Technical Field
The invention relates to a food quality detection system, in particular to a two-dimensional code traceability system for food quality detection.
Background
With the development of economy and the complication of food production processes, the number of supply chain links in the food production process is rapidly increasing and the number of elements is also rapidly increasing. This is accompanied by a constant problem of food safety. Unstable factors of food safety exist in the whole life cycle of food supply chain links, including various aspects of raw material production, food processing, logistics transportation and sales. In the face of the ever-emerging food safety problem, consumers need a safe food tracing system and framework to ensure food safety. The reliable food quality traceability system is an important component of a food traceability system and an important means for realizing food safety management.
The food source tracing means that the food production and transportation related information can be traced in each link of a food supply chain, so that the whole production and operation activities of the food are always effectively monitored, the food source tracing is convenient to clear and handle when food safety hazards occur, the food safety is timely handled, and the food quality safety is ensured. The food traceability system is a system for recording information of each process from production to processing to consumption of food, and is mainly used for controlling and guaranteeing the safety of food quality, so that each process of a food supply chain can be effectively controlled, and the safety and the quality of the food can be guaranteed.
Two-dimensional codes have been widely used in many fields as a new information storage, transmission and identification technology. The two-dimensional code has the characteristics of large information storage capacity, high confidentiality, high traceability, high damage resistance, easiness in realizing informatization management and the like, so that the two-dimensional code is widely applied to the fields of food traceability, anti-counterfeiting and the like. The existing food two-dimension code traceability system is generally provided with a food traceability information database, food traceability information related to food is submitted to a food traceability platform, the food traceability platform stores the food traceability information in the database, and after a two-dimension code is generated according to a corresponding coding rule, a label is made and pasted on a food package and sent to a dealer for sale. The consumer then can utilize the two-dimensional code of installing on the APP scanning food package on intelligent terminal, acquires detailed information of tracing to the source.
The existing food quality detection two-dimensional code traceability system can only give information in the food production and transportation process, and for the food quality, the traceability system can only give static information such as the food production date and the quality guarantee period, and cannot give the real-time state information of the current food. For example, for food needing cold chain transportation, the current real-time quality of the food is related to the temperature state of the food during storage and transportation, even if the food is in the shelf life, if the temperature of the food during storage and transportation is too high, the real-time state of the food may be abnormal, and the existing food quality detection two-dimensional code traceability system cannot give dynamic information about the real-time state of the food. In order to solve the above problems, a two-dimensional code traceability system for food quality detection is provided, in which a two-dimensional code image that can be changed according to the quality of food is set, so that static traceability information of food and dynamic information of implementation state can be given. However, in the technology, the two-dimensional code image can be copied and used on other counterfeit food, so that the consumer mistakenly considers the counterfeit food as regular food, and the safety and the quality of the food are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a food quality detection two-dimensional code traceability system which can give food traceability static information and food real-time state dynamic information, can prevent duplication and ensure the safety and quality of food.
As an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a food quality two-dimensional code traceability system, including: the two-dimensional code label is arranged on the food package; the two-dimensional code scanning device is used for scanning the two-dimensional code label to obtain a two-dimensional code image; the two-dimensional code identification device determines two-dimensional code information according to the two-dimensional code image acquired by the two-dimensional code scanning device; the network transmission equipment transmits the two-dimension code information identified by the two-dimension code identification equipment to a product quality cloud platform through a network, and receives food information inquired by the product quality cloud platform; the product quality cloud platform is used for determining the source of the food and the current quality information of the food according to the information of the two-dimension code label; the two-dimension code information comprises a unique characteristic identification code corresponding to food, and the product quality cloud platform gives a prompt that the two-dimension code is inquired when the product information comprising the unique characteristic identification code is received again after the product information of the specific unique characteristic identification code is identified.
Preferably, a covering layer is arranged on the two-dimensional code label, and the two-dimensional code image can be acquired only after the covering layer is uncovered.
Preferably, the area of the masking layer is slightly larger than that of the two-dimensional code image.
Preferably, the covering layer is made of a non-transparent material.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be briefly described below by using embodiments, and it is obvious that the following description is only one embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, other technical solutions can be obtained according to the embodiments without inventive labor, and also fall within the disclosure of the present invention.
The food quality detection two-dimensional code traceability system is used for storing and transporting food with a cold chain, such as seafood, fruits, meat, agricultural products and the like; referring to fig. 1, the system comprises a two-dimensional code label, a two-dimensional code scanning device, a two-dimensional code identification device, a network transmission device and a product quality cloud platform. The two-dimensional code label is used for being arranged on the surface of food or the outer package of the food, and the two-dimensional code label can be arranged in a sticking mode.
The two-dimensional code label represents the source of the food and the current quality information through the characteristic code information product contained in the two-dimensional code label. The feature code comprises a plurality of number segments, and the number segments comprise a unique feature identification number segment, a food source information number segment and a food quality information number segment, as shown in fig. 2. Each two-dimension code label is provided with a unique characteristic identification code number section corresponding to a unique commodity, the database marks the unique characteristic identification code after the unique characteristic identification code is inquired once in the database of the product quality cloud platform, and when the product information of the unique characteristic identification code is inquired again, the prompt that the two-dimension code is inquired is given.
The corresponding information of the food source information number segment can comprise a product number, a product name, a product type, a product grade, a product origin, a product manufacturer, a product batch, a product production date, a product quality guarantee period and the like; the information corresponding to the food quality information number segment is that the current quality of the food is abnormal or normal. Each two-dimensional code label corresponds to information of a single food, corresponding information of the food is generated into a corresponding two-dimensional code image according to two-dimensional code codes after the food is produced, and the two-dimensional code image can be coded by using the existing two-dimensional code coding technology such as QR two-dimensional codes. And the product quality cloud platform stores the parameters of each number segment of the feature codes and the specific information corresponding to each parameter through a database.
Referring to fig. 3, the two-dimensional code label includes a base layer 10, a time temperature indicator layer 20, a transparent film layer 30, and a masking layer 40 from below. The base layer 10 may be a transparent resin layer that can be attached to the exterior package of a food. The time temperature indicator layer 20 is initially light in color and changes color to a dark color after the time above the critical temperature reaches the critical time. A polymerization type or enzyme type time temperature indicator material may be used as the time temperature indicator layer 20. The two-dimensional code image is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by ink. The masking layer 40 is made of a non-transparent material, is disposed on the transparent thin film layer 30, and has an edge slightly larger than the transparent thin film layer 30, so that the masking layer can be uncovered from the transparent thin film layer 30 to obtain a two-dimensional code image.
The two-dimensional code label comprises a first two-dimensional code image and a second two-dimensional code image, the unique feature identification code number segment and the feature code of the food source information number segment in the two-dimensional code information feature code corresponding to the first two-dimensional code image and the second two-dimensional code image are the same, and the feature codes corresponding to the food quality information are different. Namely, for the same food, two-dimensional code images are set, and only the characteristic codes of the food quality information in the two-dimensional code images are different. The current quality information of the food corresponding to the first two-dimensional code image is that the food quality is normal, and the current quality information of the food corresponding to the second two-dimensional code image is that the food quality is abnormal. When the first two-dimensional code image is printed, the two-dimensional code image according to the coding rule is generated according to the feature code of the first two-dimensional code image, and the dark color code element in the first two-dimensional code image is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by using black pigment. When the second two-dimensional code image is printed, the two-dimensional code image is generated according to the characteristic code, then the dark-color code element and the light-color code element in the two-dimensional code image are reversed to generate an inverse code image, and then the dark-color code element in the inverse code image is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by using light-color pigment.
In the process of cold chain storage and transportation of food with the two-dimensional code label, if the temperature of the food is normal, the color of the time temperature indicator layer 20 in the two-dimensional code label is unchanged, so that the dark-color code elements in the first two-dimensional code image and the light-color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 form enough reflectivity difference, and the first two-dimensional code image can be identified; whereas the light-colored symbols in the second two-dimensional code image are not recognizable as an image against the light-colored background of the time-temperature indicator layer 20. If the food is abnormally stored after the time exceeding the critical temperature reaches the critical time in the cold chain storage and transportation process, the color of the time temperature indicator layer 20 becomes dark, so that the difference between the reflectivity of the dark-color code element in the first two-dimensional code image and the reflectivity of the dark-color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 is too small to be recognized, and the two-dimensional code image formed by the light-color code element in the second two-dimensional code image and the dark-color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 can be recognized.
When a consumer purchases or uses food, the covering layer 40 in the two-dimensional code label is uncovered, and the first two-dimensional code image and the second two-dimensional code image in the two-dimensional code label corresponding to the food are acquired through a two-dimensional code scanning device such as a camera. Then, the first two-dimensional code image and the second two-dimensional code image are recognized by the two-dimensional code recognition device, wherein only one two-dimensional code image can be recognized. Food feature code information identified by the two-dimension code identification equipment is transmitted to the product quality cloud platform through the network transmission equipment, and the product quality cloud platform searches food source information and food quality information corresponding to the food feature code parameters in the database. After receiving the query request, the product quality cloud platform firstly queries the unique characteristic identification code to see whether the unique characteristic identification code is the first query or not, if the unique characteristic identification code is the first query, the product quality cloud platform queries the information of the corresponding commodity according to the two-dimension code information, after the query is finished, the query result is returned to the network transmission equipment, and meanwhile, the queried unique characteristic identification code is marked; and if the two-dimension code information is not inquired for the first time, returning a prompt that the two-dimension code information is inquired. And after receiving the food information obtained by the product quality cloud platform inquiry, the network transmission equipment displays the food information through a human-computer interaction interface.
Through the food quality detection two-dimensional code traceability system of the embodiment, not only can the food traceability static information and the food real-time state dynamic information be given, but also the duplication can be prevented, and the safety and the quality of the food can be ensured.
Preferably, the first two-dimensional code image in the above embodiment is printed, wherein the dark-colored code elements are printed using a low-temperature color-changing ink, the color of which changes to dark color at the cold chain transportation temperature of the food product. Through the preferred embodiment, the two-dimensional code label can not be copied in the preparation process, so that the anti-counterfeiting function of the two-dimensional code label is further increased.

A food quality two-dimensional code traceability system is used for food with cold chain storage and transportation, and comprises: the two-dimensional code label is arranged on the food package; the two-dimensional code scanning device is used for scanning the two-dimensional code label to obtain a two-dimensional code image; the two-dimensional code identification device determines two-dimensional code information according to the two-dimensional code image acquired by the two-dimensional code scanning device; the network transmission equipment transmits the two-dimension code information identified by the two-dimension code identification equipment to a product quality cloud platform through a network, and receives food information inquired by the product quality cloud platform; the product quality cloud platform is used for determining the source of the food and the current quality information of the food according to the information of the two-dimension code label; the two-dimension code information comprises a unique characteristic identification code corresponding to food, and the product quality cloud platform gives a prompt that the two-dimension code is inquired when the product quality cloud platform inquires the product information of the unique characteristic identification code and receives the inquiry of the product information comprising the unique characteristic identification code again after identifying the product information of the specific unique characteristic identification code; the two-dimensional code label comprises a base layer, a time temperature indicator layer, a transparent thin film layer and a covering layer from bottom to top; the two-dimensional code label comprises a first two-dimensional code image and a second two-dimensional code image, the unique feature identification code number segment and the unique feature identification code number segment in the two-dimensional code information feature code corresponding to the first two-dimensional code image and the second two-dimensional code image are the same, and the feature codes corresponding to the food quality information are different; the current quality information of the food corresponding to the first two-dimensional code image is that the food quality is normal, and the current quality information of the food corresponding to the second two-dimensional code image is that the food quality is abnormal; when the first two-dimensional code image is printed, generating a two-dimensional code image according to a coding rule according to the feature code of the first two-dimensional code image, and printing a dark color code element in the first two-dimensional code image on the transparent film layer by using a black pigment; when the second two-dimensional code image is printed, the two-dimensional code image is generated according to the characteristic code of the second two-dimensional code image, then the dark-color code elements and the light-color code elements in the two-dimensional code image are reversed to generate an inverse code image, and then the dark-color code elements are printed on the transparent film layer by using light-color pigments; in the process of cold chain storage and transportation of food, if the temperature of the food is normal, the color of a time temperature indicator layer in the two-dimensional code label is unchanged, and the current quality information of the food corresponding to the first two-dimensional code image is normal in quality; if the time of the food exceeding the critical temperature in the cold chain storage and transportation process reaches the critical time, the food storage is abnormal, and the color of the time temperature indicator layer is changed into dark color; at this moment, the current quality information of the food corresponding to the second two-dimensional code image is food quality abnormity.
