlet of the water channel 9, a water passing channel 5 is formed in the sealing ring 6, the water passing channel 5 is communicated with the water channel 9 of the washing machine, the water passing channel 9 is arranged below an outer tub 10, a water passing bowl 3 matched with the flange 2 is arranged between the flange 2 and the water passing ring 4, the water passing ring 4 and the water passing bowl 3 are connected into a whole in a sealing manner, the water passing bowl 3 and the flange 2 are arranged and connected on a dewatering shaft of a clutch 11 of the washing machine, and the water passing bowl 3 is also provided with the side hole 7 matched with the flange.
Example 2:
In the prior art, the fixed connection of the clutch upper shaft sleeve and the washing barrel 1 is either direct integral or the clutch upper shaft sleeve is directly fixed at the bottom of the washing barrel 1, but more, in order to consider the fixed strength, a flange 2 is arranged at the bottom of the washing barrel 1, the clutch upper shaft sleeve is fixed with the flange 2, and the fixed part of the clutch upper shaft sleeve and the flange 2 is usually adopted that the fixed position of the clutch upper shaft sleeve and the flange is usually positioned on the horizontal plane of the bottom of the washing barrel 1. In this case, in any case, no water passage is found in the tub 1, unless the water passage is limited by the diameter of the clutch upper sleeve and flange or coupling, as in the case of the prior art, resulting in a poor water flow. In the prior art, although there is a recess formed at the bottom of the tub, these are designed for other purposes. The most important structural design of the invention is to fix the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch and the washing barrel 1 or to be higher than the lower plane of the bottom of the washing barrel or lower than the lower plane of the washing barrel so that the side surface formed by the height difference has enough drainage and water flowing space, and/or the diameter of the fixed connection part of the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch and the water inlet structure B is smaller than the diameter of the water inlet inner side wall of the water inlet structure B.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-10, the invention discloses a washing machine structure, which comprises an outer barrel 10, a washing barrel 1, a flange and a speed reduction clutch 11, wherein the washing barrel 1 is fixedly connected with an upper shaft sleeve of the clutch, a pulsator is fixedly connected with a pulsator shaft, a water passing device A is arranged at the upper part of the speed reduction clutch 11, the water passing device A refers to a water flowing device arranged below the washing barrel 1, no water draining hole is arranged at the lower part of the washing barrel 1, washing water in the washing barrel 1 flows to a water draining structure of the washing machine by flowing to the water passing device A, the water passing device A is communicated with the washing barrel 1 through a water inlet structure B, a water passing ring 4 is arranged below the flange 2, a downward sealing ring 6 is formed on the lower surface in the middle of the water passing ring 4, the fixed position of the washing barrel 1 and the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch is higher than the upper plane of the bottom of the washing barrel 1, the water inlet structure forms a side draining hole 7 above the bottom of the washing barrel 1, the side draining hole 7 at the position is communicated with a water draining channel 12 formed between the inner wall of the washing barrel 1 and the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch and the water draining device A, and the water draining channel 12 is communicated with the water draining channel 12 in the water draining device.

As shown in fig. 1-10, as an embodiment of the present invention, the water inlet structure B of the water passing device a includes a water passing bowl 3, an upper shaft sleeve fixing portion is disposed on an upper shaft sleeve of the clutch, the upper shaft sleeve fixing portion is disposed on an outer side of the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch, the water passing bowl 3 is fixedly connected with the flange 2 and the upper shaft sleeve fixing portion, the water passing bowl 3 is fixedly connected with the upper shaft sleeve fixing portion at a position higher than a position where the water passing bowl 3 is connected with the flange 2, so that an inclined side discharge hole 7 is formed on the water passing bowl 3, a water passing ring 4 is disposed below the water passing bowl 3, a downward sealing ring 6 is formed on a lower surface in the middle of the water passing ring 4, an outer surface of the sealing ring 6 is slidably sealed with an inner lip of an upper water seal 8 of the water passing device a, a water passing channel 5 is formed between the sealing ring 6 and the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch, and washing water flows into the water passing channel 5 through the side discharge hole 7 of the water passing bowl 3, and then flows into the water passing channel 9 of the water passing device a. The water inlet area of the water inlet structure B of the water passing device A is greatly increased by the inclined side row holes 7 formed in the water passing bowl 3, and the flow efficiency of washing water is improved on the premise of meeting the connection strength of the water passing device A with the flange 2, the washing barrel 1 and the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch, so that the phenomenon that filth or washings block the water inlet structure of the water passing device in the using process is avoided, and the normal use of the washing machine is influenced.
Preferably, the side holes 7 may be arranged in a right angle, arc shape or oblique line, and the washing water may be supplied from the side of the water bowl 3 or from the top and side of the water bowl 3.
Preferably, the water passing bowl 3 is connected with the flange 2, the water passing bowl 3 is connected with the water passing ring 4 through bolts, the bolt holes connected with the flange and the bolt holes connected with the water passing bowl 3 and the water passing ring 4 can be shared or used differently, and the different use means that the water passing bowl 3 is fixedly connected with the water passing ring 4 and the flange through different bolt holes respectively.
Example 4:
As shown in fig. 9, as an embodiment of the present invention, there is disclosed a flange structure in which the flange 2 is fixedly coupled to the bottom of the tub 1, the flange 2 is formed with a flange groove at a position close to the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch, the flange 2 includes a flange horizontal part 201 and a flange recess 202, the flange groove is upwardly provided in a direction away from the tub 10, a flange first coupling part 203 is formed at the top of the flange groove, the flange first coupling part 203 is configured to be fixedly coupled to the upper shaft sleeve of the clutch, the washing shaft passes through the flange first coupling part 203, the flange 2 is formed with a flange second coupling part 204 at a position close to the flange groove, the flange second coupling part 204 is formed at the flange horizontal part 201, the flange second connecting portion 204 is configured to be fixedly connected with the water passing ring 4, the height of the flange first connecting portion 203 is higher than that of the flange second connecting portion 204, the flange first connecting portion 203 and the flange second connecting portion 204 form a height difference, a flange lateral drain hole 205 is formed between the flange first connecting portion 203 and the flange second connecting portion 204, a downward sealing ring 6 is formed on the lower surface in the middle of the water passing ring 4, a water passing channel 5 is formed between the sealing ring 6 and an upper shaft sleeve of a clutch, washing water in the washing tub 1 flows to the water passing channel 5 through the flange lateral drain hole 205 and then flows to the water passing device A, the sealing ring 6 is in sliding sealing with an upper water seal 8 of the water passing device A, and an inner lip is arranged at the contact connection position of the sealing ring 6 and the upper water seal 8. According to the arrangement, through the change of the flange structure, the water inflow of the water passing device is greatly improved through the arranged flange lateral drain holes on the premise of ensuring the flange connection strength.
Preferably, the flange side drain holes 205 may be arranged in a right angle, arc, or oblique line, and the washing water may be supplied from the side of the flange 2 or from the top and side of the flange 2.
