An alcohol-based burner with efficient combustion, characterized in that: the preheating piece 1, the air storage chamber 5, the distributing piece 7, the gasification chamber 9, the air guide piece 12 and the conveying pipe 17; the conveying pipe 17 sequentially penetrates through the air guide piece 12 and the gasification chamber 9 and is inserted into the blocking piece 10 arranged in the gasification chamber 9, the gasification chamber 9 is connected with the top of the air guide piece 13, the air guide piece 13 is connected with the distribution piece 7, the distribution piece 7 is arranged at the top of the outlet of the air storage chamber 5, and the preheating piece 1 is arranged at the bottom of the air storage chamber 5.
The working principle of the alcohol-based burner is as follows: the fuel delivery pipe 17 delivers 2-4 kg of fuel into the gas storage chamber 5 in advance (the volume of the alcohol-based combustor is increased, the pre-added fuel in the gas storage chamber 5 is increased along with the increase), the fuel delivery is stopped, the preheating piece 1 is started to heat the gas storage chamber 5, when the heating time is 1-5 minutes or the pressure gauge 15 shows more than 0.1MPa, the alcohol-based liquid fuel is gasified and is ignited above the nozzle 20 on the distributing piece 7, the preheating piece 1 is stopped after the ignition is successful, the combustion is carried out for 2-4 minutes, the temperature of the gasification chamber 9 reaches more than 400 ℃, the material delivery pipe 16 is opened, the alcohol-based liquid fuel in the material delivery pipe 16 is injected to the top of the gasification chamber 9, collides with the top of the gasification chamber 9, part of the atomized alcohol-based liquid fuel is instantaneously gasified due to the high temperature, part of the alcohol-based liquid fuel in a liquid state is returned to the blocking piece 10 in the gasification chamber 9 and flows downwards along the blocking piece 10 to a low position, the liquid alcohol-based fuel in the flowing process is quickly gasified due to the high temperature effect, the gas of the gasified alcohol-based fuel gas after the gasification is stopped through the gap between the blocking piece 10 and the inner wall of the distribution piece 9, the gas is combusted for 2-4 minutes, the temperature of the gasification chamber 9 reaches more than 400 ℃, the alcohol-based liquid fuel is injected into the gas injection port 9 from the gas guide chamber 9 to the gas injection port 6, the gas injection port 6 is quickly injected into the gas injection port 6, and is quickly injected into the gas injection port 9; the combustion generation temperature reaches about 1000 ℃, the internal temperature of the gasification chamber 9 reaches more than 950 ℃, the space between the gasification chamber 9 and the blocking piece 10 has high temperature and high pressure, the gasified alcohol-based fuel is cracked under the action of high temperature and high pressure, methanol is cracked into hydrogen and carbon monoxide, water is cracked into hydrogen and oxygen, the mixed gas of the hydrogen, the carbon monoxide and the oxygen is obtained, the mixed gas is sprayed and combusted outwards through the nozzle 17, the flame is vigorous, the combustion heat value is greatly improved relative to that of the alcohol-based fuel, and the combustion temperature reaches more than 1100 ℃.
The bottom of the gasification chamber 9 is provided with a support 8, one end of the support 8 is sleeved on an air nozzle 11, and the other end of the support 8 is fixedly and hermetically connected with an air guide piece 13 through a locking piece 12; the locking piece 12 can fixedly connect the support 8 and the air guide piece 13, and can ensure that the butt joint of the support 8 and the air guide piece 13 has good tightness and effectively prevents air leakage; and provide convenience for follow-up maintenance, can realize quick convenient dismouting and installation.
The air guide 13 is a hollow cylinder, a cone or a square, and it is preferable that the air guide 13 is a hollow cylinder.
The preheating piece 1 is an electric furnace, the specification of the electric furnace is 3000-5000W, 220V voltage is connected, and when the electric furnace is used, the specification of the electric furnace can be selected according to the size of the furnace.
The conveying pipe 17 can be connected with an external pumping pump, and the alcohol-based liquid fuel is pressurized and accelerated through the pumping pump, so that the alcohol-based liquid fuel can be continuously conveyed in the conveying pipe 17, and the continuous combustion work of the stove is ensured.
The gasification chamber 5 is made of cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy, the gasification chamber 5 is positioned in flame for burning alcohol-based fuel, the temperature to be born is high, and the cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy can resist high temperature and high pressure and can resist corrosion.
The barrier 10 may also be made of cobalt chrome tungsten alloy, which is in the shape of a spherical arc.
The top surface of the distributing piece 7 is provided with 2 or more nozzles 20, and the nozzles 20 are communicated with the air storage chamber 5; the nozzles 20 are preferably distributed circumferentially uniformly over the distributor 7, but the nozzles 20 may also be distributed in other ways, in order to be able to divide the gas in the combustion distributor 6 equally.
The top of the gasification chamber 5 is in a spherical arc shape, and the lower part of the gasification chamber is in a conical shape; the spherical arc shape of the top can facilitate the dispersion of the alcohol-based liquid fuel sprayed by the conveying pipe 17 along the spherical arc shape, the area is increased, the distribution and thinning of the alcohol-based liquid fuel in unit area are realized, the heat absorption area is increased, and thus the high-efficiency instant gasification of the alcohol-based liquid fuel is realized; in the collision process of the alcohol-based liquid fuel, atomization formed by collision is gasified instantaneously, part of the alcohol-based liquid fuel flows along the top surface of the gasification chamber, and part of the alcohol-based liquid fuel in liquid state falls onto the blocking piece 10 and flows in a diffusion manner on the blocking piece 10, and the part of the liquid is gasified gradually and rapidly in the flowing process due to the high temperature effect, so that gas is generated to expand rapidly, and the gas pressure is increased instantaneously; the lower part is in a conical shape, so that flames formed by combustion can be uniformly diffused around, the inside of the conical shape is gradually reduced from a large diameter to a small diameter, namely, the conical shape is in a concentric reducing shape, and the gas volume in the conical shape can be effectively compressed, so that the gas is rapidly sprayed downwards from the gas spraying port 11 at the bottom of the gasification chamber 9; the ejected gas is sent to the gas guide member 13 through the support 8, the gas guide member 13 guides the gas into the gas storage chamber 5, and then the gas is ejected upwards from the gas storage chamber 5 through the combustion distribution chamber 6 and is combusted through the nozzle 20 on the distribution member 7 by the combustion distribution chamber 6, so that flame generated by combustion is stable and the temperature is high.
The air storage chamber 5 can also be additionally provided with the supporting frame 4, and the supporting frame 4 is favorable for carrying out auxiliary supporting action on the air storage chamber 5, so that the stability of the whole structure can be assisted.
A pressure gauge 15 is arranged on the air storage chamber 5 for facilitating the observation of the air pressure in the air storage chamber, an air pipe 14 is led out of the air storage chamber 5, a pressure gauge 16 is arranged on the air pipe 14, a valve 15 is connected to the air pipe 14, and the air pipe 14 is led out of the valve 15 to the combustion distribution chamber 6; in the case of ignition, ignition may be performed by looking at the value displayed on the pressure gauge 15, and in the case of 0.1MPa or more, ignition may be performed.
The air storage chamber 5 is also provided with a blow-off pipe 18 and a cleaning pipe 19, and dust which falls into the air storage chamber 5 after combustion can be conveniently and rapidly cleaned through the combination of the cleaning pipe 19 and the blow-off pipe 18, and carbon ash can be generated after combustion due to the preparation difference of alcohol-based liquid fuel; the nozzle 20 is positioned below the conical lower part of the gasification chamber 9, and when the gas is sprayed to the lower part of the gasification chamber 9, partial gas whirl is formed, and dust generated by combustion falls into the air storage chamber 5 through the nozzle 20 by the gas whirl, so that the dust generated by combustion can be effectively prevented from being discharged to the air.
The alcohol-based burner is applied to burning alcohol-based liquid fuel with the water content of 10-30%, and the alcohol-based fuel has higher water content, but the alcohol-based burner can still fully and completely burn the alcohol-based liquid fuel, the water residue at the bottom of the burner is avoided, the preparation cost of the alcohol-based liquid fuel can be effectively saved, and the reduction of the burning heat value of the alcohol-based liquid fuel can be avoided.
The alcohol-based burner is suitable for a steam boiler with the temperature of 1-300 t, when the combustion supplies heat, the average temperature in a hearth reaches more than 950 ℃, and the temperature in the hearth of the existing steam boiler is about 700 ℃; the alcohol-based burner is placed on a fire grate of a boiler, and the alcohol-based liquid fuel is combusted for heat supply, so that the fuel such as coal, wood and the like can be greatly saved, the environmental pollution can be effectively reduced, and the natural environment is protected.
Compared with the fire coal heat supply, the alcohol-based burner provided by the invention can burn alcohol-based heat supply and fire coal heat supply, and heat 1 ton of water at the same time, the alcohol-based burner provided by the invention needs 20 minutes, the weight of the alcohol-based fuel is 8 kg, and the fire coal heat supply needs 60 minutes, so that the alcohol-based burner provided by the invention has the advantages of high heat supply efficiency, high efficiency, capability of effectively saving fuel and saving cost.

A support (8) is arranged at the bottom of the gasification chamber (9), one end of the support (8) is sleeved on the air nozzle (11), and the other end of the support is fixedly and hermetically connected with the air guide piece (13) through a locking piece (12);

The blocking piece (10) is connected with the conveying pipe (17) in a sealing way, a gap is formed between the blocking piece and the inner wall of the gasification chamber (9), a plurality of spot-welded connection points are formed between the blocking piece (10) and the inner wall of the gasification chamber (9) for enhancing the stress capability of the blocking piece (10), or a reinforcing bracket is arranged at the lower part of the blocking piece (10); the blocking piece (10) is made of cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy and is in a spherical arc shape.
