Abstract
本发明公开了一种水洗含有罗布麻与棉纤维的面料防水处理工艺,包括以下步骤:A、材料的准备、斜纹布前处理、褪染、染色、涂层、酵素水洗:1)酶处理阶段:投组合试样和增重陪试织物于工业洗衣机或恒温水浴锅中,调节浴比及pH值,洗涤平衡后,加入一定用量的酶,然后保温20‑30 min;2)灭活处理:在酶处理液中加入纯碱,调整PH值为8‑10,然后升温至75‑100℃,保温半小时以上即可。该含有罗布麻纤维与棉纤维的面料的纯自然洗褪风格工艺要求面料涂层胶水温度速度要求三合一,这样涂层出来的面料更加的稳定,牢度适中,容易控制,而且洗褪后产生纯天然自然效果。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种水洗含有罗布麻与棉纤维的面料防水处理工艺。
背景技术
罗布麻纤维素有“野生纤维之王”的美誉,早在三百年前,就被伊犁、若羌等地的劳动人民所用。他们织布成衣或者做被子、床单,说是可以祛病健身。甚至用罗布麻茎做茅屋的茅草,据说,因为不发霉、不生虫;棉纤维的主要成份是纤维素,纤维素是天然高分子化合物,纤维素的化学结构式由α葡萄糖为基本结构单元重复构成,其元素组成为碳44.44%、氢6.17%、氧49.39%。棉纤维的聚合度在6000~11000间。此外,棉纤维还附有5%左右的其他物质,称为伴生物,伴生物对纺纱工艺与漂练、印染加工均有影响。棉纤维的表面含有脂蜡质,俗称棉蜡,棉蜡对棉纤维具有保护作用,是棉纤维具有良好纺纱性能的原因之一,但在高温时,棉蜡容易熔融。所以棉布容易绕罗拉、绕胶辊。经脱脂处理,原棉吸湿性增加,吸水能力可达本身重量的23~24倍;因此现在两种纤维应用广泛,在现有针对这两种纤维的混合面料涂层的过程中经常出现涂层的效果不好影响褪洗的效果,产生要么太牢,要么容易洗掉,所以我们需要一款新型的尼龙刮色洗水面料来解决上述问题,满足人们的需求。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种水洗含有罗布麻与棉纤维的面料防水处理工艺,解决这两种纤维面料掉色问题。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种水洗含有罗布麻与棉纤维的面料防水处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、材料的准备:选取含有35%以上的罗布麻纤维和棉纤维的斜纹面料,接着进行面料检验、翻面料和缝头等步骤;
B、斜纹布前处理:对选取的斜纹面料依次进行去油去污、烧毛、退浆和煮练等工序;
C、褪染:使用漂白剂对上述处理过的斜纹布进行褪染处理,对褪染处理后的斜纹布进行保存待用;
D、染色:将褪染的斜纹布用精炼剂进行处理、烘干,将染液加热至50-70℃,然后将斜纹布放入到加热的染液中,接着将染液持续加热至80-90℃,停止加热,静置50-70 min,最后烘干待用;
E、涂层:对上步骤中染色处理后的斜纹布使用涂层机进行涂层处理,涂层胶水的含固量为15-25%、温度为140-160℃和速度25-27m/mim;
F、酵素水洗:使用酵素水洗的步骤如下:
1)酶处理阶段:投组合试样和增重陪试织物于工业洗衣机或恒温水浴锅中,调节浴比及pH值,洗涤平衡后,加入一定用量的酶,然后保温20-30 min;
2)灭活处理:在酶处理液中加入纯碱,调整PH值为8-10,然后升温至75-100℃,保温半小时以上即可。
进一步的,所述步骤C中的漂白剂可使用次氯酸钠、过氧化氢或者亚氯酸钠。
进一步的,所述步骤B中去油去污的过程使用除油剂来完成。
进一步的,所述水洗的过程中PH控制在4.5-5,温度为-50--30℃。
进一步的,所述步骤F中酵素的质量分数为3-6%。
有益效果:该含有罗布麻纤维与棉纤维的面料的纯自然洗褪风格工艺要求面料涂层胶水温度速度要求三合一,这样涂层出来的面料更加的稳定,牢度适中,容易控制,而且洗褪后产生纯天然自然效果。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术内容进行详细阐述:

A、材料的准备:选取含有35%以上的罗布麻纤维和棉纤维的斜纹面料,接着进行面料检验、翻面料和缝头等步骤;
B、斜纹布前处理:对选取的斜纹面料依次进行去油去污、烧毛、退浆和煮练等工序;
C、褪染:使用漂白剂对上述处理过的斜纹布进行褪染处理,对褪染处理后的斜纹布进行保存待用;
D、染色:将褪染的斜纹布用精炼剂进行处理、烘干,将染液加热至50-70℃,然后将斜纹布放入到加热的染液中,接着将染液持续加热至80-90℃,停止加热,静置50-70 min,最后烘干待用;
E、涂层:对上步骤中染色处理后的斜纹布使用涂层机进行涂层处理,涂层胶水的含固量为15-25%、温度为140-160℃和速度25-27m/mim;
