and then, the mixture of the broken filaments and the broken down falls onto a sieving net 7 which is obliquely arranged from a lower port of a C-shaped discharge pipeline 6, and the broken down and the broken filaments are sieved according to the characteristic that the diameter of meshes of the sieving net 7 is smaller than that of the broken filaments and respectively falls into corresponding collecting boxes.
