ETC is a non-stop electronic toll collection system, and an ETC special lane is used for vehicles provided with ETC vehicle-mounted devices and adopts an electronic toll collection mode. Through the special short-range communication of microwave between the vehicle-mounted electronic tag installed on the vehicle windshield and the microwave antenna on the ETC lane of the toll station, the computer networking technology and the bank are utilized to carry out background settlement processing, so that the aim of paying the road and bridge fees of the vehicle through the road and bridge toll station without parking is fulfilled. ETC shows the electron equipment of collecting fee/collect fee in this application, and the ETC that sets up at the vehicle end is the electron equipment of collecting fee, sets up to the electron equipment of collecting fee on the lane.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of one embodiment of a vehicle of the invention. The method comprises the following steps: the central controller 110, the security chip 120 and the electronic tag 130;
and the electronic tag 130 is configured to receive an instruction sent by the first electronic device, and send the instruction to the security chip 120.
The first Electronic device is an Electronic device with an Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) function.
Optionally, the instruction sent by the first electronic device is a charging instruction, the electronic tag 130 may be an inductive antenna, the electronic tag may include identity information of a user and a vehicle, in the prior art, a payment function is implemented by a user card (i.e., an IC card) in the ETC device, and the user card and the electronic tag are set together, in this embodiment, the payment function is implemented by a security chip in the central controller, so that the user can recharge the electronic tag through a third party platform or a handheld electronic device (e.g., a mobile phone); and when the electronic tag receives a charging instruction, the electronic tag pays the fee through a central controller of the vehicle, so that the electronic tag in the embodiment of the invention is a separated electronic tag.
Alternatively, the electronic tag 130 may be provided on the front windshield inside the vehicle.
The secure chip 120 is disposed in the central controller 110 and is configured to perform a corresponding operation according to an instruction.
The vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a central controller, a safety chip and an electronic tag; the electronic tag is used for receiving an instruction sent by first electronic equipment and sending the instruction to the security chip, and the first electronic equipment is electronic equipment with an electronic charging function; the safety chip is arranged in the central controller and used for executing corresponding operation according to the instruction. The disadvantage that the vehicle owner needs to handle the user card to the business outlet to use the ETC equipment on site can be avoided, so that the operation pressure of the business outlet is reduced, the effect that the ETC equipment occupies the volume is reduced, and the condition of stealing and brushing can be avoided. The vehicle in this embodiment may be a conventional vehicle or an intelligent vehicle, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In one or more optional embodiments, the electronic tag is further configured to perform authentication verification on the first electronic device;
and the safety chip is used for executing the operation corresponding to the instruction when the authentication and verification are passed.
Optionally, when the vehicle owner communicates with the electronic device with the ETC function through the ETC device provided by the present invention, in order to ensure the safety of the vehicle, the electronic device may further be configured to transmit the instruction to the vehicle through the electronic tag, and at the same time, the authentication information of the electronic device needs to be transmitted to the vehicle through the electronic tag, so that after the authentication information of the electronic device is authenticated and checked by the vehicle, whether to execute the operation corresponding to the instruction is determined according to the check result, so as to avoid the situation that the vehicle owner charges are stolen and swiped by the electronic device with the ETC function, which is malicious and artificial. For example, an electronic device having an ETC function may transmit its device number to a vehicle central controller via an electronic tag simultaneously with an instruction. And after receiving the information, the vehicle central controller traverses the trusted device list according to the device number of the electronic device, and executes the operation corresponding to the instruction when the device number exists in the trusted device list. And when the equipment number does not exist in the trusted equipment list, refusing to execute the operation corresponding to the instruction and transmitting a notice that the equipment number is unauthorized equipment to the electronic equipment of the user through the electronic tag.
In one or more optional embodiments, the electronic tag is further configured to receive identity information sent by the second electronic device; or,
identity information input by the target user is received.
The identity information may include personal information of the target user and driving license information of the vehicle, among others.
Optionally, in order to better apply the electronic payment method provided by the present invention, in the present invention, before the vehicle receives the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag, it may be selected that the identity information sent by the second electronic device needs to be received first. The second electronic device is not specifically limited, for example, the second electronic device may be a personal user device of a vehicle owner, or an electronic device authorized by a business office. It should be noted that the variation of the second electronic device does not affect the protection scope of the present invention.
The personal information of the target user may be the personal information of the owner of the vehicle, and it should be noted that the personal information of the target user in the present invention may include, but is not limited to, the following information:
the system comprises the personal identity document information of a vehicle owner, the personal driving document information of the vehicle owner and the personal bank account information of the vehicle owner.
Furthermore, the identity document information of the vehicle owner and the driving document information are used for ensuring the legal driving identity of the vehicle driver. The personal bank account information of the vehicle owner is used for paying the cost generated by the transaction, for example, when the vehicle runs at a high speed at one end, the personal bank account bound by the vehicle owner can be used for paying the high-speed cost generated by the mileage. For another example, after the vehicle stays in the parking lot for a certain period of time, the personal bank account number bound by the owner of the vehicle can be used to pay the parking fee caused by the stay time. In addition, the driving license information of the vehicle is used for ensuring whether the vehicle is a legal vehicle or not, so that the first electronic device judges whether the vehicle is suspected of being stolen, escaping and other illegal behaviors according to the driving license information of the vehicle.
Further optionally, after the vehicle receives the identity information sent by the second electronic device, in order to further ensure the driving validity of the driver, the invention provides that the identity information may also be verified. The method for the vehicle to verify the identity information may include, but is not limited to, any one of the following two methods:
and after receiving the identity information of the vehicle owner sent by the second electronic device, judging whether the identity information of the vehicle owner is legal or not according to whether the identity information of the vehicle owner exists in a pre-stored trusted driver list or not. And storing the identity information into the vehicle central controller of the vehicle under the condition that the identity information of the vehicle owner is legal.
And after receiving the identity information sent by the second electronic equipment, sending the identity information of the vehicle owner to the server so that the server can carry out identity verification on the vehicle owner. And storing the identity information into the vehicle central controller of the vehicle under the condition that the received identity information of the vehicle owner sent by the server is verified.
Optionally, the security chip is specifically configured to execute an operation corresponding to the instruction according to the identity information.
After the vehicle receives the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag, the vehicle executes the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction according to the identity information sent by the second electronic device. For example, when the vehicle receives that the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device is a fee deduction instruction, the vehicle central controller pays for the transaction according to the bank account information of the vehicle owner received in advance. For example, when the vehicle runs at high speed at one end, a high speed fee of 100 yuan is generated. When the vehicle central controller receives a transaction instruction that the high-speed fee to be paid is 100 yuan, the vehicle central controller calls a personal bank account number bound by a vehicle owner and pays the 100 yuan to the first electronic device from the bank account number. For another example, when the vehicle stays in the parking lot for a certain time, the parking speed fee is 10 yuan, and when the vehicle central controller receives a transaction instruction that the parking fee to be paid by 10 yuan currently exists, the vehicle central controller calls a personal bank account number bound by the vehicle owner and pays the 10 yuan from the bank account number to the first electronic device.
It should be noted that, the present invention is not limited to the method for paying the fee generated by the transaction, that is, the owner can upload the personal bank account to pay the fee generated by the transaction. The owner can also pay the expense generated by the transaction by binding the WeChat/Payment treasured and the like in advance. Variations in the manner in which the fees are paid do not affect the scope of the invention.
In addition, the vehicle central controller stores the transaction record into the vehicle central controller when the fee deduction instruction sent by the first electronic device is completed. So that the owner of the vehicle can inquire the historical transaction records.
It should be noted that, when the vehicle receives the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device as an instruction for checking the qualification of the vehicle, the vehicle central controller sends the pre-received running certificate information of the vehicle to the first electronic device through the electronic tag. So that the first electronic equipment judges whether the vehicle is a legal vehicle according to the driving license information of the vehicle.
In the invention, after the vehicle receives the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag, the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction is executed according to the identity information sent by the second electronic device. Not only can reach the purpose of carrying out direct payment to the transaction expense that the ETC function produced, can also look over the transaction record at any time. The disadvantage that in the prior art, a vehicle owner needs to carry a user card to pay at a business outlet or check a transaction record is avoided. And then user experience is greatly improved.
In one or more optional embodiments, the electronic tag is further configured to send a notification that an operation corresponding to the executed instruction has been performed to the first electronic device;
further, after the vehicle has performed the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction, a notification that the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction has been performed may be sent to the first electronic device through the electronic tag. After receiving the notification, the first electronic device sends a command for releasing the vehicle to the blocking controller, and further, after receiving the releasing command, the blocking controller raises the lever and releases the vehicle.
And/or the electronic tag is also used for sending a notice of the operation corresponding to the executed instruction to the third electronic equipment.
Further optionally, after the vehicle has performed the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction, a notification that the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction has been performed may also be sent to the third electronic device. So that the third electronic device sends an instruction for releasing the vehicle to the first electronic device after receiving the notification. Furthermore, after the first electronic device receives the release instruction, the first electronic device sends an instruction for releasing the vehicle to the associated blocking controller, and after the blocking controller receives the release instruction, the blocking controller lifts the lever and releases the vehicle.
In one or more alternative embodiments, the central controller 110 further includes a global positioning module,
the electronic tag 130 is specifically configured to receive, by the electronic tag, an instruction sent by the first electronic device within a predetermined time period.
Optionally, in order to better apply the electronic payment method provided by the present invention, in the present invention, the vehicle may be selected to receive the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device only in a predetermined time period through the electronic tag. Thereby protecting the safety of the vehicle.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the predetermined time period is not specifically limited, for example, the predetermined time period may be 6: 00-22:00. That is, when the predetermined period of time is 6: 00-22:00, then the vehicle is only 6: and in the time period of 00-22:00, the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic equipment is allowed to be received through the electronic tag, and in the rest time period, the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic equipment is refused to be received through the electronic tag. Likewise, the predetermined period of time may also be 21:00-7: 00. That is, when the predetermined time period is 21:00-7:00, the vehicle only allows the electronic tag to receive the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device in the time period of 21:00-7:00, and refuses to receive the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag in the rest time period. The specific time variation of the predetermined time period does not affect the protection scope of the present invention. By the method provided by the invention, the specific vehicle can be prohibited from running in the expressway for a specific time period. For example, a bus vehicle for carrying passengers may be prohibited from traveling on a highway between 00:00 and 6:00 to ensure the personal safety of passengers.
And/or the electronic tag 130 may be further configured to receive, through the global positioning module, an instruction sent by the first electronic device at a predetermined location.
Optionally, in order to better apply the electronic payment method provided by the present invention, in the present invention, the vehicle may be selected to receive the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device only in the predetermined direction through the electronic tag. Therefore, the safety of the owner and the vehicle can be further improved.
It should also be noted that the present invention is not limited to specific predetermined orientations. For example, the predetermined position may be a toll booth across the country. That is, when the predetermined position is a high-speed toll station around the country, the vehicle may detect the current stop position according to a GPS (Global Positioning System) Positioning function of the vehicle, and only when the current stop position is the high-speed toll station, the vehicle may allow the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device to be received through the electronic tag. For example, the predetermined direction may be a parking lot with an ETC function, that is, when the predetermined direction is the parking lot with the ETC function, the vehicle may detect the current parking position based on its GPS positioning function, and may allow the transaction command transmitted by the first electronic device to be received by the electronic tag only when the current parking position is detected as the parking lot with the ETC function. The change in the position of the predetermined orientation does not affect the scope of the present invention. According to the method provided by the invention, the vehicle can be prohibited from communicating by using the ETC device in the area without the ETC function. Therefore, the situation that the bank account number bound by the owner of the vehicle is stolen by the manual and malicious handheld control equipment with the ETC function, and the property of the user is damaged is avoided.
It should be noted that the above two ways of receiving the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag in the present invention may be implemented separately, or may be implemented synchronously. The specific embodiment may be determined according to the condition of the vehicle itself, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
Optionally, the central controller 110 may further include:
and the touch display screen is used for displaying the operation executed by the security chip according to the instruction and/or receiving the touch operation instruction.
The touch display is specifically used for receiving the touch operation instruction and executing corresponding operation according to the touch operation instruction.
In this embodiment, the center controller of the vehicle may be a center controller having a display screen. Furthermore, after the vehicle central controller receives the relevant command sent by the electronic device with the ETC function from the electronic tag, the vehicle central controller executes the operation corresponding to the relevant command. And after the operation corresponding to the relevant instruction is executed, displaying a notice whether the operation corresponding to the relevant instruction is executed on a display screen of a central controller of the vehicle.

the electronic tag 410 is used for receiving an instruction sent by first electronic equipment and sending the instruction to the security chip, wherein the first electronic equipment is electronic equipment with an electronic charging function;
and the security chip 420 is used for executing corresponding operations according to the instructions.
Optionally, the security chip is disposed in a central controller of the vehicle, so as to implement a separate arrangement of the security chip and the electronic tag.
The purpose that the vehicle can still use the ETC function is achieved under the condition that a vehicle owner does not need to transact the user card. The invention provides a vehicle with an ETC device, and realizes the ETC function of the vehicle by using an electronic tag and a vehicle central controller.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention may be arranged with an electronic tag 410 in or on a glass 430 inside a vehicle, wherein, ETC is a non-stop electronic payment technology, and wireless data communication is performed through a microwave-dedicated short range between the electronic tag installed in or on the vehicle windshield and a microwave antenna on the ETC lane of a toll station, thereby achieving the purpose that the vehicle can pay high-speed fees through a road and bridge toll station without parking. In the present invention, the electronic tag mounted in or on the vehicle interior glass performs wireless data communication with the electronic device having an ETC function mounted on the ETC lane of the toll station by using an RFID (Radio frequency identification) technology. RFID is a microwave communication technology in which no mechanical or optical contact needs to be established between an identification system and an object to be identified. In the present invention, the electronic tag may be provided on the glass of the vehicle interior by attaching the electronic tag to the glass of the vehicle interior by an adhesive method such as glue. The electronic tag may be provided in the glass of the vehicle interior by printing the electronic tag in the glass of the vehicle interior by a glass printing technique.
Further, the glass of the vehicle interior in the present invention may be:
front windshield glass of the vehicle interior.
Optionally, in the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic tag 410 is connected to a security chip 420 in a central controller of a vehicle through a controller area network CAN bus 440.
By connecting the electronic tag with the vehicle central controller, the communication instruction received by the electronic tag can be sent to the vehicle central controller. And the vehicle central controller receives the instruction and carries out corresponding processing according to the instruction. In the invention, the vehicle central controller is a vehicle central controller capable of identifying ETC communication commands.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the ETC device provided by the present invention, the electronic tag may be connected to a central controller of the vehicle through a controller area network CAN bus. Among them, CAN is a communication protocol of a serial communication network that effectively supports distributed control or real-time control. In addition, the CAN bus has the characteristics of outstanding reliability, instantaneity, flexibility and the like of data communication, so that the electronic tag is connected with the central controller of the vehicle through the CAN bus. In the invention, a standard interface which accords with a CAN bus CAN be reserved in the central controller of the vehicle, and the electronic tag is connected with the central controller of the vehicle in a wiring mode inside the vehicle.
Further optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the central controller of the vehicle is a central controller having a payment function. For example, an NFC coil may be provided in the central control of the vehicle. So that the owner can communicate with the vehicle central controller through the electronic equipment with the NFC function. Among them, the electronic device having the NFC function may be a mobile phone, a PAD (PAD), a PC (Personal Computer), or the like. It should be noted that, for example, the center of the vehicle is a vehicle center that can recognize the NFC signal.
It should also be noted that the CAN bus in the embodiment of the present invention may be a CAN bus with a preset color.
Optionally, the electronic tag is further configured to perform authentication verification on the first electronic device;
and the safety chip is used for executing the operation corresponding to the instruction when the authentication and verification are passed.
In addition, in the present invention, the center controller of the vehicle may be a center controller having a display screen.
Optionally, the electronic tag is further configured to receive identity information sent by the second electronic device, where the identity information includes personal information of the target user and driving license information of the vehicle; or,

Further, in one embodiment of the ETC device proposed by the present invention, when the vehicle travels to reach a predetermined distance from the electronic device having the ETC function in passing through the ETC electronic toll collection system installed in the tollgate, the electronic device having the ETC function transmits a relevant transaction instruction to the electronic tag installed on the interior glass of the vehicle. And after the electronic tag receives the transaction instruction, the instruction is sent to the vehicle central controller, so that the vehicle central controller executes the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction. For example, when an electronic device having an ETC function transmits a fee deduction instruction to an electronic tag mounted on a vehicle interior glass, the vehicle calls bank account information on an owner of a vehicle previously stored in a center controller, and then pays the fee using the bank account. Further, when the electronic device receives a message that the vehicle has paid for the fee, it sends a command to the lane controller to release the vehicle, so that the lane controller lifts the bar and releases it after receiving the release command. For another example, when an electronic device having an ETC function transmits a command for checking the qualification of the vehicle to an electronic tag attached to the vehicle interior glass, the vehicle retrieves information related to the vehicle stored in advance in a center controller, and transmits the information to the electronic device using the electronic tag. So that the electronic equipment determines whether to send an instruction for releasing the vehicle to the lane controller according to the received related information of the vehicle.
Optionally, the electronic tag is specifically configured to receive, by the electronic tag, an instruction sent by the first electronic device within a predetermined time period; and/or receiving an instruction sent by the first electronic equipment at a preset position.
Further, also in order to ensure the safety of the vehicle. When the user transmits the instruction to the vehicle through the ETC device, the vehicle can be set to refuse to receive the instruction through the electronic tag of the ETC device within a preset time and/or a preset direction. For example, the vehicle central controller may be set to reject the reception of the instruction by the electronic tag for a period of time from 22:00 to 6:00, or may be set to reject the reception of the instruction by the electronic tag when the vehicle central controller is located outside a resident area such as home and a company. Through the setting of the invention, the condition that the owner expense is stolen by the artificial and malicious utilization of the electronic equipment with the ETC function can be further avoided.
Further optionally, the central controller in the embodiment of the present invention is a central controller with a touch display screen.

The defect that an ETC device can be used only when a vehicle owner needs to transact a user card to a business outlet on site can be avoided, and the operation pressure of the business outlet is further reduced; in addition, through the electronic tags in the ETC equipment with the financial SE chip separation that has payment function, only remain electronic tags on the inside glass of vehicle or in the glass, the financial SE chip that has payment function (the function that the user card corresponds promptly) is put into the well accuse ware of vehicle, can reach the effect that reduces ETC equipment occupation volume, after the vehicle stalls, the well accuse ware of vehicle also gets into electroless no net state to the security of user's account has been guaranteed, the condition of the brush of avoiding stealing.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart of the electronic payment method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method is applied to a vehicle including an ETC device, and the method of the embodiment includes:
s501, receiving an instruction sent by first electronic equipment through an electronic tag arranged on a vehicle, wherein the first electronic equipment is electronic equipment with an electronic charging function.
The command may be a transaction command, and the first electronic device in the present invention is an electronic device having an ETC function, and may be, for example, a transceiver having an ETC function that is present at a high-speed toll station or a parking lot entrance/exit, or a control device having an ETC function that is held by a user. The ETC is an electronic device for charging, and wireless data communication is carried out through a special microwave short range between an electronic tag arranged on a vehicle windshield or in glass and a microwave antenna on an ETC lane of a toll station, so that the purpose that a vehicle can pay high-speed fees through the high-speed toll station without parking is achieved. In the present invention, the electronic tag performs wireless data communication with the first electronic device having the ETC function by using the RFID technology. RFID is a microwave communication technology in which no mechanical or optical contact needs to be established between an identification system and an object to be identified.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, no specific limitation is imposed on the instruction, that is, in the present invention, the vehicle receives the instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag, and may be configured to receive an instruction sent by the first electronic device to pay the cost generated in the transaction, or may also be configured to receive an instruction sent by the first electronic device to check the qualification of the vehicle. Variations in the transaction instructions do not affect the scope of the present invention.
Further, in the present invention, a specific process of receiving the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag may be that, when the vehicle travels to reach a predetermined distance from the first electronic device, the first electronic device sends a relevant transaction instruction to the electronic tag mounted on the glass inside the vehicle by using an RFID technology, so that after the electronic tag receives the transaction instruction, the transaction instruction is sent to the central controller of the vehicle.
And S502, sending the instruction to a security chip in the central controller, and performing corresponding operation according to the instruction through the security chip.
Optionally, after the vehicle receives the instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag, the vehicle executes an operation corresponding to the instruction.
According to the invention, after the vehicle receives the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag, service operation corresponding to the transaction instruction is executed. By the electronic payment method provided by the invention, the waiting time of the user can be reduced, and the user experience is further greatly improved.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the manner of receiving the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag may include, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following two manners:
the first mode is as follows: and receiving the instruction sent by the first electronic equipment through the electronic tag within a preset time period.
The second mode is as follows: and receiving the instruction sent by the first electronic equipment through the electronic tag in the preset position.
Optionally, in order to better apply the electronic payment method provided by the present invention, in the present invention, the vehicle may be selected to receive the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device only in the predetermined position through the electronic tag.
Further optionally, before S501 (receiving, by the electronic tag, the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device), an implementation manner is further included. Specifically, the invention further comprises an electronic payment method, as shown in fig. 6.
S601, receiving identity information sent by the second electronic device through the electronic tag, wherein the identity information comprises personal information of a target user and driving license information of a vehicle.
Further optionally, in the present invention, the identity information sent by the second electronic device received by the vehicle includes personal information of the target user and the driving license information of the vehicle.
Further optionally, after the vehicle receives the identity information sent by the second electronic device through the electronic tag, in order to further ensure the driving validity of the driver, the invention provides that the identity information can also be verified.
S602, receiving identity information input by a target user through the electronic tag.
The identity information in this step is the same as the identity information in S601.
It is understood that S601 and S602 are parallel steps.
In addition, it should be noted that the identification information of the target user is provided to the vehicle (central controller of the vehicle), and the ETC registration operation can be performed for the target user. Correspondingly, after the vehicle passes the authentication of the identity information of the target user, ETC registration is carried out on the target user according to the identity information of the target user and the vehicle information. Direct registration ETC through the vehicle can reduce user operation, avoids appearing the drawback that the car owner need the scene to handle the user card just can use ETC equipment to the business office promptly, and then has reduced the operation pressure of business office.
S603, receiving the instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag.
And S604, executing the operation corresponding to the instruction according to the identity information through the security chip.
Further, after the vehicle receives the instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag, the vehicle executes the operation corresponding to the instruction according to the identity information sent by the second electronic device.
Still further optionally, after S501 (receiving, by the electronic tag, the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device), an implementation is further included. Specifically, the invention further comprises an electronic payment method, as shown in fig. 7.
S701, receiving an instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag.
S702, the authentication check is carried out on the first electronic equipment through the central controller.
Optionally, in order to better apply the electronic payment method provided by the present invention, in the present invention, after the vehicle receives the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the ETC electronic tag, the authentication and verification of the first electronic device may be selected, and in case that the verification is passed, the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction may be executed.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic device may send the relevant authentication information to the vehicle at the same time as the first electronic device sends the transaction instruction to the vehicle. Or after the vehicle receives the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device, sending a notification that the authentication check is required to be performed to the first electronic device, so that the first electronic device sends corresponding authentication information to the vehicle after receiving the notification.
The authentication information is not specifically limited, for example, the authentication information may be a device number of the first electronic device, and the authentication information may also be a preset dynamic password. The content change of the authentication information does not affect the protection scope of the present invention. Further, when the authentication information is the device number of the first electronic device, the first electronic device sends the device number of the first electronic device to a vehicle central controller through the electronic tag, so that the vehicle can determine whether the first electronic device is a trusted device according to the device number. Furthermore, when the authentication information is a preset dynamic password, the first electronic device sends the currently generated dynamic password to the vehicle central controller through the electronic tag, so that the vehicle can determine whether the first electronic device is a trusted device according to the currently generated dynamic password. In the present invention, the generation method of the dynamic password is not particularly limited. For example, when the dynamic password is a preset dynamic password set by taking the date as basic data, the first electronic device generates a corresponding dynamic password according to the current date and sends the dynamic password to the vehicle central controller through the electronic tag. When the dynamic password is a preset dynamic password which is set by taking time as basic data, the first electronic equipment generates a corresponding dynamic password according to the current time and sends the dynamic password to the vehicle central controller through the electronic tag.
And S703, when the authentication passes, executing the operation corresponding to the instruction through the security chip.
Optionally, when the first electronic device sends the authentication information to the vehicle central controller through the electronic tag, the vehicle determines whether the first electronic device is a trusted device according to the authentication information. For example, when the authentication information is the device number of the first electronic device, when the vehicle receives the device number, traversing a trusted device list pre-stored in the vehicle according to the device number of the first electronic device, and when the device number exists in the trusted device list, determining that the authentication for the first electronic device is verified, and executing the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction. And when the first equipment number does not exist in the trusted equipment list, judging that the authentication verification aiming at the first electronic equipment is not passed, refusing to execute the service operation corresponding to the instruction, and sending a notification that the authentication verification is not passed to the first electronic equipment through the electronic tag. For another example, when the authentication information is a dynamic password, the vehicle determines whether the dynamic password is legal according to a preset generation rule when receiving the dynamic password generated by the first electronic device. If the dynamic password is legal, the authentication and verification aiming at the first electronic equipment are judged to be passed, and the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction is executed. If the dynamic password is illegal, the authentication verification aiming at the first electronic equipment is judged not to be passed, the service operation corresponding to the instruction is refused to be executed, and a notice that the authentication verification is not passed can be sent to the first electronic equipment through the electronic tag.
S704, sending a notification of the operation corresponding to the executed instruction to the first electronic device through the electronic tag.
S705, sending a notice of the operation corresponding to the executed instruction to the third electronic equipment through the electronic tag.
It should be noted that, in the two steps mentioned in S704 and S705 in the present invention, the two steps may be separately implemented or implemented simultaneously in the steps of sending the notification to the electronic device after the vehicle performs the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction. The specific embodiment may be determined according to the condition of the vehicle itself, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
In the invention, after the vehicle receives the transaction instruction sent by the first electronic device through the electronic tag, the operation corresponding to the transaction instruction is executed on the premise that the authentication and verification of the vehicle are passed. The condition that the property of a vehicle owner is stolen and brushed by manually and maliciously utilizing the ETC equipment can be avoided, and the account safety of a user is greatly improved.
In one or more optional embodiments, further comprising:
and displaying the operation executed by the safety chip according to the instruction and/or receiving a touch operation instruction through a touch display screen.
The central controller executes corresponding operation according to the touch operation instruction.
In one or more optional embodiments, further comprising:
the wireless communication between the central controller and the external terminal equipment is realized through the remote information processor connected with the central controller.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and executing corresponding operation on the electronic tag according to the tag operation instruction received from the external terminal equipment through the central controller.
Wherein, the tag operation instruction may include but is not limited to at least one of the following: applying for the electronic tag, registering the electronic tag, activating the electronic tag, and resetting the electronic tag.
In this embodiment, the ETC APP with the operation function may be installed in a central controller (VSM) of the vehicle, may also be installed in an external terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer, etc.), and may communicate with a remote information processor (T-box) in the vehicle by using a wireless communication function of the external terminal device, or may perform a remote operation through a mobile internet. Through ETC APP customer end, can experience swift ETC convenient service, operate electronic tags. For example: applying for an electronic tag, registering the electronic tag, activating the electronic tag, and resetting the electronic tag; thereby saving the trouble of handling the electronic tags when going to a business network.
