背景技术
所谓清洁剂就是汽车挡风玻璃清洗液的俗称。汽车挡风玻璃的清晰度与司机的视线信息息息相关。当我们感觉车的前挡风玻璃透明度差了,这时候喷一喷清洁剂,就能够给一个明朗清晰的视野。特别是在夜间行车时,玻璃上的灰尘会散射光线,这时候就需要喷一喷清洁剂,让前挡风玻璃保持在最佳透明状态。
目前市场上存在的一些清洁剂存在清洗功能差、功能单一、对金属及橡胶存在一定的腐蚀作用,生产工艺复杂等问题,因此需要一种环保、清洁功能强、无腐蚀性、操作简单的清洁剂。

本发明的有益效果:本发明的清洁剂清洁效果好,其中加入了树胶清洁剂,可以解决难以清洁树胶的困难。本发明的清洁剂可以集清洁、环保、生产工艺简单、无腐蚀于一身,性能优异。本发明的清洁剂加入的木糖醇酯可以在玻璃表面形成单分子保护层,防止形成雾滴,保证玻璃清澈透明,视野清晰。本发明的清洁剂制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且无毒无害,对人体不刺激,挥发性低。本发明的清洁剂所用各种原料之间相互配伍、协同作用,共同组成性能优异的产品。简化工艺,操作安全简单,易于工业化生产。本发明的使用可收到良好的经济效益。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
其次,此处所称的“一个实施例”或“实施例”是指可包含于本发明至少一个实现方式中的特定特征、结构或特性。在本说明书中不同地方出现的“在一个实施例中”并非均指同一个实施例,也不是单独的或选择性的与其他实施例互相排斥的实施例。
本发明制备的清洁剂,按照重要份数,包括以下组分:表面活性剂10~20份、树胶清洗剂5~7份、流平剂1~3份、水溶性硅油0.1~0.5份、木糖醇酯1~3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1~3份、精油1~3份、乙醇20~30份、去离子水30~40份。
本发明的清洁剂的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
在反应釜中加入去离子水30~40份,油浴加热,冷凝回流,升高温度至80~100℃;
加入表面活性剂10~20份、树胶清洗剂5~7份,500~1000转/分钟,搅拌20~30分钟;
通过恒压漏斗缓慢加入乙醇23~27份,滴加速度为5~10mL/min,500~1000转/分钟,搅拌10~20分钟;
加入流平剂1~3份、水溶性硅油0.2~0.4份,500~1000转/分钟,搅拌20~30分钟;
加入木糖醇酯1~3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1~3份、精油1~3份,500~1000转/分钟,搅拌10~20分钟;
关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体清洁剂;
静置冷却至反应釜中液体清洁剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
本发明各实施例的具体配方如下表所示:

测试例:
防雾性能测试:取一块玻璃,喷涂实施例、对照例的产品之后,风干半小时,将处理后的玻璃置于80℃的水面上方10cm处,未起雾的时间。
防腐性能测试:将一块钢铁放入实施例、对照例的产品溶液中,全浸渍,测试24h的重量损失率(%)。
本发明各实施例测试结果如下表:

为去除虫胶和柏油沥青等杂质,本发明添加了树胶清洗剂成分,其能够快速溶解虫尸印迹,并且不留痕迹,安全快速,使用方便,不会损伤基材。虫胶是蚊虫的体液凝固而成,是由生物酶、脂类、蛋白质等构成,去除不易,柏油沥青是煤炭和石油的提取物,是一种很复杂的混合物,本发明树胶清洗剂含有大量-COOH,亲水性能优异,同时表面活性剂与流平剂、十二烷基硫酸钠和木糖醇酯协同作用,能够显著降低基材表面张力,使得溶液更好的铺展,从而进一步提高了溶液的清洁效果,水性硅油消除制备及使用过程中产生的气泡,气泡的存在使得溶液不匀,降低清洁效果,本发明由于流平剂与表面活性剂的协同作用,其中流平剂使得溶液更好的在基材表面铺展,同时表面活性剂降低基材表面张力,由于表面活性剂椰子油脂肪酸、硬脂酸的临界胶束浓度不同,因此以何种比例将其复配,从而使得本发明发挥最大的功效是关键问题之一,各组分按照特定比例配伍,共同增加了溶液的亲水性能,利于溶液的铺展,有效的清洁污渍的同时具有很好的防污性能,并使得本发明具有预料不到的高防腐性能。

Claims (8)
1.一种清洁剂,其特征在于:包括,椰子油脂肪酸、硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、水性流平剂BYK-333、水溶性硅油、木糖醇酯、十二烷基硫酸钠、桂花精油、乙醇、水,
其中,以质量份数计,所述椰子油脂肪酸和硬脂酸总含量为10~20份、十二烷基苯磺酸含量为5~7份、水性流平剂BYK-333含量为1~3份、水溶性硅油含量为0.2~0.4份、木糖醇酯含量为1~3份、十二烷基硫酸钠含量为1~3份、桂花精油含量为1~3份、乙醇含量为23~27份、水含量为30~40份。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂,其特征在于:以质量份数计,所述椰子油脂肪酸含量为10份、硬脂酸含量为10份、十二烷基苯磺酸含量为7份、水性流平剂BYK-333含量为3份、水溶性硅油含量为0.5份、木糖醇酯含量为3份、十二烷基硫酸钠含量为3份、桂花精油含量为2份、乙醇含量为30份、水含量为40份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括,
将水加热,加入椰子油脂肪酸、硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸,搅拌混合;
缓慢加入乙醇,搅拌;
加入水性流平剂BYK-333、水溶性硅油,搅拌;
加入木糖醇酯、十二烷基硫酸钠、桂花精油,搅拌,得到所述清洁剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述所述将水加热,包括加入水,经油浴加热,冷凝回流,升高温度至80~100℃。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加入椰子油脂肪酸、硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸,搅拌混合,其中,所述搅拌,速度为500~1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为20~30分钟。
6.如权利要求3或4所述的清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述缓慢加入乙醇,搅拌,其中,乙醇的加入速度为5~10毫升/分钟,速度为500~1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为10~20分钟。
7.如权利要求3或4所述的清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加入水性流平剂BYK-333、水溶性硅油,搅拌,其中,所述搅拌,速度为500~1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为20~30分钟。
8.如权利要求3或4所述的清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加入木糖醇酯、十二烷基硫酸钠、桂花精油,搅拌,其中,所述搅拌,速度为500~1000转/分钟,搅拌时间为10~20分钟。
