Lithium batteries are a flammable and explosive product with a certain energy and explosion risk, and once an explosion fires, the adjacent batteries will explode, resulting in a large-scale explosion, causing a fire. Accordingly, the following will describe the specific structure of the present invention in detail by taking a turnover device of a battery as an example.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a first embodiment of the present invention, where the turnover device has a frame 1, and a plurality of receiving compartments 2 are provided on the frame 1, and each receiving compartment 2 has a plastic suction box or a material box with an electrical core. The frame body 1 adopts a steel frame structure, can play a good role in fire prevention and impact resistance, and five surfaces of each containing grid 2 except for the opening are wrapped by steel wire meshes or iron scales. As shown in fig. 3, in the second embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the first embodiment, the hinge position of the movable bottom plate 21 and the accommodating compartment 2 is slightly moved into the accommodating compartment 2, so that the front portion of the movable bottom plate 21 is hinged to the position corresponding to the opening to the middle portion of the accommodating compartment 2, meanwhile, a reserved space 27 is provided at the bottom of the accommodating compartment 2, so that the front portion of the movable bottom plate 21 rotates, and in order to prevent the fire battery from falling into the reserved space 27, a drainage plate 26 capable of overlapping the front portion of the movable bottom plate 21 into the same inclined plane needs to be provided in the reserved space 27, so that the fire battery can be thrown out of the turnover device along the inclined plane.

The hot melt connection assembly includes a latch, a spring, a fusible link, and a connecting line. In the three embodiments, the frame body of the invention can be of steel frame structure, has low firm cost, and can be made of other fireproof materials. The rear side surface of each accommodating lattice can be made of steel wire mesh, the other inner top surface and the left side surface and the right side surface are wrapped by iron scale/steel wire mesh, ventilation is good, heat dissipation effect is good, and corresponding surfaces can be wrapped by iron scale or steel wire mesh according to the requirements, so that the accommodating lattice is not limited to the specific embodiments listed in the invention.
