Abstract
The invention relates to a dynamic control method of vertical roll gap in thick plate rolling production, which formulates a vertical roll use strategy, performs vertical roll gap compensation on a rolling stage and a rolling pass which need to use a vertical roll, and dynamically controls the vertical roll gap by dividing roll gap control points. According to the invention, different vertical roll gap control strategies are set for the head and the tail of the steel plate in the vertical roll pass, so that the dynamic control of the vertical roll gap is realized, the head and tail width precision of the steel plate is effectively improved, the head and tail width precision and the plane shape of the steel plate are greatly improved, and the problem of the ultra-wide head and tail width of the steel plate caused by the existing thick plate rolling method is solved.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dynamic control method of vertical roll gaps in thick plate rolling production, which sets different vertical roll gap control strategies for the head and the tail of a steel plate in vertical roll passes, realizes the dynamic control of the vertical roll gaps, effectively improves the head and tail width precision of the steel plate, greatly improves the head and tail width precision and the plane shape of the steel plate and is used for solving the problem of the ultra-wide head and tail width of the steel plate caused by the traditional thick plate rolling method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the scheme of the invention is as follows: a dynamic control method for a roll gap of a vertical roll in thick plate rolling production comprises the following steps:
(1) setting a rolling stage and rolling passes according to the specifications of an incoming slab and a target steel plate, and simultaneously setting a vertical roll use strategy in the steel plate rolling process, namely the rolling stage and the rolling passes of a vertical roll in the steel plate rolling process;

(1) setting a rolling stage and rolling passes according to the specifications of an incoming slab and a target steel plate, and simultaneously setting a vertical roll use strategy in the steel plate rolling process, namely the rolling stage and the rolling passes of a vertical roll in the steel plate rolling process;
(2) acquiring the current rolling stage and rolling pass in real time, and calculating the roll gap correction amount of the vertical roll for the rolling stage and rolling pass needing to use the vertical roll according to the vertical roll use strategy formulated in the step (1);

The strategy for using the rough rolling vertical rolls is that when the rolling of the steel plate is finished by the forming rolling in the rough rolling stage, the vertical rolls must be used in the last pass of the rough rolling stage; when the rolling of the steel plate is finished by widening rolling in a rough rolling stage and the last pass is not post-rolling steel, a vertical roller is required to be used in the last pass of the rough rolling stage; when the rolling of the steel sheet is completed with the finish rolling stage, it is necessary to use the vertical rolls in the last pass of the rough rolling stage, and the vertical rolls may be used in the penultimate and third passes.

The ultra-wide phenomenon generated near the steel plate steel throwing position due to continuous backward flowing of the material can be compensated through vertical roll gap correction, and the width of the steel plate can be effectively controlled by properly reducing the vertical roll gap at the steel plate steel throwing position, as shown in figure 1.

In order to improve the accuracy of control, a quadratic curve control can also be adopted, for the vertical roll gap dynamic control of the quadratic curve, 1-3 control points are required to be specified between the roll gap starting change position 2# and the steel throwing position 3#, and the general positions are set to 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 between the roll gap starting change position 2# and the steel throwing position 3#, wherein 4# at 1/2 is most commonly used, as shown in fig. 3.
Two specific examples of applications are presented below:
example 1 takes a 5m production line rolling line of a thick plate part of a Bao steel strand as an example:
the thickness of a certain plate blank is 250mm, the width is 1900mm, the length is 3800mm, the thickness of a finished steel plate is 18mm, the width is 2500mm, the length is 38000mm, the target length in the rough rolling stage is 9400mm, the rolling of the steel plate comprises 9 passes, wherein the number of the passes in the rough rolling forming stage is 1, the number of the passes in the rough rolling widening stage is 4, the number of the passes in the finish rolling stage is 4, and the last pass is a blank pass, so that a vertical roll must be used in the last pass, the roll gap of the vertical roll is set to be 2560mm, and the rolling pass is set.
And selecting a vertical roll gap linear control mode for control, wherein k is 0.9, and the correction amount of the vertical roll at the steel throwing position is 40 mm.
