The leveling agent generally needs to have the characteristics of controlling the speed of dye adsorbed by the fabric, promoting the uniform distribution of the dye on the fabric, not influencing the color fastness and the like.
The cotton fiber is natural fiber, has the advantages of good hygroscopicity, good affinity to human body, good antistatic property and the like, but has the defects of easy wrinkling and the like, the polyester fiber has the advantages of high strength, good wear resistance, stiffness, difficult wrinkling and the like, but has the defects of hygroscopicity, easy generation of static electricity and the like, the polyester-cotton fiber makes two kinds of fibers get strong and weak, the comprehensive wearability is improved, the dyeing retarding function of the leveling agent is the key point for uniform dyeing, the polyester fiber plays a toe role in dye diffusion due to the characteristics of a compact structure, an extremely dense surface crystalline layer and the like, therefore, a high-efficiency environment-friendly high-temperature leveling agent needs to be developed, and has better dyeing retarding performance and dye-transferring performance, and the existing high-temperature leveling agent usually contains substances harmful to the environment and has poor dyeing retarding, dye-transferring and dispersing effects and needs to be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the dyeing process of the deep color polyester-cotton fabric with good dyeing effect, high color fastness and uniform dyeing.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a dyeing process of dark color polyester-cotton fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) and pretreatment: adding water, heating to 75-85 ℃ at 2.5-3.5 ℃/min, adding 5-7g/L hydrogen peroxide, 7-10g/L water glass, 1-2g/L penetrant and 1-3g/L caustic soda, heating to 105-115 ℃ at 1-2 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 10-15min, heating to 125-135 ℃ at 1.5-2.5 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 45-55min, cooling to 75-85 ℃, and discharging the liquid;
(2) and dyeing: adding water with the temperature of 45-55 ℃, heating to 75-85 ℃ at the speed of 2.5-3.5 ℃/min, adding a dye, glacial acetic acid with the speed of 0.5-1.5g/L and a high-temperature leveling agent with the speed of 0.8-1.2g/L, heating to 105-115 ℃ at the speed of 0.5-1.5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 15-20min, heating to 125-135 ℃ at the speed of 1-2 ℃/min, preserving heat for 25-35min, finally cooling to 75-85 ℃, and not discharging liquid;
(3) and reduction and cleaning: adding 0.5-1g/L alkaline reducing cleaning agent and 0.5-1.5g/L glacial acetic acid, cleaning for 15-25min, and draining;
(4) and (3) softening: adding water, adding 0.3-0.8g/L liquid wax, and softening for 10-20 min;
the high-temperature leveling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 7-12 parts of glyceryl monostearate, 15-20 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 8-12 parts of dicarboxyl polyether, 5-8 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 12-15 parts of glyceryl ether oleate, 9-12 parts of p-toluenesulfonic acid, 25-30 parts of isobutyl triethoxysilane and 480 parts of water 420-doped sodium sulfonate.
Further, the alkaline reducing cleaning agent is alkaline reducing cleaning agent DR-84 CN.
Further, the bath ratio of the dyeing is 1: 4-5.5.
Further, when the color development color of the fabric is dark gray, the dye comprises 0.68% of S-4RL yellow brown dye, 0.225% of S-5BL ruby dye and 0.65% of 2# dark blue dye.
Further, when the color development color of the fabric is black, the dye comprises 1.1% of BCT black dye, 1.5% of RDS black dye, 0.5% of S-4RL yellow brown dye and 0.1% of S-5BL ruby dye.
Further, the specific gravity of the water glass is 1.4.
Further, the penetrating agent is a penetrating agent JFC.
As can be seen from the above description of the present invention, compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the fabric prepared by the dyeing process has the color difference, the dyeing effect and the dyeing fastness reaching 3-4 levels of the specified standard, and the prepared dark color fabric is uniform in dyeing and high in color fastness, so that the high-temperature leveling agent added in the dyeing process can have good slow dyeing property, migration property and dispersibility under the high-temperature condition, the dyed fabric does not have defects such as color stripes, color spots and the like, and the fabric is simple in components, low in raw material cost, simple in components and capable of achieving the mutual coordination effect among the components, so that the high-temperature leveling agent can embody good slow dyeing property, migration property and dispersibility, the polyester dyeing uniformity is ensured, and the dyeing fastness is improved.

A dyeing process of dark color polyester-cotton fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) and pretreatment: adding water, heating to 75-85 ℃ at 2.5-3.5 ℃/min, adding 5-7g/L hydrogen peroxide, 7-10g/L water glass, 1-2g/L penetrant and 1-3g/L caustic soda, heating to 105-115 ℃ at 1-2 ℃/min, preserving heat for 10-15min, heating to 125-135 ℃ at 1.5-2.5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 45-55min, finally cooling to 75-85 ℃, discharging liquid, wherein the specific gravity of the water glass is 1.4;
(2) and dyeing: adding water with the temperature of 45-55 ℃, heating to 75-85 ℃ at the speed of 2.5-3.5 ℃/min, adding a dye, glacial acetic acid with the speed of 0.5-1.5g/L and a high-temperature leveling agent with the speed of 0.8-1.2g/L, heating to 105-115 ℃ at the speed of 0.5-1.5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 15-20min, heating to 125-135 ℃ at the speed of 1-2 ℃/min, preserving heat for 25-35min, finally cooling to 75-85 ℃, and discharging no liquid, wherein the bath ratio is 1: 4-5.5;
(3) and reduction and cleaning: adding 0.5-1g/L alkaline reducing cleaning agent and 0.5-1.5g/L glacial acetic acid, cleaning for 15-25min, and draining;
(4) and (3) softening: adding water, adding 0.3-0.8g/L liquid wax, and softening for 10-20 min;

the preparation method of the high-temperature leveling agent comprises the following steps: adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, dicarboxyl polyether, p-toluenesulfonic acid and isobutyl triethoxysilane into a reaction kettle according to a certain proportion, heating to 150 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 160min, continuing heating to 250 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 60min, then carrying out reaction for 30min at 300 ℃ and 0.12MPa, cooling to 120 ℃, adding glyceryl monostearate, dimethyl terephthalate, ethylene bis stearamide, glyceryl ether oleate and water according to a certain proportion, mixing uniformly, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 120min, cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain a high-temperature leveling agent;
when the color development color of the fabric is dark gray, the dyes comprise 0.68% of S-4RL yellow brown dye, 0.225% of S-5BL ruby dye and 0.65% of 2# dark blue dye;

(1) and pretreatment: adding water, heating to 75 ℃ at a speed of 2.5 ℃/min, adding 7g/L hydrogen peroxide, 7g/L water glass, 2g/L penetrant and 1g/L caustic soda, heating to 115 ℃ at a speed of 2 ℃/min, preserving heat for 10min, heating to 135 ℃ at a speed of 2.5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 45min, finally cooling to 85 ℃, discharging liquid, wherein the specific gravity of the water glass is 1.4;
(2) and dyeing: adding water of 45 ℃, heating to 85 ℃ at 3.5 ℃/min, adding a dye, glacial acetic acid of 0.5g/L and a high-temperature leveling agent of 0.8g/L, heating to 105 ℃ at 0.5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 20min, heating to 135 ℃ at 2 ℃/min, preserving heat for 25min, finally cooling to 85 ℃, and discharging no liquid, wherein the bath ratio is 1: 4;
(3) and reduction and cleaning: adding 0.5g/L alkaline reducing cleaning agent and 0.5g/L glacial acetic acid, cleaning for 25min, and discharging liquid;
(4) and (3) softening: adding water, adding 0.8g/L liquid wax, and softening for 10 min;
specifically, the high-temperature leveling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 12 parts of glycerol monostearate, 20 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 8 parts of dicarboxyl polyether, 8 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 12 parts of glyceryl ether oleate, 12 parts of p-toluenesulfonic acid, 25 parts of isobutyl triethoxysilane and 480 parts of water;

(2) and dyeing: adding 55 ℃ water, heating to 75 ℃ at a speed of 2.5 ℃/min, adding a dye, 1.5g/L glacial acetic acid and 1.2g/L high-temperature leveling agent, heating to 115 ℃ at a speed of 1.5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 15min, heating to 125 ℃ at a speed of 1 ℃/min, preserving heat for 35min, finally cooling to 75 ℃, and discharging no liquid, wherein the bath ratio is 1: 5.5;
(3) and reduction and cleaning: adding 1g/L alkaline reducing cleaning agent and 1.5g/L glacial acetic acid, cleaning for 15min, and discharging liquid;
(4) and (3) softening: adding water, adding 0.3g/L liquid wax, and softening for 20 min;

(2) and dyeing: adding 50 ℃ water, heating to 80 ℃ at a rate of 3 ℃/min, adding a dye, 1g/L glacial acetic acid and 1g/L high-temperature leveling agent, heating to 110 ℃ at a rate of 1 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 18min, heating to 130 ℃ at a rate of 1.5 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 30min, cooling to 80 ℃, and discharging no liquid, wherein the bath ratio is 1: 5.4;
(3) and reduction and cleaning: adding 0.8g/L alkaline reducing cleaning agent and 1g/L glacial acetic acid, cleaning for 20min, and discharging liquid;
(4) and (3) softening: adding water, adding 0.5g/L liquid wax, and softening for 15 min;

(2) and dyeing: adding 50 ℃ water, heating to 80 ℃ at a rate of 3 ℃/min, adding a dye, 1g/L glacial acetic acid and 1g/L high-temperature leveling agent, heating to 110 ℃ at a rate of 1 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 18min, heating to 130 ℃ at a rate of 1.5 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 30min, cooling to 80 ℃, and discharging no liquid, wherein the bath ratio is 1: 4.3;
(3) and reduction and cleaning: adding 0.8g/L alkaline reducing cleaning agent and 1g/L glacial acetic acid, cleaning for 20min, and discharging liquid;

The comparative example is an experimental result obtained by detecting the deep-color polyester in the prior art, and the table shows that the color difference, the dyeing effect and the dyeing fastness of the fabric prepared by adopting the dyeing process are all higher than the color fastness of the deep-color polyester in the prior art, the prepared deep-color fabric is uniform in dyeing and high in color fastness, so that a high-temperature leveling agent added in the dyeing process can adapt to a high-temperature condition, has good slow dyeing property, migration property and dispersity, the dyed fabric does not have the defects of color stripes, color spots and the like, the components are simple, the components can coordinate with each other, the high-temperature leveling agent can show good slow dyeing property, migration property and dispersity, the uniform dyeing of the polyester is ensured, and the dyeing fastness is improved.

1. A dyeing process of dark color polyester-cotton fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) and pretreatment: adding water, heating to 75-85 ℃ at 2.5-3.5 ℃/min, adding 5-7g/L hydrogen peroxide, 7-10g/L water glass, 1-2g/L penetrant and 1-3g/L caustic soda, heating to 105-115 ℃ at 1-2 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 10-15min, heating to 125-135 ℃ at 1.5-2.5 ℃/min, keeping the temperature for 45-55min, cooling to 75-85 ℃, and discharging the liquid;
(2) and dyeing: adding water with the temperature of 45-55 ℃, heating to 75-85 ℃ at the speed of 2.5-3.5 ℃/min, adding a dye, glacial acetic acid with the speed of 0.5-1.5g/L and a high-temperature leveling agent with the speed of 0.8-1.2g/L, heating to 105-115 ℃ at the speed of 0.5-1.5 ℃/min, preserving heat for 15-20min, heating to 125-135 ℃ at the speed of 1-2 ℃/min, preserving heat for 25-35min, finally cooling to 75-85 ℃, and not discharging liquid;
(3) and reduction and cleaning: adding 0.5-1g/L alkaline reducing cleaning agent and 0.5-1.5g/L glacial acetic acid, cleaning for 15-25min, and draining;
(4) and (3) softening: adding water, adding 0.3-0.8g/L liquid wax, and softening for 10-20 min;
the high-temperature leveling agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 7-12 parts of glyceryl monostearate, 15-20 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 8-12 parts of dicarboxyl polyether, 5-8 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 12-15 parts of glyceryl ether oleate, 9-12 parts of p-toluenesulfonic acid, 25-30 parts of isobutyl triethoxysilane and 480 parts of water 420-doped;
the bath ratio of the dyeing is 1: 4-5.5;
the penetrating agent is a penetrating agent JFC;
the preparation method of the high-temperature leveling agent comprises the following steps: adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, dicarboxy polyether, p-toluenesulfonic acid and isobutyl triethoxysilane into a reaction kettle according to a certain proportion, heating to 150 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 160min, continuing heating to 250 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 60min, then carrying out reaction for 30min at 300 ℃ and 0.12MPa, cooling to 120 ℃, adding glycerin monostearate, dimethyl terephthalate, ethylene bis stearamide, glycerol ether oleate and water according to a certain proportion, mixing uniformly, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 120min, cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the high-temperature leveling agent.
2. The dyeing process of dark polyester-cotton fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the alkaline reducing cleaning agent is an alkaline reducing cleaning agent DR-84 CN.
