Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation device of liquid medicines, in particular to a solution diluting device.
Background
In the preparation process of non-standard solution, such as the preparation of sodium chloride brine with concentration of 0.5%, the preparation mode adopted at present is still more artificial, namely, a large amount of solvent is filled in a large cylinder, then solute with corresponding weight is obtained through calculation, and the required solution is prepared through mixing.
However, this way of preparing the solution has the following drawbacks:
1. the preparation speed is lagged, and the preparation process is too slow.
2. Concentration control of the solution is too dependent on the preparation experience of the worker and requires repeated detection and adjustment at a later stage to obtain the target solution.
3. The preparation amount is too large, and if the liquid is time-efficient, a large amount of waste is caused as time goes by, and the cost is too high when a small amount of liquid is prepared for standby.
4. The prepared solution has excessive weight, the liquid transportation needs time, and transportation resources are wasted.
