Abstract

本发明公开了一种列车制动阀清洗剂及其制备方法,列车制动阀清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:精炼椰子油4‑6%、硅酸钠6‑10%、海藻酸钠2‑4%,3‑甲氧基‑3‑甲基‑1‑丁醇4‑6%、二丙二醇甲醚4‑6%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4‑6%,JFC‑4渗透剂2‑4%,三乙醇胺2‑4%,苯并三氮唑0.3‑1%,余量为去离子水,椰子油和渗透剂,采用“油+水”的体系,将油性成分和水性成分通过配伍而成一种透明稳定的“水包油”型清洗液体,具有很好的清洗润滑油脂的效果;不含有亚硝酸盐和重金属等有害物质,表活剂可生物降解,健康环保;配制方法简单,成本低廉。

本发明属于工业清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种列车制动阀清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
高速运行动车的润滑系统使用导热性能优良的硅脂作为润滑脂,而维修时需要清洗掉旧的润滑脂,又要保证轴承不锈,铜件不变色,虽然可以使用氯代烃溶剂清洗,但对人体和环境有毒有害,废液又难以处理,因此从安全、环保考虑,需要水基清洗剂来清洗硅油硅脂,而润滑油不易溶于水,用普通的水基清洗剂很难一次性清洗干净。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种列车制动阀清洗剂及其制备方法,对润滑脂的清洗效果显著,同时安全环保。
本发明提供的一种列车制动阀清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:精炼椰子油4-6%、硅酸钠6-10%、海藻酸钠2-4%,3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇4-6%、二丙二醇甲醚4-6%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4-6%, JFC-4渗透剂2-4%,三乙醇胺2-4%,苯并三氮唑0.3-1%,余量为去离子水。
所用原料及质量百分比如下:精炼椰子油5%、硅酸钠8%、海藻酸钠3%,3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇5%、二丙二醇甲醚5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%, JFC-4渗透剂3%,三乙醇胺3%,苯并三氮唑0.5%,余量为去离子水。
所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,其分子式为RC6H4O(CH2CH2O)nH,结构式如下:

烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚属在室温下为无色至白色膏状物或黄色固体,它具有耐碱性,同时具有乳化、润湿、分散、增溶、去污和渗透等性能。
所述3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇为助溶剂。
列车制动阀清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、备料:按照质量百分比准备并称取原料;
二、原料复称:将所准备称取的原料再进行一次称量;
三、投料搅拌:将去离子水加入到反应釜中,先加入硅酸钠和海藻酸钠,以36转/Min的速度搅拌至透明,之后继续搅拌并在搅拌的同时依次加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇、二丙二醇甲醚、精炼椰子油、渗透剂、三乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑,再搅拌20-40分钟至溶液透明即可得到列车制动阀清洗剂;
四、报检:对制得的列车制动阀清洗剂报检,进行成品检验;
五、包装:检验合格的清洗剂进行包装。
本发明提供的一种列车制动阀清洗剂及其制备方法,其有益效果在于,椰子油和渗透剂,采用“油+水”的体系,将油性成分和水性成分通过配伍而成一种透明稳定的“水包油”型清洗液体,具有很好的清洗润滑油脂的效果;不含有亚硝酸盐和重金属等有害物质,表活剂可生物降解,健康环保;配制方法简单,成本低廉。

实施例
本实施例的一种列车制动阀清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:精炼椰子油5%、硅酸钠8%、海藻酸钠3%,3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇5%、二丙二醇甲醚5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%, JFC-4渗透剂3%,三乙醇胺3%,苯并三氮唑0.5%,余量为去离子水。
所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,其分子式为RC6H4O(CH2CH2O)nH,结构式如下:

1.一种列车制动阀清洗剂,其特征在于:所用原料及质量百分比如下:精炼椰子油4-6%、硅酸钠6-10%、海藻酸钠2-4%,3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇4-6%、二丙二醇甲醚4-6%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4-6%, JFC-4渗透剂2-4%,三乙醇胺2-4%,苯并三氮唑0.3-1%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种列车制动阀清洗剂,其特征在于:所用原料及质量百分比如下:精炼椰子油5%、硅酸钠8%、海藻酸钠3%,3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇5%、二丙二醇甲醚5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%, JFC-4渗透剂3%,三乙醇胺3%,苯并三氮唑0.5%,余量为去离子水。
3.一种列车制动阀清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
一、备料:按照质量百分比准备并称取原料;
二、原料复称:将所准备称取的原料再进行一次称量;
