The invention discloses a device for pressing and mounting a check ring of an ABS electromagnetic valve body, which comprises a bottom plate and a linear driver arranged above the bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is connected with a guide block and cushion blocks distributed along the circumferential direction of the guide block, the guide block is provided with guide holes for guiding the front part of the valve body to be inserted, the cushion blocks are connected with return arms in an up-down rotating mode, the return arms are connected with support blocks, the linear driver is connected with a pressing block, the pressing block downwards presses the support blocks under the driving of the linear driver, the front part of the support blocks is provided with pressing convex points extending towards the direction of the guide blocks, the pressing convex points are used for pressing materials at corresponding positions of the check ring and enabling the materials to partially enter limit grooves of the valve body in the pressing process of the support blocks, the return springs are sleeved outside the guide blocks, and the upper ends of the return springs are in butt joint with the return arms. The invention can ensure that the retainer rings are positioned on the horizontal plane in the process of placement and press fitting, ensure that the press fitting positions of the retainer rings are correct, and improve the press fitting efficiency and the press fitting quality.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the press-fitting device for the check ring of the valve body of the ABS electromagnetic valve comprises a bottom plate 1 and an upper supporting plate 16 arranged above the bottom plate 1, wherein the bottom plate 1 is connected with a guide block 5 and cushion blocks 6 distributed along the circumference of the guide block, the cushion blocks 6 are connected with return arms 8 in an up-down rotation mode, the return arms 8 are connected with supporting blocks 10, the upper supporting plate 16 is connected with a linear driver, the linear driver is connected with a pressing block 13, the pressing block 13 downwards presses the supporting blocks 10 under the driving of the linear driver, the pressing protruding points extending towards the direction of the guide block are arranged at the front portions of the supporting blocks, the guide block 5 is sleeved with return springs 4, and the upper ends of the return springs are in butt joint with the return arms 8 and/or the supporting blocks 10. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the return arm 8 and the support block 10 may be provided separately or in an integral structure, and preferably are fixed by separate connection.

In the press-fitting process, it is important to ensure that the press-fitting position of the retainer ring 11 is correct. On the one hand, the pad 6 has a horizontal limit plane 19 for limiting the pressing-down limit position of the return arm 8, wherein the return arm 8 is in a horizontal state together with the supporting block 10 at the pressing-down limit position, and the retainer ring 11 is also in a horizontal plane after the pressing-up is completed. On the other hand, the cushion block 6 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 20 above the horizontal limiting plane 19, the rear part of the return arm is provided with an arc-shaped part, the arc-shaped part is hinged in the arc-shaped groove 20, and the two sides of the arc-shaped groove of the cushion block 6 are fixedly provided with baffle plates 7. The top of the arc-shaped groove is provided with an oblique angle a, the top surface of the pressing protruding point is provided with an oblique angle b, the oblique angle a acts on the top plane of the return arm, the oblique angle b acts on the step end surface of the press-mounting position of the check ring 11, and the angles of the oblique angle a and the oblique angle b are kept consistent, so that the check ring 11 can be placed on a horizontal plane and the press-mounting process can be guaranteed, and the press-mounting position of the check ring 11 is guaranteed to be correct.
In this embodiment, preferably, the orifice of the guide hole is designed with a guide cone angle. The guide correction function is achieved when the valve body 12 is pressed down, and the retainer ring 11 is guaranteed to be pressed in place.
In order to ensure that the valve body 12 cannot move or even fall during the press fitting process, the pressing block 13 is provided with a containing hole, the upper part of the valve body is positioned in the containing hole when the retainer ring 11 is pressed and provided with a limiting piece 18, so that the solenoid valve body is prevented from moving upwards during the press fitting process.
The cushion block 6 and the bottom plate 1 are positioned by adopting the positioning pin 3 and are fixed by adopting the first inner hexagon screw 2. The guide block 5 and the bottom plate 1 are fixed by adopting a first inner hexagon screw 2. The front part of the return arm is provided with a first step surface, the rear part of the supporting block 10 is provided with a second step surface, the first step surface is matched with the second step surface, and the matched part of the supporting block 10 and the return arm 8 at the first step surface and the second step surface is fixed by adopting a second inner hexagon screw 9. An upright post is connected between the bottom plate 1 and the upper supporting plate 16, and the bottom plate 1, the upper supporting plate 16 and the upright post are fixed by adopting a third inner hexagon screw 15.
In this embodiment, the linear actuator employs a cylinder 17. The piston ejector rod of the cylinder is provided with a threaded head, the top of the pressing block is provided with a threaded hole, and the threaded head is in threaded connection with the threaded hole and the locking nut 14, so that the piston ejector rod is connected with the pressing block 13. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the linear actuators described above may be replaced with electric cylinders, oil cylinders, etc.
The working process comprises the following steps: firstly, the retainer ring 11 and the valve body 12 are integrally sleeved and then placed on the supporting block 10, then the cylinder switch is started, the pressing block 13 is driven to move downwards together under the descending action of the cylinder 17, when the pressing block 13 is contacted with the supporting block 10 and then moves downwards together with the return arm 8, the supporting block 10 presses the protruding points gradually into the corresponding positions of the retainer ring 11, extruded materials enter the corresponding limit grooves 121 of the valve body 12, and the assembly of the retainer ring 11 is completed until the return arm 8 is horizontal. After the cylinder 17 returns with the pressing block 13, the return spring 4 rebounds, the supporting block 10 returns under the action of the rebound force, the pressing convex points of the supporting block 10 are separated from the pressing points of the check ring 11, the valve body 12 with the fixed check ring 11 can be taken out smoothly, and then the working process is repeated. The pressing block 13 is directly pressed on the supporting block 10, and the pressure is directly applied on the supporting block 10, so that the pressure is not directly applied on the valve body 12, and the product is not damaged.
