Technical Field

The garment hanging system is widely used as a garment making device. The structure of the existing clothing hanging system comprises a ring rail and a driving chain which are arranged in parallel, wherein a plurality of work stations are arranged on the trend of the ring rail, a curved trend guide rail is arranged in each work station, movable lap joint structures are respectively arranged at two ends of each guide rail and used for realizing lap joint with the ring rail, so that clothes hangers clamped with cloth on the ring rail enter the guide rail, or after a specific process is finished on the cloth, the clothes hangers enter the ring rail from the guide rail, and therefore the clothes hangers enter the next work station to finish the next process. For supporting the guide rail, a bracket is built at the workstation through an aluminum profile, the bracket is connected with the whole supporting device of the garment hanging system into a whole, and once the garment hanging system is built, the number of the workstations on the garment hanging system is determined. When the existing clothing hanging system is used for preparing clothing with relatively complex working procedures, the hanging system with the solidified structure is sometimes not good enough due to the relatively more working procedures of the clothing. In large clothing processing enterprises, due to the serialization and diversification of the produced clothing, a considerable amount of clothing hanging systems are required to be purchased to meet the actual processing demands, which brings funds and pressure of factories and is unfavorable for the healthy development of enterprises.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that: provided is a clothes making device functional unit distribution system which can uniformly distribute and manage functional units in the clothes making device, and can assemble the clothes making device according to production tasks, so that the work efficiency of the clothes making device is high.

The working line can be in a structure form of a driving chain and a circular rail, and can also be in a hidden driving piece structure form, and the main functions of the working line are all used for driving the clothes hanger clamped with cloth so as to realize the circular driving of the clothes hanger. It is necessary that the functional units are provided outside the working line to form a complete garment apparatus, while the workstation serves as a functional unit of the garment apparatus. In the distribution system, when the distribution system is not used normally, a common workstation is used as a functional unit and stored in a storage area, and when the distribution system is required to be used, the corresponding functional unit is conveyed to a corresponding position according to actual production requirements, so that the assembly of the clothes making device is completed. The distribution of the functional units can be carried in a warehouse area by manpower or can be realized by a driving device.
Further, at least two closed loop type loops which are erected in a suspending way and are communicated with the tracks are arranged in the storage area, the outlet end of the warehouse entry track is communicated with one loop, and the inlet end of the warehouse exit track is communicated with one loop. Detailed Description
The functional unit distribution system of the clothes making device is mainly used for carrying out centralized management on functional units in the clothes making device and distributing the functional units according to the requirements of production tasks so as to complete the assembly of the clothes making device.
The distribution system comprises a plurality of working lines 6, the working lines 6 shown in the figure comprise annular rails, driving chains are arranged on the upper sides of the annular rails, push rods arranged at intervals on the driving chains are used for circularly driving clothes hangers on the annular rails so that the clothes hangers clamped with cloth can move on the annular rails. The connecting structure is used for being movably connected to the track or the connecting body 7, the connecting structure is provided with an adjusting mechanism, and the adjusting mechanism is operated to ensure that the corresponding functional units are fixedly connected to the corresponding positions of the connecting body 7 so as to realize the assembly of the clothes making device. In the case of the coupling structure being a nip, the adjusting mechanism is an adjusting bolt, and the nip is clamped or unclamped with the coupling body 7 by adjusting the screw threads of the adjusting bolt and the nip. Under the condition that the connecting structure is a gear or a roller, the adjusting mechanism is a bayonet lock, the gear or the roller is limited by the bayonet lock to ensure that the gear and the roller are stably connected with the connecting body 7, and the functional unit is stably kept at the corresponding position of the connecting body 7 by being assisted with other limiting structures.
In general, as the functional unit in the clothes making device has relatively large volume and weight, at least two operators are required to overlap and move, so that the functional unit is usually moved by a suspension device, and the suspension device is generally an overhead rail structure, so that the functional unit can be automatically or manually pushed to move forward. Correspondingly, at least two ring lines 3 which are erected in a suspended manner and are communicated with the rails are arranged in the storage area 1, the outlet end of the warehouse-in rail 8 is communicated with one ring line 3, the inlet end of the warehouse-out rail 9 is communicated with one ring line 3, and the function units are conveniently selected, classified and stored through the arrangement of the ring lines 3.
When the automatic running of the functional units is realized, the functional units can be driven by a driving device, the functional units automatically run on the loop wire 3, and the functional units can be moved by a height difference or manpower or a driving device at the positions of the delivering rail 9 and the delivering rail 8. In this embodiment, the driving means are provided directly on the functional unit, the driving means comprising a driving wheel, and a supporting wheel is provided on the side opposite the driving wheel, so that the driving wheel and the supporting wheel are clamped on opposite sides of the loop 3, track or coupling body 7. A spring return swing mechanism is provided at the outbound end of the rail 52 so that hangers that need to be outbound smoothly transition to the circular rail through the swing mechanism.
The functional unit also comprises a plurality of manipulators 4, wherein the manipulators 4 serve as a taking mechanism for directly taking and transferring cloth or finished products at the position of the working line 6, so that the cloth or the finished products are transferred between all areas, and the setting structure of the working line 6 can be effectively simplified.
As an embodiment disclosed in fig. 1, a storage rail 2 with a curved trend is suspended in the warehouse area 1 between the loops 3, the storage rail 2 is curved in the horizontal direction, and the storage rail 2 is used for suspending and storing functional units. When not in use normally, the functional units are stored on the storage rail 2. In the embodiment disclosed in fig. 2, a number of closed rails 10 are arranged between the two loops 3 in the warehouse area 1, the closed rails 10 being in communication with the loops 3, functional units being able to travel between the closed rails 10 and the loops 3, each closed rail 10 being adapted to store one type of functional unit. The working line 6 shown in the figure comprises a closed loop type endless track, on the upper side of which drive chains are arranged in parallel, the drive chains being used for cyclically driving the clamping elements.
In the figure, the work stations 5 and the robot 4 are shown to be arranged outside the work line 6 at intervals, in practical applications, the work stations 5 are necessarily arranged, the robot 4 is not necessarily arranged at the same time, and the number of work stations 5 is much larger than the number of robot 4.
