The hand-push type sweeping and washing integrated machine comprises a chassis carrier 11 and a vehicle body shell arranged on the chassis carrier 11, wherein a push handle is arranged at the rear end of the vehicle body shell, a clear water tank 2 fixed on the chassis carrier 11 is arranged at the front end of the vehicle body shell, and a sewage tank 1 is arranged above the clear water tank 2; the front end of the chassis carrier 11 is provided with a rolling brush assembly 6, and the rear end is provided with a water scraping rake assembly 13.
In the invention, a drive axle 10 is arranged below a chassis carrier 11 and close to the front end, and front wheels 9 are arranged on output shafts at two ends of the drive axle 10. A rear steering wheel 12 is arranged at the middle position of the rear part of the chassis carrier 11.
In the invention, a rolling brush box body 4 is covered outside a rolling brush assembly 6, and a garbage can 7 is arranged at the rear end of the rolling brush assembly 6 in the rolling brush box body 4. The garbage cleaned by the rolling brush assembly 6 can be effectively received, and the space arrangement is saved. A rolling brush motor 3 is arranged above the rolling brush box body 4, and the output end of the rolling brush motor 3 drives the rolling brush assembly 6 to rotate through a synchronous belt.
In the invention, a sprinkling pipe 5 is arranged at the front end of a rolling brush box body 4, and the sprinkling pipe 5 is connected to a clean water tank 2 through a water pipe. The sprinkling pipe 5 is arranged in parallel with the rolling brush direction, and a plurality of sprinkling nozzles are arranged on the sprinkling pipe 5.
In the invention, the water scraping rake assembly 13 is connected to the sewage tank 1 through a corrugated pipe, and a water sucking fan assembly 16 is arranged in the sewage tank 1.
The hand-push type sweeping and washing integrated machine is also provided with a rolling brush adjusting mechanism 8 and a water scraping rake adjusting mechanism 14 which respectively control the lifting adjustment of the rolling brush assembly 6 and the water scraping rake assembly 13.
The hand-push type sweeping and washing integrated machine comprises a sewage tank 1, a clean water tank 2, a rolling brush motor 3, a rolling brush box body 4, a sprinkling pipe 5, a rolling brush assembly 6, a garbage tank 7, a rolling brush adjusting mechanism 8, a front wheel 9, a drive axle 10, a chassis carrier 11, a rear steering wheel 12, a water scraping rake assembly 13, a water scraping rake adjusting mechanism 14, an electric cabinet 15, a water absorbing fan assembly 16 and a storage battery pack 17.
The specific implementation mode is as follows: the sewage tank 1 is arranged right above the clean water tank 2 through a hinge, the sewage tank 1 can be laterally turned, the clean water tank 2 is fixed on a chassis carrier 11 through a bolt, a water suction fan assembly 16 is arranged in a cavity of the sewage tank 1, a storage battery group 17 is arranged in the cavity of the clean water tank 2, and an electric cabinet 15 is arranged at the rear part of the clean water tank 2 and pushes a handle. The rolling brush motor 3 is installed right above the rolling brush box body 4 through bolts, the rolling brush 6 is installed in a cavity inside the rolling brush box body 4 through a rotating shaft, the rolling brush motor 3 drives the rolling brush 6 to rotate in the direction shown in fig. 1 through a synchronous belt, and the rotating speed is 1000 r/min. The sprinkling pipe 5 is arranged at the front end of the rolling brush box body 4 and is connected with the clear water tank 2 through a water pipe, and the on-off of water flow is controlled through an electromagnetic valve. The dustbin 7 is arranged at the rear part of the rolling brush box body 4, the rolling brush box body 4 is connected with the chassis carrier 11 through a connecting rod, and the rolling brush adjusting mechanism can drive the rolling brush box body 4 to integrally lift. The front wheel 9 is installed on the output shafts at the two ends of the drive axle 10 through bolts and keys, and the drive axle 10 is installed at the front end of the chassis carrier 11 to provide driving force for the whole machine. The rear steering wheel 12 is arranged in the middle of the rear part of the chassis carrier 11, so that the driving direction can be conveniently controlled. The water scraping rake assembly 13 is arranged at the rear part of the chassis carrier 11 through a pin shaft, and the water scraping rake adjusting mechanism 14 is connected with the water scraping rake assembly 13 and is used for controlling the lifting work of the water scraping rake assembly 13. The water scraping rake assembly 13 is connected with the sewage tank 1 through a corrugated pipe.

During the sweeping and washing process, the small particles and the small blocky solid garbage in the working area are collected into the garbage can 7 through the relative rotation of the two rolling brushes. Meanwhile, dirt on the ground is effectively removed through friction between the bristles and the ground. The sewage formed after the sweeping is recycled into the sewage tank 1 through the water scraping rake assembly 13 and the water sucking fan assembly 16, so that the function of cleaning the ground is achieved.
Compared with the traditional hand-push type floor washing machine, the machine is suitable for more complicated working ground, simple in structure and small in size, the pressure of the roller brush assembly 6 to the ground is 4-5 times of that of a floor washing machine disc brush of the same type, and the cleaning of the dirt ground is more effective.
As shown in fig. 2, the rolling brush adjusting mechanism includes a lifting motor 83, a pull rod 86, a pull cable 87, and a driving structure for driving one end of the pull rod 86 to rotate.
The lifting motor 83 is arranged on the chassis carrier 11, the lower end of the lifting motor 83 is connected with the rolling brush assembly 6, the pull rod 86 is hinged on the chassis carrier 11, and the other end of the pull rod 86 is connected with the rolling brush box body 4 of the rolling brush assembly 6 through a pull rope 87.
The driving structure is an adjusting handle 85 arranged on the chassis corresponding to one end of a pull rod 86, or is an air cylinder. The adjusting handle is preferably selected, so that the cost is low and the control is easy.
The lower end of the lifting motor 83 is connected with the rolling brush assembly 6 through the damping spring 84, the impact of the rolling brush assembly 6 on the lifting motor 83 is reduced through the damping spring 84, and the lifting motor is protected.
The chassis carrier 11 is provided with a screw hole, the adjusting handle 85 comprises a screw rod and a handle arranged at the upper end of the screw rod, the screw rod is positioned in the screw hole on the chassis, and the lower end of the screw rod corresponds to one end of the pull rod 86.
One side of the rolling brush box body 4 is connected with the chassis carrier 11 through a lifting connecting rod 81 and a lifting adjusting rod 88. Specifically, the lifting link 81 and the lifting adjustment lever 88 are arranged side by side. The upper end of the lifting connecting rod 81 is hinged on the chassis carrier 11, and the lower end of the lifting connecting rod 81 is hinged on the rolling brush box body 4 of the rolling brush assembly 6. The upper end of the lifting adjusting rod 88 is hinged on the chassis carrier 11, the lower end of the lifting adjusting rod 88 is hinged on the rolling brush box body 4 of the rolling brush assembly 6, and the lifting adjusting rod 88 is an adjusting rod with adjustable length.
The sweeping and washing integrated machine takes a chassis as a chassis carrier 11, a fixed support 82 of a lifting motor 83 is fixed on the chassis of the sweeping and washing integrated machine through bolt connection, the lifting motor 83 is connected with the fixed support 82 of the lifting motor through a pin shaft, a damping spring 84 is respectively connected with the lifting motor 83 and a rolling brush box body 4 of a rolling brush assembly 6 through a pin shaft, the rolling brush assembly 6 is installed with a lifting connecting rod 81 and a lifting adjusting rod 88 through bolts and bushings, the lifting connecting rod 81 and the lifting adjusting rod 88 are connected with the chassis carrier 11 of the floor washing machine through bolts and bushings, an adjusting handle 85 is connected with the chassis carrier 11 through internal threads arranged on the chassis carrier 11, the lower end of the adjusting handle 85 is propped against the right end of a pull rod 86, the pull rod 86 is connected with the chassis carrier 11 through a pin shaft to form a rotation point shown in figure 2, the pull rod 86 swings around the rotation point, and a pull rope 87 is respectively connected with.
The mechanism is applied to a sweeping and washing integrated machine, when the lifting motor 83 receives a descending signal, the lifting motor 83 moves downwards, the damping spring 84 is loosened, the rolling brush assembly 6 is put down, and the rolling brush assembly 6 moves up and down in parallel under the action of the lifting connecting rod 81 and the lifting adjusting rod 88; when the lifting motor 83 descends, the rolling brush assembly 6 can pull the pull rope 87 to drive the left end of the pull rod 86 to have a downward force, the right end of the pull rod 86 tilts upwards to jack the adjusting handle 85, at the moment, the rolling brush assembly 6 descends to the lowest position, when the descending lowest position of the rolling brush assembly 6 cannot meet or is too low, the height of the left end of the pull rod 86 can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting handle 85 due to the fact that the length of the pull rope 87 is not changed, and the pressure of the rolling brush assembly 6 on the ground is changed and controlled.
The adjusting mechanism can adjust the pressure of the rolling brush on the ground, is suitable for cleaning the respective ground, does not need to replace bristles with different hardness, and has strong practicability; the rolling brush has long service life and is not required to be frequently replaced, so that the use cost is saved; and the pure mechanical mechanism has simple structure, low cost, convenient operation, low failure rate and large adjusting amplitude.
As shown in FIG. 3, the wiper rake adjusting mechanism of the floor washing machine is arranged on a chassis carrier 11 of the floor washing vehicle, and comprises a wiper rake supporting frame, a telescopic driving structure and a pull cable 142.
The water scraping rake support frame comprises a mounting frame and a water scraping rake lifting frame 145, one end of the mounting frame is arranged on the chassis carrier 11 through a vertical pin shaft, and the mounting frame can horizontally rotate relative to the chassis carrier 11 to form a water scraping rake rotating frame 144. The chassis is provided with limiting blocks which are used for limiting the mounting frame and limiting the horizontal swinging angle of the water scraping rake.
One end of the water scraping rake lifting frame 145 is hinged with the other end of the mounting frame, and the water scraping rake assembly 13 is arranged at the other end of the water scraping rake lifting frame 145; the telescopic driving structure is fixed on the chassis, one end of a guy 142 is connected with the telescopic driving structure, and the other end of the guy 142 is connected with the wiper rake lifting frame 145.
The water scraping rake can be lifted and adjusted by controlling the telescopic structure, the adjustment operation is simple and convenient, the transmission structure is a pure mechanical structure, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the failure rate is low, and the adjustment amplitude is large.
The telescopic driving structure is a telescopic motor or a telescopic cylinder. The pulley 143 is arranged on the chassis and supported by the pulley 143 corresponding to the cable 142, the pulley 143 is arranged on the chassis, the pulley 3 is provided with a wheel groove, and the cable 142 is arranged in the wheel groove.
The water scraping rake fixing frame 149 at the upper part of the water scraping rake assembly 13 is hinged on the water scraping rake lifting frame through a connecting plate, the upper end part of the connecting plate is connected with the other end of the mounting frame through a telescopic adjusting rod, and the water scraping rake angle can be adjusted through the telescopic adjusting rod.
The mechanism takes a floor cleaning machine chassis as a carrier, a telescopic motor 141 is connected and fixed on the floor cleaning machine chassis through a bolt, a guy cable 142 is arranged at the head part of the telescopic motor 141, the other end of the pulley 143 is arranged on a wiping rake lifting frame 145, the pulley 143 is arranged on a chassis, a wiping rake rotating frame 144 is connected with the chassis through a shaft sleeve and swings around a mounting point, one end of the wiping rake lifting frame 145 is connected with the wiping rake rotating frame 144 through a bolt and a copper bush, the other end of the wiping rake lifting frame is connected with a wiping rake fixing frame 149, one end of an adjusting rod 147 is processed with a reverse thread, the other end of the adjusting rod is processed with an orthodontic thread and is respectively connected with a reverse joint bearing 146 and an orthodontic joint bearing 148, the reverse joint bearing 1466 and the orthodontic joint bearing 1488 are respectively connected with the wiping rake rotating frame 144 and the wiping rake fixing frame 149, the angle of the wiper rake fixing frame 149 is adjusted by rotating the adjusting lever 147, and the wiper rake assembly 13 is mounted with the wiper rake fixing frame 149 through bolts.
The mechanism is applied to a washing and sweeping integrated machine, and a chassis of the integrated machine is used as a carrier; when the telescopic motor 141 receives a retraction signal, the telescopic motor 141 retracts, the pull cable 142 is pulled upwards through the pulley 143, the water scraping rake lifting frame 145 is pulled to move upwards, the water scraping rake fixing frame 149 is driven to move upwards, and then the water scraping rake assembly 13 is lifted; the wiper rake assembly 13 needs the angle of the wiper rake to be as parallel as possible to the ground during water absorption, and an adjusting mechanism is needed to adjust the angle of the wiper rake to achieve the best wiping effect, as shown in fig. 3, the adjusting rod is rotated in the direction of the arrow to change the distance a, so that the wiper rake fixing frame 149 swings in the direction of the arrow to adjust the angle of the wiper rake.
In the invention, the water scraping rake assembly 13 is arranged at the rear part of the washing and sweeping all-in-one machine. As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6, the upper portion of the rubber 306 is disposed between the wiper rake body 301 and the rubber strip 305, and the rubber strip 305 is fixed on the wiper rake body 301 through a tightening structure.

The rubber pressing strip 305 is an arc-shaped steel plate, is elastically compressed, has good rubber fitting performance, is uniformly fitted under the stress of the rubber, is not easy to leak air, and has good water scraping effect.
The lower part of the rubber pressing strip 305 is provided with an upward arc-shaped flanging, so that the rubber is not easy to damage.
The wiping rake body 301 is provided with a convex limiting pin 307, the rubber 306 and the rubber pressing strip 305 are both provided with a limiting hole matched with the limiting pin 307, the limiting pins 307 are a group which is transversely and uniformly arranged, the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the pressing strip is stable and is not easy to fall off; preferably, the limit pin 307 is a square convex pin, and an elastic sheet is arranged on the upper edge of the square convex pin, so as to ensure stability and reliability.
A pressing block 303 is arranged at the end part of the water scraping rake body 301, a jacking pressing sheet 304 is arranged at the end part of the rubber pressing strip 305 corresponding to the pressing block 303, and a jacking bolt 302 for jacking the jacking pressing sheet 304 is arranged on the pressing block 303; the jacking pressing sheet 304 is of a triangular plate structure, the triangular plate structure is fixed at the end part of the rubber pressing strip 305, and the triangular plate inclined plate is pressed through the jacking bolt 302, so that the rubber pressing strip 305 is pressed against the rubber 306.
The pressing block 303 is cast at two ends of the water scraping rake body 301 through a casting process to form a whole, the pressing block 303 is provided with an internal threaded hole, the water scraping rake is provided with a plurality of limiting pins 307, two sides of the rubber pressing strip 305 are welded to push against the pressing sheet 304, the rubber 306 is provided with a plurality of limiting holes matched with the limiting pins 307, and the rubber pressing strip 305 is provided with a plurality of limiting holes matched with the limiting pins 307.
