本发明公开了一种环境友好型中性清洗剂,适用于工业清洗领域,配方质量百分比包括:聚天冬胺酸:5%~40%;柠檬酸钠:40%~75%;草酸:0.1%~5%;尿素:0.1%~5%;含氟的无机盐:0.1%~5%;助剂:0%~5%。其制备方法可以是将各组份碾磨至10~35目,用转速不低于每分钟50转的搅粉器搅拌1小时后得到该清洗剂。本发明的优点在于:1、环保无毒,95%以上的组成物质都可以来源于动植物体内的新陈代谢,生物降解性好。2、不含强酸强碱,不会造成碱脆氢脆,腐蚀率大幅低于工业清洗行业标准。3、除油、除锈、钝化三步合一,废水排放只有传统清洗方式的20%。4、固体粉末运输方便,在水中的溶解速度快。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业设备与管道清洗领域,具体而言是涉及一种除油除锈预膜的环保型中性清洗剂。
背景技术
工业设备在投入生产前,会因运输安装焊接留下一些焊渣、油脂、锈蚀物、轧制鳞片等,在运行一段时间之后,又经常会结垢生锈,为了去除这些油脂锈垢就需要进行化学清洗。
目前国内的工业设备管道化学清洗与防腐,一般的清洗工艺是通过脱脂除油、酸洗除锈、钝化预膜等多个清洗步骤来达到清洗目的。脱脂除油过程中一般使用碱性物质如氢氧化钠、碳酸钠等;酸洗过程会用到硝酸、氢氟酸、盐酸、硫酸等,钝化会用到硝酸、亚硝酸钠等。这些物质本身就对设备有一定的腐蚀性,还可能会造成不易发现但危害大的碱脆或者氢脆现象,滞后开裂的特性会严重影响工艺生产甚至造成安全事故。它们毒性大,比如硝酸、亚硝酸钠的使用会在清洗过程中产生有毒的氮氧化物气体,氢氟酸一旦被人的皮肤接触可以从外到内腐蚀到骨头。另外使用多个步骤的强酸强碱清洗工艺的废水量大,且废液处理困难,对环境污染大,具有严重的生态劣势。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术中存在的问题与缺陷,本发明提供了一种环境友好的、除油除锈预膜三步骤合一的中性清洗剂及其制备方法,得到的清洗剂呈中性、不含磷、易被生物降解,可以很好的去除碳钢、不锈钢、铜、铝等材质表面的油污、水垢、铁锈、轧制鳞片、焊渣等杂质,并在表面形成钝化膜,清洗的腐蚀率、除垢率、钝化膜质量满足HG/T 2387-2007《工业设备化学清洗质量标准》
为实现上述之目的,本发明中环境友好型清洗剂的配方质量百分比为:
聚天冬胺酸:5%~40%
柠檬酸钠:40%~75%
草酸:0.1%~5%
尿素:0.1%~5%
含氟的无机盐:0.1%~5%
助剂:0%~5%
本发明中含氟的无机盐是游离或复合氟化物的碱金属盐,优选的游离或复合氟化物基于元素周期表的第四副族、第三主族或第四主族的元素,具体的例子是NaF、KF、KBF4、Na2SiF6等,从经济与环保角度考虑,更优选Na2SiF6。
本发明中助剂是至少一种含有多于两个羟基基团并具有大于等于3个且小于等于8个碳原子的有机化合物,助剂优选方案为山梨醇、木糖醇、甘油中的一种或几种,助剂更优选为山梨醇。
当被清洗设备或管道的材质为不锈钢时,本发明中助剂的添加量为1%~5%。当被清洗材质为不锈钢以外的材质时,举例如碳钢、铝、铜,助剂添加量可以是0%。
一种制备本发明中所述清洗剂的方法,是将该清洗剂各种组份碾磨至10~35目,使用转速不低于每分钟50转的搅粉器搅拌1小时后得到该清洗剂。
与当前广泛使用的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
环保无毒,除了用量很少的含氟的无机盐外,所有组成都来源于动植物体内,如聚天冬氨酸天然存在于蜗牛和软体动物的壳内,结构主链上的肽键易受微生物作用而断裂,最终降解为对环境无害的氮气、二氧化碳与水。柠檬酸钠可以从水果粮食中获得,柠檬、橘子中含量较高,在自然界中也可以被微生物分解成二氧化碳和水。草酸广泛存在于菠菜、芋头中。木糖醇山梨醇都是从玉米、甘蔗中提炼出的天然甜味剂。
脱脂除油、酸洗除锈、钝化预膜三步骤合一,清洗废水的排放量只有传统清洗方式的20%,且废水很容易被微生物降解,处理起来较容易,对环境不会造成污染。
固体粉末便于运输,水溶性好溶解速度快。
加热不是必要,常温下就能使用。
不含有强酸强碱,不会造成碱脆氢脆,25℃下质量比5%的该清洗剂水溶液的PH值在6-7之间。对碳钢的腐蚀率小于0.3520g/h·m2,低于行业标准HG/T 2387-2007中规定的6g/h·m2,对于铜、不锈钢、铝、钛合金的腐蚀率小于0.00012g/h·m2,低于行业标准HG/T2387-2007中规定的2g/h·m2

实施例1,将20kg聚天冬胺酸、70kg柠檬酸钠、3kg草酸、3kg尿素、2kg氟硅酸钠、2kg山梨醇研磨至10目,使用转速为每分钟80转的搅粉器搅拌1小时后得到该清洗剂。
实施例2,将30kg聚天冬胺酸、55kg柠檬酸钠、5kg草酸、5kg尿素、3kg氟化钠、2kg木糖醇研磨至20目,使用转速为每分钟50转的搅粉器搅拌1小时后得到该清洗剂。
实施例3,将15kg聚天冬胺酸、75kg柠檬酸钠、5kg草酸、5kg尿素、5kg氟硼酸钾、5kg木糖醇研磨至30目,使用转速为每分钟70转的搅粉器搅拌1小时后得到该清洗剂。
实施例4,将40kg聚天冬胺酸、52kg柠檬酸钠、1kg草酸、5kg尿素、1kg氟硅酸钾、1kg木糖醇研磨至25目,使用转速为每分钟75转的搅粉器搅拌1小时后得到该清洗剂。
实施例5,将35kg聚天冬胺酸、60kg柠檬酸钠、5kg草酸、5kg尿素、5kg氟化钠研磨至15目,使用转速为每分钟65转的搅粉器搅拌1小时后得到该清洗剂
使用本发明中的清洗剂时,在水中的添加量为2%~8%,常温下的清洗时间为24-36小时,加热至60-80℃时,清洗时间可缩短为6-8小时,除油、除锈、钝化可以一步完成,废水量是传统清洗的20%

3.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂和权利要求2所述的组成该清洗剂的含氟的无机盐,其特征在于,含氟的无机盐优选游离或复合氟化物基于元素周期表的第四副族、第三主族或第四主族的元素,具体的例子是NaF、KF、KBF4、Na2SiF6等,从经济与环保角度考虑,更优选Na2SiF6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,助剂是至少一种含有多于两个羟基基团并具有大于等于3个且小于等于8个碳原子的有机化合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂和权利要求4所述的组成该清洗剂的助剂,其特征在于,助剂优选方案为山梨醇、木糖醇、甘油中的一种或几种,助剂更优选为山梨醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将该清洗剂各种组份碾磨至10~35目,使用转速不低于每分钟50转的搅粉器搅拌1小时后得到该清洗剂。
