本发明涉及防锈油技术领域,且公开了一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油的制备方法,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:基础油50‑75份的聚α-烯烃,羊毛脂10‑15份,十二烯基丁二酸酯3‑4份,2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚1‑3份,3‑氟‑4‑甲氧基苄氯3‑5份,聚乙二醇400为1‑3份,脂肪酸季戊四醇酯1‑3份,烯基壬二酸2‑3份,分子量为15‑25万的壳聚糖1‑3份,石油磺酸钡1‑2份、油酸三乙醇胺2‑3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4‑5份和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1‑3份。通过添加多种防锈添加剂及其辅助添加剂组成,成本低廉,效果好,操作简单,紧固件行业可大量使用,通过该方法制得的防锈油有机稳定性良好,腐蚀试验与盐水浸渍试验都合格,湿热试验能够达到50天以上,防锈周期能达到30天以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈油技术领域,具体为一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油的制备方法。
背景技术
防锈油是一款外观呈红褐色具有防锈功能的油溶剂,由油溶性缓蚀剂、基础油和辅助添加剂等组成,根据性能和用途,除锈油可分为指纹除去型防锈油、水稀释型防锈油、溶剂稀释型防锈油、防锈润滑两用油、封存防锈油、置换型防锈油、薄层油、防锈脂和气相防锈油等,防锈油中常用的缓蚀剂有脂肪酸或环烷酸的碱土金属盐、环烷酸铅、环烷酸锌、石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钙、三油酸牛脂二胺和松香胺等。
腐蚀是使紧固件破坏的主要形式之一,对汽车、摩托车以及各种车辆和机械会造成很大的损失,据统计,每年由于金属腐蚀所造成的直接经济损失约占国民经济总产值的2%~4%,为避免锈蚀以及减少损失,人们采用了各种各样的方法,用防锈油脂来保护金属紧固件,便是目前最常见的防护方法之一,然而目前市场上的防锈油大多有效使用寿命不长且强度较低,使用者需要经常更换防锈油,不仅给金属紧固件带了一定的伤害,也导致需要经常更换而产生的经济与时间的损失。
对此中国专利CN 106520286 A提出的一种快干型防锈油的制备方法,该制备方法通过将干燥碾磨后的柠檬草茎叶颗粒与去离子水加热搅拌,提炼柠檬草精油,再取烷基醇、双乙烯酮等水浴反应后,用碱液调其pH、过滤、浓缩后与柠檬草精油混合并超声波分散、陈化,加入凡士林等辅料油浴后即得一种快干型防锈油,此方法所制得的防锈油强度低且因为干燥容易脱落,其耐腐的效果并不是很好,故而提出一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油的制备方法以解决上述问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油的制备方法,具备强度更高且更加耐腐蚀的优点,解决了目前市场上的防锈油大多有效使用寿命不长且强度较低,使用者需要经常更换防锈油,不仅给金属紧固件带了一定的伤害,也导致需要经常更换而产生的经济与时间的损失的问题的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述强度更高且更加耐腐蚀的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:基础油50-75份的聚α-烯烃,羊毛脂10-15份,十二烯基丁二酸酯3-4份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份,3-氟-4-甲氧基苄氯3-5份,聚乙二醇400为1-3份,脂肪酸季戊四醇酯1-3份,烯基壬二酸2-3份,分子量为15-25万的壳聚糖1-3份,石油磺酸钡1-2份、油酸三乙醇胺2-3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4-5份和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-3份。
优选的,所述基础油50份的聚α-烯烃,羊毛脂10-15份,十二烯基丁二酸酯3-4份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份,3-氟-4-甲氧基苄氯3-5份,聚乙二醇400为1-3份,脂肪酸季戊四醇酯1-3份,烯基壬二酸2-3份,分子量为15-25万的壳聚糖1-3份,石油磺酸钡1-2份、油酸三乙醇胺2-3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4-5份和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-3份。

本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称重基础油为50-75份聚α-烯烃,将此份数的基础油放入三角烧瓶中,随后通入氮气将空气排出,在烧瓶内充满氮气的环境下将三角烧瓶进行水浴加热,并加热至90℃,加热65~75min。
2)然后往三角烧瓶中加入羊毛脂10-15份继续用水浴加热升温至90℃,加热60~70min,在此温度下往三角烧瓶中加入十二烯基丁二酸酯3-4份和聚乙二醇400后,保温20min,然后放置室温冷却降温至40℃。
3)按照重量份数计,分别称重2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份、3-氟-4-甲氧基苄氯3-5份、聚乙二醇400为1-3份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯1-3份、烯基壬二酸2-3份、石油磺酸钡1-2、油酸三乙醇胺2-3、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4-5和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-3,并将上述配加入到三角烧杯中,冷却放置室温下并均匀搅拌后,在200~300W下超声波分散处理10~15min。
4)按照重量份数计,称重分子量为15-25万壳聚糖1-3份,并将其加入到三角烧杯中,120~125℃下油浴加热10~15min,随后停止加热并径直冷却至70~75℃,保温搅拌30min后静置冷却至室温,然后经脱气和过滤得到成品。
5)先将金属工件整体完全放入去离子水中,在并在200~300W的超声波下水洗100~13min,将金属工件烘干后浸泡在本发明制得的高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油中1~3min,并通过用手抖动让金属弓箭均匀浸泡,然后放置与离心机中,在室温下将其甩干,经检测,有机稳定性良好,腐蚀试验与盐水浸渍试验都合格,湿热试验能够达到50天以上,防锈周期能达到30天以上。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油的制备方法,具备以下有益效果:

实施例一:
一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:基础油50份的聚α-烯烃,羊毛脂10-15份,十二烯基丁二酸酯3-4份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份,3-氟-4-甲氧基苄氯3-5份,聚乙二醇400为1-3份,脂肪酸季戊四醇酯1-3份,烯基壬二酸2-3份,分子量为15-25万的壳聚糖1-3份,石油磺酸钡1-2份、油酸三乙醇胺2-3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4-5份和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-3份。

2)然后往三角烧瓶中加入羊毛脂10-15份继续用水浴加热升温至90℃,加热60~70min,在此温度下往三角烧瓶中加入十二烯基丁二酸酯3-4份和聚乙二醇400后,保温20min,然后放置室温冷却降温至40℃。
3)按照重量份数计,分别称重2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份、3-氟-4-甲氧基苄氯3-5份、聚乙二醇400为1-3份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯1-3份、烯基壬二酸2-3份、石油磺酸钡1-2、油酸三乙醇胺2-3、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4-5和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-3,并将上述配加入到三角烧杯中,冷却放置室温下并均匀搅拌后,在200~300W下超声波分散处理10~15min。

实施例三:
一种高强度耐腐蚀的防锈油,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:基础油75份的聚α-烯烃,羊毛脂10-15份,十二烯基丁二酸酯3-4份,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份,3-氟-4-甲氧基苄氯3-5份,聚乙二醇400为1-3份,脂肪酸季戊四醇酯1-3份,烯基壬二酸2-3份,分子量为15-25万的壳聚糖1-3份,石油磺酸钡1-2份、油酸三乙醇胺2-3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4-5份和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-3份。
