step 7, deflating all the air bags 1, and then inflating the first air bag 11, the second air bag 12 and the third air bag 13 to form a fourth inflation state;
and 8, maintaining the fourth inflation state for 1s-5 s.
In the steps 1, 3, 5 and 7, the air bag 1 is inflated simultaneously for 5s to 10 s.
The eight steps are one cycle, and a plurality of cyclic massages are carried out, wherein the massage time lasts 10 minutes generally.
