Abstract

The present embodiment adopts the following structure to realize that the first adjusting crossbar 13 and the second adjusting crossbar 14 can move up and down relative to the support base and can rotate relative thereto: first sliding grooves 111 and second sliding grooves 121 are formed in the first fixed vertical rod 11 and the second fixed vertical rod 12 along the rod direction of the first sliding grooves 111 and the second sliding grooves 121 respectively, first stoppers 112 and second stoppers 122 are connected in the first sliding grooves 111 and the second sliding grooves 121 in a sliding mode respectively, the first stoppers 112 and the second stoppers 122 are fixed with the first adjusting cross rods 13 and the second adjusting cross rods 14 respectively, the first stoppers 112 and the second stoppers 122 are respectively and rotatably connected with first rotating shafts 113 and second rotating shafts 123 (the first stoppers 112 are rotatable relative to the first rotating shafts 113, the second stoppers 122 are rotatable relative to the second rotating shafts 123), and the first rotating shafts 113 and the second rotating shafts 123 are respectively installed in the first sliding grooves 111 and the second sliding grooves 121 and are rotatable relative to the first rotating shafts 113 and the second rotating shafts 123.
