Claims (9)

1. A processing method for network failure alarm is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring fault alarm information of a link to be detected;
acquiring account information of a user account corresponding to the fault alarm information in the BOSS system;
determining the user classification of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information according to the account information; wherein the user classification includes: the user group is used for indicating that the user can solve the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information, and the operation and maintenance group is used for indicating that the user cannot solve the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information;
determining fault classification of the fault alarm information according to account information of a user account corresponding to the fault alarm information and the fault alarm information; wherein the fault classification includes: the user fault group is used for indicating that a user can solve the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information, and the operation and maintenance fault group is used for indicating that the user cannot solve the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information;
when it is determined that the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is classified as a user group and the fault of the fault alarm information is classified as a user fault group, sending user prompt information to the UE bound with the user account; and the user prompt information carries a solution of the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when it is determined that the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is classified into an operation and maintenance group, and the fault of the fault alarm information is classified into a user fault group, or the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is classified into a user group, and the fault of the fault alarm information is classified into an operation and maintenance fault group, or the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is classified into an operation and maintenance group, and the fault of the fault alarm information is classified into an operation and maintenance fault group, sending operation and maintenance prompt information to UE (user equipment) used by operation and maintenance personnel; and the operation and maintenance prompt information carries the fault alarm information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the account information includes at least one or more of: whether a user account registers a mobile phone business hall APP, the times of using the mobile phone business hall APP by the user in a preset time period, whether the user account registers a gateway APP and the times of using the gateway APP by the user in the preset time period;
determining the user classification of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information according to the account information, wherein the determining the user classification of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information comprises the following steps:
determining the score of a user account corresponding to the fault alarm information according to whether the user account registers a mobile phone business hall APP, the times of using the mobile phone business hall APP by the user in a preset time period, whether the user account registers a gateway APP, the times of using the gateway APP by the user in the preset time period and an account information value-taking table;
when the score of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is determined to be larger than a score threshold value, determining that the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is classified into a user group;
and when the score of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is determined to be smaller than or equal to the score threshold, determining that the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is classified into an operation and maintenance group.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the fault classification of the fault alarm information according to the account information of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information and the fault alarm information comprises:
determining whether the corresponding service in the fault alarm information is normal or not according to the account information of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information;
when determining that the corresponding service in the fault alarm information is abnormal, determining that the fault of the fault alarm information is classified into a user fault group;
when the corresponding service in the fault alarm information is determined to be normal, determining a fault reason causing the fault alarm information;
and determining the fault classification of the fault alarm information according to the determined fault reason causing the fault alarm information and a fault classification table.
5. A processing apparatus for network fault alarm, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring fault alarm information of the link to be detected;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring account information of a user account corresponding to the fault alarm information in the BOSS system;
the processing module is used for determining the user classification of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information according to the account information acquired by the acquisition module; wherein the user classification includes: the user group is used for indicating that the user can solve the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information, and the operation and maintenance group is used for indicating that the user cannot solve the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information;
the processing module is further configured to determine a fault classification of the fault alarm information according to the account information of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module and the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module; wherein the fault classification includes: the user fault group is used for indicating that a user can solve the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information, and the operation and maintenance fault group is used for indicating that the user cannot solve the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information;
the processing module is further configured to control the sending module to send user prompt information to the UE bound to the user account when it is determined that the user of the user account corresponding to the failure alarm information acquired by the acquiring module is classified as a user group and the failure of the failure alarm information acquired by the acquiring module is classified as a user failure group; and the user prompt information carries a solution of the fault corresponding to the fault alarm information.

The processing device according to claim 5, wherein the processing module is further configured to, when it is determined that the user of the user account corresponding to the failure alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is classified as an operation and maintenance group, and the failure of the failure alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is classified into a user failure group, or the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is classified into a user group, and the fault of the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is classified into an operation and maintenance fault group, or the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is classified into an operation and maintenance group, when the fault of the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is classified into an operation and maintenance fault group, controlling the sending module to send operation and maintenance prompt information to UE (user equipment) used by operation and maintenance personnel; and the operation and maintenance prompt information carries the fault alarm information.

The processing apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the account information includes at least one or more of: whether a user account registers a mobile phone business hall APP, the times of using the mobile phone business hall APP by the user in a preset time period, whether the user account registers a gateway APP and the times of using the gateway APP by the user in the preset time period;
the processing module is specifically configured to determine a score of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information according to whether the user account acquired by the acquisition module registers the mobile phone business hall APP, the number of times that the user uses the mobile phone business hall APP within a preset time period, whether the user account registers the gateway APP, the number of times that the user uses the gateway APP within the preset time period, and an account information value-taking table;
the processing module is specifically configured to determine that the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is classified as a user group when it is determined that the score of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is greater than a score threshold;
the processing module is specifically configured to determine that the user of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information is classified as an operation and maintenance group when it is determined that the score of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is smaller than or equal to the score threshold.

The processing device according to claim 5, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to determine whether a corresponding activated service in the fault alarm information is normal according to the account information of the user account corresponding to the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module;
the processing module is further configured to determine that the fault of the fault alarm information is classified as a user fault group when it is determined that the corresponding service in the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is abnormal;
the processing module is further configured to determine a fault reason causing the fault alarm information when it is determined that the corresponding service in the fault alarm information acquired by the acquisition module is normal;
and the processing module is also used for determining the fault classification of the fault alarm information according to the determined fault reason causing the fault alarm information and the fault classification table.
9. A network system, comprising: set-top box, gateway, OLT device, BRAS device, RMS platform, BOSS system and processing means according to any of claims 5 to 8.
