市场上面对磷酸二铵产能严重过剩,化肥市场趋于饱和的环境,面对来自市场的激烈竞争,很多企业都以改善产品性能,提高产品质量,降低生产成本,优化产品工艺来提高市场竞争力。氮、磷、钾是植物必须的三大营养元素,氮肥是农业应用最多的一种肥料,植物在生长过程中还需要多种中微量元素,钙、镁、硫、铁、硅、铜、锌等,几乎所有蛋白质都有含硫、氨基酸,因此硫在植物细胞的结构和功能中都有着重要作用。硫能促进豆科作物形成根瘤,参与固氮酶的形成;硫元素能提高氨基酸、蛋白质含量,进而提升农产品品质。镁是一切绿色植物不可缺少的元素,因为它是叶绿素的成分,镁也是许多酶的活化剂。能加强酶的催化作用,有助于促进碳水化合物的代谢和作物的呼吸作用,镁在植物体中和磷酸盐的运转有密切关系,积极参与体内的代谢过程,促进作物合成维生素A和维生素C,从而利于提高果品和蔬菜品质,氨基酸作为构成蛋白质的最小分子存在于肥料中,有易于被作物吸收的特点;亦有提高施肥对象抗病性,改善施肥作物品质的功能。补充植物必需的氨基酸,刺激和调节植物快速生长,促使植物生长健壮,促进对营养物质的吸收。增强植物的代谢功能,提高光合作用,促进植物根系发达,加快植物生长繁殖。

将块状尿素、硫酸铵、硫酸亚铁、硫酸镁粉碎成40-200目的粉粒后送入混料机,再向混料机内加入氨基酸、填充料和添加剂进行混合,将混合后的物料送入滚筒造粒机,再向滚筒造粒机内加入表面活性剂进行造粒,造好的颗粒通过输送机送入干燥冷却机内进行干燥冷却,之后将干燥冷却好的物料进行筛分取粒径为2-5毫米的颗粒,经检验合格最后进行包装即可。
上述原料按重量份配比为:尿素10-25份、硫酸铵20-35份、硫酸亚铁10-20份、硫酸镁30-40份、氨基酸1-2份、填充料20-30份、添加剂1-2份、表面活性剂0.1-0.2份;
所述的填充料为膨润土和无水硫酸钠中的一种或两种的混合物。
所述的添加剂为胺鲜酯、硫酸锌、硫酸铜中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的表面活性剂为十八胺、微晶蜡、润滑油、硬脂酰胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的滚筒造粒机的进口处温度为120-140℃,出口处温度为40-60℃。

将块状尿素、硫酸铵、硫酸亚铁、硫酸镁粉碎成40目的粉粒后送入混料机,再向混料机内加入氨基酸、填充料和添加剂进行混合,将混合后的物料送入滚筒造粒机,再向滚筒造粒机内的物料上均匀喷入表面活性剂进行造粒,控制滚筒造粒机的进口处温度为120℃,出口处温度为60℃。造好的颗粒通过输送机送入干燥冷却机内进行干燥冷却,之后将干燥冷却好的物料进行筛分取粒径为2毫米的颗粒,经检验合格最后进行包装即可。

将块状尿素、硫酸铵、硫酸亚铁、硫酸镁粉碎成200目的粉粒后送入混料机,再向混料机内加入氨基酸、填充料和添加剂进行混合,将混合后的物料送入滚筒造粒机,再向滚筒造粒机内的物料上均匀喷入表面活性剂进行造粒,控制滚筒造粒机的进口处温度为150℃,出口处温度为50℃。造好的颗粒通过输送机送入干燥冷却机内进行干燥冷却,之后将干燥冷却好的物料进行筛分取粒径为5毫米的颗粒,经检验合格最后进行包装即可。
实施例3:
尿素20kg、硫酸铵35kg、硫酸亚铁10kg、硫酸镁35kg、膨润土和无水硫酸钠15kg、胺鲜酯、硫酸锌和硫酸铜1.5kg、氨基酸1kg、润滑油、微晶蜡、十八胺和硬脂酰胺0.15kg;将块状尿素、硫酸铵、硫酸亚铁、硫酸镁粉碎成110目的粉粒后送入混料机,再向混料机内加入氨基酸、填充料和添加剂进行混合,将混合后的物料送入滚筒造粒机,再向滚筒造粒机内的物料上均匀喷入表面活性剂进行造粒,控制滚筒造粒机的进口处温度为140℃,出口处温度为55℃。造好的颗粒通过输送机送入干燥冷却机内进行干燥冷却,之后将干燥冷却好的物料进行筛分取粒径为3.5毫米的颗粒,经检验合格最后进行包装即可。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磷酸二铵中和调酸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的滚筒造粒机的进口处温度为120-140℃,出口处温度为40-60℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种磷酸二铵中和调酸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂用喷头喷到物料颗粒层中均匀的涂在物料的表面。
