Abstract
The invention discloses a veneer device, which comprises a support body and at least two veneer pieces arranged on the support body; wherein, one side of each veneer facing the supporting body is provided with a veneer buckle; a support body buckle is arranged on the support body; wherein, two arbitrary adjacent decorative board upper decorative board buckles pass through the supporter buckle links together. The invention also discloses an assembling method for assembling the veneer device. The veneer device and the assembling method thereof disclosed by the invention are convenient to assemble and replace, when a veneer is damaged, only the damaged veneer is required to be detached from the supporting body, so that the time and labor are saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.

In the existing wall veneer mounting process, the veneer on the same wall surface is connected with the veneer through a tongue-and-groove. Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Wherein like parts are designated by like reference numerals. It should be noted that the words "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the words "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward or away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a veneer device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a support body 1 and at least two veneer panels 2 mounted on the support body 1.
Wherein, the side of each veneer 2 facing the supporting body 1 is provided with a veneer buckle 3.
The support body 1 is provided with a support body buckle 4. Wherein, veneer buckle 3 links together through supporter buckle 4 on two arbitrary adjacent veneer 2.
That is, according to the veneer device provided by the invention, the supporting body buckle 4 is arranged on the supporting body 1, the veneer buckle 3 is arranged on the back side of the veneer 2, and when the veneer device is assembled, the veneer buckles 3 on two adjacent veneer 2 are clamped together through the supporting body buckle 4, so that the two adjacent veneer 2 are assembled together, and the assembly is convenient. In addition, when the veneer 2 is damaged, only the damaged veneer 2 needs to be detached from the supporting body 1, so that time and labor are saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5-7, the veneer fastener 3 includes a veneer fastener body 31 and a clamping end 32 disposed on the veneer fastener body 31.
The support body clip 4 includes a support body clip main body 41 and two clip grooves 42 provided on the support body clip main body 41.
Wherein, two clamping ends 32 in two veneer buckles 3 connected together through the supporting body buckle 4 are respectively embedded in two clamping grooves 42.
The clamping end 32 and the veneer clamping main body 31 are integrally formed, so that the structural strength of the veneer clamping main body is improved.
Two clamping grooves 42 are formed in the supporting body clamping main body 41, one clamping groove 42 is clamped with the clamping end 32 in the veneer clamping buckle 3 on one veneer 2, the other clamping groove 42 is clamped with the clamping end 32 in the veneer clamping buckle 3 on the other veneer 2, and accordingly two adjacent veneer clamping buckles 3 on the two veneers 2 are connected together, and assembly of the adjacent veneers 2 is achieved.
When assembled, the clamping end 32 is embedded in the clamping groove 42, bears a certain pulling force and provides a supporting force.
The material of the veneer fastener 3 and the support body fastener 4 can be plastic or metal.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5-6, at least one circle of clamping end flange 321 is provided on the clamping end 32, and when the clamping end 32 is embedded in the clamping groove 42, the clamping end flange 321 can damp the clamping end 32 to automatically separate from the clamping groove 42, thereby improving the stability of connection between the clamping end and the clamping end.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the clamping groove 42 includes a groove wall 421 connected with the supporting body clamping main body 41.

That is, the bottom of the clamping groove 42 is wide, the notch 422 is narrow, after the clamping end 32 is embedded into the clamping groove 42 from the notch 422, the notch 422 is narrow, the clamping end 32 can be prevented from being automatically separated from the clamping groove, meanwhile, the bottom of the clamping groove is wide, the clamping end 32 can have a certain rotation or swing gap in the clamping groove 42, the angle of the veneer 2 can be adjusted, the veneer 2 can be leveled, and the appearance is kept smooth.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, a funnel portion 423 is further provided on the end of the groove wall 421.
The funnel portion 423 includes a first opening portion 4231 and a second opening portion 4232, wherein an area of the second opening portion 4232 is smaller than an area of the first opening portion 4231.
The second opening 4232 is connected to the groove wall boss 4211, and communicates with the notch 422.
By providing the funnel portion 423, the clamping end 32 can be guided to move toward the notch 422 when the clamping end 32 is embedded into the clamping groove 42, so that clamping is facilitated.
Funnel 423 and cell wall 421 integrated into one piece, convenient processing improves structural strength.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3-4, the two ends of each side of the veneer 2 are provided with veneer buckles 3, so that the veneer is conveniently assembled. Of course, the middle of each side may be provided with a veneer fastener 3, and only two opposite sides may be provided with veneer fasteners 3.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4-6, two mounting holes 33 are provided on the trim panel buckle main body 31, and the two mounting holes 33 are located at two sides of the clamping end 32.
The trim panel snap body 31 is mounted on the trim panel 2 by the first connector 5 passing through the mounting hole 33. The first connecting member 5 is preferably a self-tapping screw. The two sides of the clamping end 32 are fixed with the veneer 2 through the two first connecting pieces 5, so that the stability of connection is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, a plurality of positioning grooves 43 for the second connector 6 to pass through are provided on the side of the support body catching body 41 facing the veneer 2.
The second connection member 6 is selectively passed through the at least one positioning groove 43 and connected with the support body 1.
The second connecting piece 6 can be conveniently positioned on the support body buckle main body 41 in advance by arranging the positioning groove 43, then the second connecting piece 6 is hit, and the second connecting piece passes through the positioning groove 43 and then is connected with the support body 1, so that the assembly is convenient.
The support body in the invention can be a concrete wall, and the second connecting piece 6 is an expansion bolt. Or, the supporting body is a supporting keel, and at the moment, the second connecting piece 6 is a self-tapping screw, so that different mounting modes can be selected according to the needs, and different needs are met.
Preferably, caulking strips are arranged between any two adjacent veneer panels 2, so that the sealing function and the attractive effect are achieved.
Referring to fig. 1-8, the embodiment of the invention further provides an assembling method for assembling a veneer device, which comprises the following steps:
s001: the trim panels 2 are prepared in advance, and trim panel buckles 3 are installed on the back surface of each trim panel 2.

S003: the veneer buckles 3 on the adjacent veneer 2 are connected through the supporting body buckles 4.

wherein, two clamping ends in two veneer buckles connected together through the support body buckle are respectively embedded in the two clamping grooves;
one of the clamping grooves is clamped with the clamping end in the veneer buckle on one veneer, the other clamping groove is clamped with the clamping end in the veneer buckle on the other veneer, so that two adjacent veneer buckles on two veneers are connected together, and the adjacent veneers are assembled.

7. A trim panel apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein a caulking strip is provided between any adjacent two of said trim panels.
8. An assembly method of assembling a veneer device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s001: preparing veneer in advance, and installing veneer buckles on the back of each veneer;
s002: mounting a support buckle at a preset position on the support;
s003: the veneer buckles on the adjacent veneer are connected through the supporting body buckles.
9. The method of assembling according to claim 8, further comprising the step of, in said step S002:
the support body buckles are clamped with the veneer buckles on part of veneer in advance to form a veneer connecting body;
arranging a veneer connecting body in a preset area on a supporting body;
the supporting body is buckled and fixed on the supporting body through the second connecting piece;
the veneer buckle on the veneer adjacent to the veneer connecting body is clamped with the supporting body buckle in the veneer connecting body.
