In this embodiment, the base 1 includes a base body 10, support legs 11, and a connector 12; wherein, the base body 10 is placed on the car seat, the supporting leg 11 is fixedly arranged at the front part of the base body 10 and extends downwards to be connected with the bottom of the car carriage to provide support, the supporting leg 11 is telescopic, the rear part of the base body 10 is provided with a connecting piece 12 which is matched and connected with the car seat, such as an ISOFIX interface and the like, and the children safety seat 2 is integrally and stably installed on the car seat through the matching of the connecting piece 12 and the supporting leg 11. It should be noted that, the seat 2 may specifically be a basket with a handle, and the basket may be detachably disposed on the base body 10, so as to allow the basket and the child in the basket to be integrally taken out from the automobile or put into the base 1 in the automobile.
The child safety seat 2 further comprises an energy absorbing device 3 for providing cushioning protection to the seat 2 and the child in the seat 2 after being impacted. It should be noted that the energy absorbing device 3 in the present invention is disposed at a side portion of the base 1 and protrudes from a side surface of the base 1, and specifically, a side portion of the base body 10 and protrudes from side surfaces of the base 1 and the seat 2, that is, the energy absorbing device 3 is impacted first when a side impact occurs. The energy absorbing device 3 of the present invention is provided on the side of the base 1 to provide better cushioning for children in the seat 2 than in the conventional manner of providing a bump guard on the side of the seat 2. Tests prove that the acceleration test data of the child safety seat at the head position of the child is reduced compared with that of the existing child safety seat, and the child safety seat can better protect the child.
The energy absorbing device 3 has a first state and a second state, and in the first state, part of the energy absorbing device 3 extends to the outer side of the base 1, namely an open state as shown in fig. 1-4; in the second state, the energy absorbing device 3 is embedded in the side part of the base body 10, namely, the closed state shown in fig. 5-7. The energy absorbing device 3 further comprises a button 35 movably arranged on the shell 30, one part of the button 35 and the cover plate 32 is provided with a lock tongue 351, the other part is provided with a lock groove 321, the lock tongue 351 and the lock groove 321 are mutually matched, and when the energy absorbing device 3 is in a first state, the lock tongue 351 is separated from the lock groove 321; when the energy absorbing device 3 is in the second state, the locking tongue 351 is inserted in the locking groove 321. In this embodiment, the button 35 is rotatably disposed on the housing 30 through the fourth pivot a4, and a restoring member, such as a compression spring 36, for restoring the button 35 is disposed between the button 35 and the housing 30. The lock tongue 351 is disposed at one end of the button 35, the lock groove 321 is disposed on the cover 32, and the lock tongue 351 and the compression spring 36 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the fourth pivot a 4.
When the energy absorbing device 3 is in the first state, the lock tongue 351 on the button 35 and the lock groove 321 on the cover plate 32 are separated, the cover plate 32 extends to the outer side of the base 1, at this time, the extending direction of the cover plate 32 is preferably perpendicular to the running direction of the automobile, and the one end part of the cover plate 32 is substantially opposite to the middle part of the energy absorbing block 31. When the energy absorber 3 is in the second state, the cover plate 32 is buckled on the shell 30, and the lock tongue 351 on the button 35 stretches into the lock groove 321 of the cover plate 32 to lock the cover plate 32.
The axes of the first pivot a1, the second pivot a2, the third pivot a3, and the fourth pivot a4 are parallel to each other and preferably extend in the left-right direction of the child safety seat 2, and the chute 301 preferably extends in the front-rear direction of the child safety seat 2.
When the button 35 is pressed, the locking tongue 351 is separated from the locking groove 321, the cover plate 32 is released, the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring 34 drives the support leg 33 to rotate, so that the cover plate 32 is driven to rotate and slide, the cover plate 32 is opened relative to the housing 30 and extends out to the side of the base body 10, and simultaneously, when the button 35 is released, the cover plate is restored under the restoring force of the pressure spring 36, as shown in fig. 2 and 4. At this time, when the automobile is impacted laterally, the protruding cover plate 32 is stressed first, and then the energy absorbing device 3 in the shell 30 is crushed and contracted, so that the energy absorbing and shock absorbing buffer protection function is achieved, better buffer protection is provided for children in the seat 2, and the side impact prevention capability is improved.
When the cover plate 32 is pressed down, the lock tongue 351 of the button 35 is inserted into the lock groove 321, the cover plate 32 is buckled on the shell 30, the whole energy absorbing device 3 is embedded in the side part of the base body 10, and when the automobile is impacted by the side part, the cover plate 32 is stressed at first, and then the energy absorbing device 3 in the shell 30 is extruded and crushed, so that the energy absorbing and damping buffer protection effects are achieved.
The above examples are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and are intended to be preferred embodiments, and those skilled in the art can understand the content of the present invention and implement the same, and thus are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
