Working principle:

All disassembled plastic pieces fall into the waste plastic collecting box through the waste plastic hopper.
The invention discloses a hot melting disassembly device for a paint spraying jig plate, which adopts a point-to-point heating mode, improves the heat energy utilization efficiency, reduces the heat loss and the heating time, divides disassembly into three stations, has high disassembly speed and high efficiency, small step disassembly pressure, is not easy to damage, saves energy sources by adopting point-to-point heating, reduces the cost, is applicable to materials with wide size variation range, does not need to replace parts, and has low cost and convenient adjustment.
