s7, opening a second heat preservation barrier door and opening a cold storage door;
and S8, starting cargo loading and unloading.
The invention realizes the sealed butt joint between the refrigerated freight car and the refrigeration house, establishes a sealed heat preservation channel between the car and the refrigeration house, carries out heat preservation transportation on the goods before entering or after exiting, and solves the problem that the goods cannot be preserved in the transferring process between the car and the refrigeration house.

Claims (6)

1. The precooling channel for butting the automobile and the refrigeration house is characterized by comprising a heat preservation blocking section and an automobile butting section; wherein,
the heat preservation separation section is in butt joint with the cold storage (12), the automobile butt joint section is in butt joint with the automobile rear carriage, one end of the automobile butt joint section is provided with a sealing air bag (2), the sealing air bag (2) is of an annular structure, the joint of the heat preservation separation section and the automobile butt joint section is provided with an anti-collision elastic sealing ring (7), the end face of the anti-collision elastic sealing ring (7) is provided with a plurality of pressure sensors (10), the pressure sensors (10) are uniformly arranged on the end face of the anti-collision elastic sealing ring (7) to detect and feed back the pressure generated when the precooling channel is in butt joint with the automobile, and after the pressure value reaches a preset pressure threshold value, the butt joint is indicated to reach good tightness;
the heat insulation blocking section is provided with a first heat insulation blocking door (4) and a second heat insulation blocking door (6), the first heat insulation blocking door (4) is arranged close to the automobile butt joint section, the second heat insulation blocking door (6) is arranged close to the refrigerator, and the first heat insulation blocking door (4) and the second heat insulation blocking door (6) are in interlocking control so as to ensure that the first heat insulation blocking door (4) and the second heat insulation blocking door (6) are not opened at the same time, so that a precooling channel for transporting cargoes is formed between the automobile and the second heat insulation blocking door (6) or between the first heat insulation blocking door (4) and the refrigerator;
the heat preservation separation section is also provided with a refrigeration air opening (5), and the refrigeration air opening (5) is arranged between the first heat preservation separation door (4) and the second heat preservation separation door (6) and is used for conveying refrigeration gas into the automobile compartment and the pre-cooling channel;
the automobile parking position of the pre-cooling channel is provided with a guide channel (9), the guide channel (9) is of an L-shaped structure formed by two sections, one section is an avoidance section, the other section is a working section, the avoidance section is perpendicular to the pre-cooling channel, and the working section is parallel to the pre-cooling channel;
the anti-slip device is characterized in that the guide way (9) is further provided with an anti-slip block (8), the anti-slip block (8) comprises triangular blocks and wheels, the anti-slip block (8) is in sliding connection with the guide way (9), the anti-slip block (8) can move along the guide way (9), the car is prevented from backing after being abutted and stopped, and the pressure is guaranteed to be sufficient.
2. A pre-cooling channel for interfacing a car with a freezer according to claim 1, wherein the car interfacing section is further provided with an audible and visual alarm (3), the audible and visual alarm (3) comprising a light part and an audible part.

The precooling passage for butt joint of an automobile and a refrigeration house according to claim 1, wherein pressure warning lamp groups (11) are arranged on two sides of the outer end face of the butt joint section of the automobile, and the pressure warning lamp groups (11) are composed of a plurality of lamp caps capable of displaying different colors.

A pre-cooling channel for docking a car with a refrigerator according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the pre-cooling channel can be provided with a plurality of columns along the periphery of the refrigerator (12) according to actual requirements, and each column of pre-cooling channel is separately corresponding to one refrigerator door and is used for docking and stopping at the tail of one truck, so that a plurality of trucks can be loaded and unloaded simultaneously.
5. A method of interfacing an automobile with a freezer, characterized in that it is carried out using a pre-cooling tunnel for interfacing an automobile with a freezer as claimed in any one of claims 1-4.
6. The method of interfacing an automobile with a freezer of claim 5, comprising the steps of:
s1: the tail part of the automobile carriage enters an automobile butt joint section, and braking is stopped;
s2: the driver observes the color of the lighting lamp in the pressure warning lamp group (11), and when the lamps corresponding to the specified pressure value are all lighted, the automobile stops braking;
s3: the retaining block (8) moves from the avoidance section of the guide way (9) to the working section, stops in front of the wheel and is clamped between the wheel and the guide way (9);
s4: starting an air compressor, wherein the air compressor charges a sealing air bag (2), and after the sealing air bag (2) reaches a preset pressure value, the air compressor keeps charging the sealing air bag (2) so that the pressure value of the sealing air bag (2) is kept unchanged;
s5: opening a first heat-insulating barrier door (4), and then opening a tail door of an automobile carriage;
s6: starting a refrigerator, and conveying cold air to the heat-preserving and blocking section of the pre-cooling channel and the carriage through a refrigerating air port (5) arranged on the heat-preserving and blocking section of the pre-cooling channel to ensure that the temperature in the heat-preserving and blocking section of the pre-cooling channel and the carriage are consistent with the temperature of the refrigeration house and then preserving heat and refrigerating;
s7: opening a second heat-preservation barrier door (6) and opening a bin door of the cold storage (12);
s8: and (5) starting cargo loading and unloading.
