本发明提供一种含丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺与灭草松的混合除草剂及其应用;活性成分由丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松组成,所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松的重量比例为1‑40:1‑20:1‑100;可用于阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草和莎草的防治。

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种含丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺与灭草松的混合除草剂及其应用。
背景技术
丙嗪嘧磺隆是由日本住友化学开发的嘧啶基磺酰脲类除草剂,虽然和其他磺酰脲类除草剂的作用机制相同,为乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂,但它对抗磺酰脲类除草剂的杂草有很好的防效,主要用于水稻田防除禾本科及阔叶杂草。该产品用量低,对某些已知磺酰脲类除草剂产生抗性的杂草有很好的防效。五氟磺草胺属三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂,可有效防除稗草、千金子以及一年生莎草科杂草,并对众多阔叶杂草有效,如沼生异蕊花、鲤肠、田菁、竹节花、鸭舌草等。灭草松是触杀型具选择性的苗后除草剂,可用于水稻、小麦、大豆、玉米、豌豆等多种作物田中防除阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草。
除草剂之间的复配既能解决农药单剂毒性大、效果差的问题,又投入少、研发周期短,并且不同农药之间的交互使用能够延缓作用物抗药性的产生,具有较为理想的使用效果,因此不同作用机理之间农药的复配是目前农药领域的研究热点。专利文献(CN103271065A)公开了有效成分为丙嗪嘧磺隆和灭草松的除草组合物;专利文献(CN106172457A)公开了丙嗪嘧磺隆和五氟磺草胺的除草组合物;专利文献(CN105519549A)公开了五氟磺草胺和灭草松的除草组合物。现有技术中并没丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺与灭草松复配三元除草组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,用药成本低,不易产生抗药性的除草剂组合物,对水稻田、麦田禾本科、阔叶杂草、莎草具有较好的防治效果,对减缓杂草抗性、减少药物使用剂量等方面具有积极作用。
本发明提供以下技术方案
一种含丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺与灭草松的混合除草剂,活性成分由丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松组成,所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松的重量比例为1-40:1-20:1-100。
本发明所述的混合除草剂,所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松的重量比例为1-10:1-5:20-100。优选的所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松的重量比例为5:1:100。
本发明所述的混合除草剂中所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松在组合物中的总重量百分含量为1-95%。优选的所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松在组合物中的总重量百分含量为25-65%。
本发明组合物可与农业上可接受的助剂组合制备成适应剂型,优选剂型可湿性粉剂、可分散有悬浮剂、悬浮剂、颗粒剂、乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、水分散粒剂等中的一种。可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮乳剂、水分散粒剂等。本发明所述的助剂包含乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、消泡剂填料等。均选自本领域常见辅料。
本发明所述的混合除草剂用于防除杂草的用途。优选用于水稻田、麦田禾本科、阔叶杂草和莎草,例如稗草、千金子、野燕麦、鸭舌草、猪殃殃、水芹、狗尾草、马齿苋、马唐、异型莎草、水苋菜、眼子菜等。
本发明取得以下有益技术效果:
本发明所述的组合物将三种不同作用机理的活性成分组合使用,可有效降低杂草抗药性的产生,扩大杀草谱;可同时防除稗草、千金子、鸭舌草、异型莎草、鸭舌草、水苋菜、眼子菜等。
本发明所述的除草组合物具有显著的增效作用,本发明所述的除草组合物田间防效相比于单剂、二元组合物的田间防效较高,可以有效减少活性成分的施用剂量,减少环境污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1:28%丙嗪嘧磺隆·五氟磺草胺·灭草松水乳剂
实施例2:35%丙嗪嘧磺隆·五氟磺草胺·灭草松悬浮剂
实施例3:60%丙嗪嘧磺隆·五氟磺草胺·灭草松可湿性粉剂
实施例4:53%丙嗪嘧磺隆·五氟磺草胺·灭草松水分散粒剂
生物测试一:丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺与灭草松对稗草室内毒力测定。
试验方法:选择生长一致的杂草稗草进行定植,并做茎叶处理,淋水待叶片干燥后进行茎叶喷雾处理。处理30天后,测定鲜重,计算防效。
根据Colby法评价除草剂联合方式。评价标准:当E﹣E0>10%时,表示为增效作用;当﹣10%≤E﹣E0≤10%时,表现为相加作用;当E﹣E0<﹣10%时,表现为拮抗作用。

由上表可知,丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松复配对稗草具有明显的增效作用,三种物质组合使用可以有效降低农药使用剂量。
生物测试二:丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松复配对水稻田杂草田间防效。
试验对象:稗草、千金子、鸭舌草、异型莎草、鸭舌草、水苋菜、眼子菜等。
试验药剂:实施例1-4药剂以及对照药剂
试验方法:按照试验小区面积,称量好药剂,并兑水进行稀释,杂草处于2-3叶期,采用背负喷雾器进行茎叶喷雾1次,调查30天后鲜重防效,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。防效(%)=[(清水对照组杂草鲜重-处理组杂草鲜重)/清水组杂草鲜重]*100%。

由上表可知,与单剂相比,丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松复配施用可以扩大除草谱,并且可以显著提高其对杂草的防治效果,具有显著的增效作用,可有效减低农药的施用剂量,减少环境污染;并且田间观察对作物安全。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种含丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺与灭草松的混合除草剂,其特征在于:活性成分由丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松组成,所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松的重量比例为1-10:1-5:20-100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松的重量比例为5:1:100。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松在组合物中的总重量百分含量为1-95%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:所述丙嗪嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺和灭草松在组合物中的总重量百分含量为25-65%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:组合物剂型为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、颗粒剂、乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、水分散粒剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的混合除草剂用于防除杂草的用途。
